Queen of Blades - Yeah, Kagome is gonna be a hard ass fighter. I got inspired by the
movie Underworld (A must see movie). And you will get to meet her friends. There is no
need to stalk me. I will finish the story. Thanks for reviewing.

Anyway, I saw that a lot of people had read my story but had not reviewed. So, if it's not
too much trouble to ask, anyone that does read this story and likes it, please review cause
it actually does help out authors. On with the story!
Goodbye to Us: Chapter 3
"Inuyasha, what did you do???!!!!!!" screamed Shippo as he jumped up and down.
"I don't have to answer to you" replied Inuyasha as he sat down on the floor of Kaede's
hut. Miroku and Sango looked at the hanyou who was hanging his head.
"You were with Kikyo, weren't you Inuyasha?" asked Miroku as Inuyasha looked up at him
like a deer caught in the headlights of an oncoming car.
"So what if I was," said Inuyasha, "It's not like Kagome's in love with me or something."
Miroku turned and looked at Sango, who promptly picked Hiraikotsu as smashed Inuyasha
over the head with and sat back down while Inuyasha nursed his head.
"What the hell was that for?" asked Inuyasha.
"It has been obvious to everyone that Kagome has been in love with you for some time. By
seeing you and Kikyo together, her heart is probably now in a million pieces because of you"
said Miroku as he walked, followed by Sango. Shippo walked over to Inuyasha.
"I hate you" said Shippo and then he walked out. Inuyasha held his head in his hands and
began to cry at the loss of his friends, especially Kagome.
*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*
Kagome made her way through the numerous passengers coming in and out of the train
station. She made her way to the service desk and approached the lady standing there.
"Can I have the key to box 148? I was told to pick it up here" asked Kagome.
"You are Miss Higurashi, then?" asked the lady.
"Yes, I am" said Kagome. The lady turned around and grabbed the key off of the hook.
"Here you go and have a good night" said the lady.
"Thank you and you have a good night too" replied Kagome and then turned to where the
boxes were. She walked around them for a minute, reading the numbers.
"138, 140, 142, 144, 146, yes, 148" whispered Kagome. She put the key in the lock and
opened the door. All that was inside was a cell phone and an envelope. Kagome put the
cell phone in her jacket pocket, opened the envelope and read the note inside.
Kag,
I'm glad to decided to join us. Call 582-658-2846. Ask for me. I'll come get you. I
can't wait to see you again.

Kagome pulled out the cell phone and dialed the number while she put the note back in the
envelope.
"Hello" said a voice.
"Is Sam there?" asked Kagome.
"Yea, who wants to know" asked the voice. Kagome could tell it was Relena.
"Damn it, Rel, put Sam on the god damn phone, it's Kagome" replied Kagome.
"Holy shit. Sorry, Kag, I didn't know it was you. Sam, get your ass over here. It's Kag"
said Relena. There was some fumbling noises in the phone.
"Hey, Kag! So, you decided to join us" said Sam.
"Yea, can you come get me?" asked Kagome.
"Sure, I'll be there soon" said Sam.
"Good. I'll be outside waiting for ya" said Kagome.
"Alrighty then, later" said Sam.
"Later" said Kagome and then hung up the phone.
`My new life begin here. Goodbye to the old Kagome Higurashi' thought Kagome as she
walked towards the entrance of the train station.
*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*
Inuyasha dried his tears and walked out of the hut to see a person that he had not expected
to see there. Before him stood Kikyo, sitting on a horse.
"What are you doing here, Kikyo?" asked Inuyasha.
"I noticed that my reincarnation has left for good. I thought that maybe the best way to
defeat Naraku is to help you collect the remaining jewel shards" said Kikyo.
"If I remember correctly, you were the one who stole all the shards we had collected and
gave them to Naraku. Why are you helping us? Said Miroku.
"I'm not. I'm helping me. That way, after the jewel is complete and Naraku is slain, me
and Inuyasha can journey to hell together" answered Kikyo. Miroku, Sango, Shippo and
Kaede, who had now joined them, looked at Inuyasha with a
questioning look in their eyes. Inuyasha turned to them.
"It's true, I promised Kikyo I'd journey to hell with her" said Inuyasha. He helped Kikyo
off of her horse and they walked into Kaede's hut together, leaving the group to react to
this new information.
