Chapter 3 Watching Beauty

“Have the room next to mine prepared”

“But my lord that room is for your. .”

“Do you question your lord Jaken?”
“No. No my Lord Sesshoumaru” Jaken spoke than rushed away

Sesshoumaru entered his study placing the sleeping female on a pile of pillows and watched as she slept peacefully for a moment. He stroked her face and cooed to her as she cried out in a strange language in her sleep. A few moments later Jaken rushed into the room

“My Lord” he was answered with a throaty growl in which he stilled and said nothing shaking as he saw the red bleeding in to his lords eyes.

“Jaken” he growled but stopped as he looked down at the sleeping female thinking she would wake. He watched as her eyes fluttered open for a moment she looked at him then as soon as they opened they closed.

Jaken gulped as he watched her eyes open but was relived as she stilled back to sleep.

A pair a silver blue eyes opened to the sound a talking and birds. She hadn’t heard talking in so long it scared at first than she settled back to listen. The two servants talked unaware that she was awake.

“she is very beautiful” one spoke

“Yes but what type of creature is she. She isn’t ningen or youkai so what?”

“I. .” the other started but stopped as she heard the rustle of sheets and soft foot steps.

She noticed the balcony doors were open and the sunlight was shining in so she walked toward it happily. As she stood on the balcony she took a deep breath taking in the afternoon air with a smile. She laughed taking in the green of the land the blue of the sky she closed her eyes turning her face to the sun shine. ‘It’s been so long’

Sesshoumaru was standing on the balcony looking over his lands when he became aware of her presence. He turned to watched her graceful approach to the rail as she touched it carefully. His youkai purred in his mind at the sight of her still dressed in his white haori. It was twice as big as she and only hung to her knees showing off her long pale toned legs and a small pale hand holding the edges together.

The way the sun-shined on her gave her the look of a true goddess his youkai growled in his mind. Just than a breeze blew catching her hair and making the haori cling to her body showing hints of female charms. His youkai growled lustfully as images of last night flew into his mind. Kami, he wanted to touch her so bad his claws itched. His blood boiled he felt himself harden just breathing in her scent. His eyes started to bleed red and his fangs lengthened as he tried hard not to lose control.

He was shaking with the need to touch her to take her again to hear her moans of pleasure as he touched her. To hear her screaming his name as he pounded into her soft, hot body. Fearing taking her right there he turned away from her.

She was unaware of being watched as she stared out on the beautiful, lush, green land. Something nagged at the back of her mind telling her something was wrong, but what she sighed. The land seemed familiar and unfamiliar at the same time. Why had the beautiful Tai-youkai brought her here? Did he know her is that why? Did she know him? And why did she feel so at peace here like when she lived in the forest? Why did this place feel like home to her? Like it called to something deep inside her telling her to relax and let her guard down for no one would hurt her here of all places.

Her thoughts were interrupted by a small voice.
“My Lady. .”

The servant was momentarily stunned as the woman turned to her smiling brightly. The servant knew not what to do her voice wouldn’t work so she just settled for smiling back at the lady.

“Yes” the female answered her soft musical voice drifting through the quite room. The servant quickly recovered.

“My Lady, lunch is ready. All you need do is dress”

“May I bathe first?” she ask timidly

“Why yes my lady Sei will show you the way”

“And may I know your name?” the servant was stunned again no one had ever asked her what her name was. Or even asked as politely as this lady before. She smiled again at the small gentle lady. She sensed great power within her but the fact that the lady didn’t use It to control everyone around her spoke volumes about her. ‘Oh yes we are going to like this lady’ she thought as she spoke

“It’s Mai, my lady,” she bowed showing her respect. Both Mai and Sei walked her to the hot spring . She sighed in delight as she stepped foot into the room looking around. She was silent as she bathe and dressed quickly in a white and blue kimono with a black and red obi with matching hair combs holding back her long raven hair. She thank them for their help than followed them to the dinning room.

She walked in awe at the painting on the walls depicting different scenes of battle. Opening the doors she felt a pull again at her soul and heard a deep whisper in her ear ‘I love you’ it spoke. She shivered as she looked into the large room she saw the youkai from last night except now his eyes were a warm honey color instead of deep red. He sat at the head of the table while a small human child sat next to him talking sadly to him. Her heart ached for the child as the young girls emotions swept over her.
