Kagome was at the campsite now. Every one is now asleep, peacefully. She will sleep just as soundly. As she slowly fell in a dream state, she was totally unaware of Sesshoumaru watching her. She tossed and turned on the ground. The image of Sesshoumaru lean muscular body was implanted in her mind, she replayed the whole scene over and over again. She was wantonly unashamed. She moaned in her sleep as she remembered what she had done. It was Sesshoumaru who now held her attention. She blushed as she remembered that he too was at attention. She sighed and drifted off into even deeper rest.

Sesshoumaru was satisfied but a little antsy. He flew back to the lake. Why? Why did he need to be close to her, to Kagome? He sat on the rock over looking the forest. It was so quite and peaceful. He wish he knew real peace.
