Haunted
Confession
The evening sun shined through the trees. Kagome woke noticing Inuyasha laying near her. She noticed her wrist wrapped in cloth. She looked up at the sky. The stars were starting to shine as night took over the day. Kagome glanced over. He was sound asleep. His breathing was even and he seemed to be at peace.
Kagome sat up, noticing the site. She started to remember how he transformed. How she wanted to kill him and then herself. A tear leaked from her eye. He prevented both times. Why? Why wouldn't let her end the suffeing?
Inuyasha opened his eyes. He could smell the salty water. He rolled over to his side and noticed her sobbing. He laid his arm over her side, trying to best to confort her. She pushed his hand away. "Kagome?" He whispered it ever so lightly.
"Leave me alone." She cried it out in a screachy voice covered in sobs. The tears started to flow harder. She wanted it to end. Nothing seemed right. She wanted the suffering to end. She wanted to die and let this just be a dream.
Inuyasha leaned up on his arm and force Kagome to look at him. He used his thumb to wipe the tears away. She stared into his golden eyes as he stared into her brown eyes. He leaned down and captured her lips into a rough kiss. She tried pushing away, but gave into the desire that started to flow threw her skin.
Inuyasha deepen the kiss by placing his tongue upon her lips. She opened allowing the full taste flow through both. Heat, lust, passion, it all rose as he continued to kiss her. She broke away, panting for air. Her mind was spinning with many thoughts. What was going? Why was he doing this?
Inuyasha looked into her eyes. Sweat droplets ran down her face giving a shine to her skin. "I will never leave you, Kagome. I love you too much to lose you to anything including death." Tears ran down Kagome's face. She wrapped her arms around his neck embracing him into another kiss.
He returned the kiss as he stood up with Kagome in her arms. He entered a hut and laid her down upon a futon. Kagome used her hands and roamed over his chest. She pushed his white shirt open. She pulled it off and threw it upon the ground. He reached down and pulled her shirt off letting it join his upon the ground.
Inuyasha continued to kiss her. He ran his kisses across her cheek bone down to her neck. She moaned in delight. He continued down to her chest. With his claws, he snapped her bra open. It found a place by the shirts, resting on the floor. He placed kisses upon her breast continuing down to her tummy. A giggle escaped her lips as she felt his claws run down her side. He moved back up capturing her lips in another kiss.

Keada's eyes went wide. The Sacred Jewel shined brightly in Kagome's hand. It shined as if it was the sun itself. Kaeda smile lightly and nodded. She mentioned the other day when they left, that when the jewel was found, it would need to be purified. Kagome agreed. The next morning, it would be purified.
A loud "Feh" came from the door as the decission was made. Keada and Kagome noticed Inuyasha storming out of the hut. Both were confused on why he was so mad. "Kagome, he is upset. He is afraid of loosing you. He is afraid that you might leave." said Miroku. Kagome swallowed hard and nod. Handing the jewel to Kaeda, she ran out to talk with the hanyou.
He slumped down upon the ground. Inuyasha couldn't belieeve what he was hearing. When the jewe is purified, there would be a chance that Kagome would leave. The very thought ripped through his heart. "Inuyasha?" He looked up noticing the voice.
Kagome walked over to him and sat down upon the grass. "Are you okay?" she asked softly.
Inuyasha turned away, putting his back towards her. "Feh. Like you would care." He spit it out like it didn't matter when it really did matter.
"Care? What do you mean? Of course, I care. Why else would I purify the jewel? I want you to be happy. You can finally make your wish." shouted Kagome. She stood up and ran back to the village.
"What wish? I already have my wish. Kagome, you were my wish." He whispered it lightly knowing that no one would be able to hear it.
----------------------------------
Her skirt was removed along with his hakama. The heat surrounded them. The desire, the passion, it was everything. Inuyasha placed another kiss upon Kagome's lips. He wanted her. He needed her. He knew by her scent that she needed him also. "Kagome, are you sure?"
She smiled and nodded. He was everything. She wanted him. She wanted to be with him. Becoming his mate was the best idea, the only solution. Her eyes went wide as she felt him enter her. He placed sweet butterfly kisses upon her cheek helping her relax. The pain vanished leaving pure passion, pure pleasure. He moved to a rhythm so smooth, so gentle. He continued to place kisses upon her face, stopping every once in a while to place a longer kiss upon her lips. He trailed them down her chin to her neck. He caressed her breast. She felt like she was on fire. He was everything. He was what she wanted.
Kagome's hands were tangled in his hair. They were roaming over his back, over his chest, down his arms. His muscles were tight. She moved along with the rhythm mentioning him to go faster. He answered with a harder and faster movement. She moaned against his lips as he seeked her out for another kiss. She yelled his name out as she felt his tongue dance across her breast. Her hands gripped his hair even tighter. She wanted more. She wanted him.
He continued to kiss her upon her lips to her breast. He ran his claws down her side to her thighs. She moaned in complete estacy. It was everything. His movements, his passion, she wanted more. She started to pant against the heat. She could tell that he was exhausted, but neither wanted to stop. Her climax was coming as he made another hard movement. He captured her lips once more. Her climax came following by his. He rolled out of her and collapsed, completely exhausted. She rolled over, resting her head upon his chest. He wrapped his arm around her and both drifted off into an exhausted sleep.
--------------------------------
The purfication ritual took place in early morning. Kagome was dressed in a pearl-color kimono. Inuyasha could not believe how she looked. It draped her body, showing every possible curve. His eyes burned with a desire of wanting, but they also showed sadness and hurt. He knew when the ritual was over, she would be leaving.
Kaeda appeared beside her holding an old scroll plus a small wooden box. She nodded for Kagome to follow. She started to follow around her hut and into the forest. Miroku, Sango, Shippo, Kirara, and even Inuyasha followed. Kaeda stopped by the stream. She explained that the purification takes place in this special spring.
Kagome looked at the place. It was absolutely amazing. The flower buds could be seen drifting in the wind or starting to bloom. Lillies formed in the water. Small fish could be seen. The water, it was clear as glass. It shined reflecting the canopy trees above. Kaeda moved over and laid the box upon the smooth rock. She opened the scroll and laid it beside. Kagome removed the bottom peice of her kimono along with her top. A smaller kimono was below. It covered her body even more showing off the curves even better. Inuyasha just stared. He could not believe how she looked.
Kaeda handed Kagome the Sacred Jewel as she waded into the water. It was cool, but not too cool. She turned to the box and bent down covering the water over her chest. The jewel shined as water touched it. She started to read. Chanting the words, the jewel turned color leaking the darkness into the pool. The spring started to shine brightly. Everyone covered their eyes. When the light was done, Kagome stood up with a pure white Shikon Jewel. She looked exhausted.
Stepping out, she placed the jewel in the box. Kaeda approached her and handed her the shell chain. Kagome clipped the jewel around it and closed it's lid. She agreed that after some rest, she would wear the jewel. Kaeda agreed. Kagome slipped back into the orginal kimono and walked back to the village. She headed into a hut never returning out.
Everyone wanted to see how she was. Everyone wanted to talk to her. Keada prevented it all. "She needs some rest. The purification took it out of her. Give her time to sleep and then ye may ask yer questions." Keada sat by the door cleaning some herbs. She kept glancing up as everyone walked around. They each gave a sigh turning into different directions. Inuyasha gave a "feh" as he jumped into a tree.
-------------------------------
The morning sun shined through the window. Kagome rolled feeling an arm tighten around her. She opened her eyes yawning widely. She looked around and felt a cool breeze blow over. Her face turned red as she remember the night before. Rolling on to her chest, she looked up at the sleeping hanyou. She reached up to grab his ears only to have her hands grabbed. He opened an eye and stared at her. "Don't." He whispered it softly as he closed his eyes.
Kagome gave a smile and ran her hands down his chest. He moved to the feeling. Her hands were grabbed once again by his. "I said don't. I am exhausted. Let me sleep." He rolled over onto his side. Kagome gave a heavy sigh before sitting up. She looked for her clothing and pulled them towards her.
Inuyasha glanced over his shoulder watching her get dress. She stood up from the ground and glanced out the door. A frown appeared over her once happy face. She shook her head trying to rid the memories. Giving off a deep sigh, she stepped outside into the light. She walked towards the forest, stopping at a berry tree. She picked the rip ones and continued on to a small stream. She rinced them off with the cool water and enjoyed the sweet taste. Using her hands, Kagome rinsed her face off with the cool water.
She could hear noises. Looking back, she noticed Inuyasha approaching. "I left for you to sleep." She said roughly.
"Feh. Even if you did stay, I could not sleep." He sat down near the edge of the creek watching her drink the cool water. She watched him occasionally, but continued on what she was doing.
He gave a light yawn as she finished what she was doing. She gave a light smile before walking over. Bending down on her knees, she looked up into his eyes. His golden eyes shined with such kunning. She could tell that he loved her. Leaning up, she captured his lips into a deep kiss. He fell forward landing on top of her. She moved her hands down his chest, feeling his muscles.
A giggle left her mouth as she moved under him. He sat up wandering why she was laughing. "What is the matter?" he asked with curiosity.
"I was just thinking. If we continue on this, we will end up the same." Her face started to turn red. She felt Inuyasha's claws running down her side, under her shirt. She wanted it. She would love to do it again, but not now.
Inuyasha gave off a "feh" as she sat up and moved away. He sat up crossing his arms. "Let's just wait." She stood up and walked over. Placing her hand on his shoulder, she started to walk off only to stop a few feet away. Her eyes started to water. Tears wanted to fall. She didn't allow them. What would they do now? Where would they go? The village was gone. There friends were dead. What would happen to them?
She dropped to the ground. The tears ran free. Inuyasha ran over and placed his arms around her. She turned towards him and cried into his chest. He tried whispering calming words, but nothing seem to help. She kept crying, crying on everything that happened.
Inuyasha knew actually what was wrong. The same thoughts, the same very thoughts, were running through his head. He held Kagome in his arms wandering about the same thing. Neither one knew that only a short distance away, someone else was watching.
