Making The Deal
"I wish Inuyasha would come and find me..." she sighed.

"Inuyasha?" asked Kouga, "Are you seeing him?" Kikyou nodded, "We are married..." she breathed. Kouga came closer to Kikyou. He knelt in front of her. "If you... If you love him that much I... I'll take you back to him..." he hung his head. Feeling a soft hand lift his chin, looking into the bright and frail face of Kikyou. "Would you Kouga? Thankyou!" she managed to hug him, though he could her her muscles tense in pain. "Kikyou, I will take you back to your home, but only if you will heal first. Stay here and get well, then I will take you." he said. Kikyou felt a tear coming, not because of this deal, but because her heart and body were in so much pain.
"Alright Kouga I will stay." she held him tighter, her pain increasing. Letting her tear escape unwillingly, he felt it fall on his shoulder. "Don't cry, please. I can't stand it." he said holding her in front of him. His peircing blue eyes, calling to her. Kikyou wiped her tear with her good arm and fell back against the tree. Kouga sat next to her, pulling her into his lap. Kikyou wanted to get up and run, to go and find Inuyasha. But Kouga was so warm, so soft. She didn't need to go anymore. Once it got warm enough they would move back up to the mountains, closer tr hor home.
The warm weather didn't take long to arrive. It was in fact two days since she had been with the wolf tribe, and already they were packing. Kouga lifted Kikyou on to his back and started running for their new home. Though he leaped over cliffs and down through steep hills she felt comfortable, smoothly gliding along the rocky terrain almost as if they were floating on clouds.
Getting back into a warm caand and laying down on a bed of leaves. She looked up at the worried face of Kouga. "You made it okay? Did we go to fast?" he asked. "No, I... I'm fine... just tired." she managed a weak smile and fell asleep, resting against his chest.

"Kikyou!" calling into the forest ahead. Searching for his beloved, smelling her bloody fragrance moving across the plains. "Where are you my Kikyou?" saying this to no one, quickly jumping around trees and rocks. The scent shifted, her beautiful flowery smell was now combined with the scent of, "Wolves!" he yelled out. Switiching his heading towards the mountains. "Whatever you've done to Kikyou, you'll pay for it with your life Kouga!" he yelled out, hoping that he could get there sooner.
