Chapter 3

Kikyo woke up and remembered what had transpired yesterday, sighing she pulled on her robe and walked to his room. She turned the handle and stepped inside “Inu Ya . . .” her voice caught in her throat as she saw Inu Yasha sleeping with that girl who looked like her especially in her nightgown. Inu Yasha stirred and sat up and the girl rolled over and hugged him “I don’t want to wake up Inu Yasha” she mumbled hugging him into her breasts.

“Kagome come on I’m hungry . . .” he began.

Someone clearing their throat interrupted him, he pulled away from Kagome, and the two teens sat up, Kikyo looked at the two as Kagome pulled the sheets up to her chest and Inu Yasha looked away.

“Inu Yasha” she said, “come here”

He dragged himself out of bed and stood in front of her as Kagome watched, Kikyo raised her hand and slapped Inu Yasha making his head turn “you’re a fucking asshole!” she spat before leaving.

Kagome could not believe what Inu Yasha’s mom just did “I-Inu Yasha?” she asked.

“Look Kagome I don’t know why but I am going to tell you a secret” he said walking over and sitting next to her on the bed “I need you to know this before are relationship goes any further, because you may hate me after this.”

Kagome nodded for him to continue.

“Kikyo is my step mom and she had every right to slap me just now” he said and she wondered what he meant, “when I was 13 my father got married but before his wedding night he was called away on business.”

Kagome watched as his eyes began to water a little.

“Well Kikyo was 22 and came to me on that night, and. . . And I . . . and we took each others virginity.” He said as Kagome gasped “and we have been sleeping together for four years, Kagura caught us two years ago and broke up with me.” He sighed and continued “then I met you and Kikyo was jealous, I tried to lie to myself saying I didn’t like you but I couldn’t, and then I lied about us going out so when she walked in this morning it was like I was cheating on her. Which I guess I am since I am having sex with her and going out with you.”

Kagome didn’t say anything and Inu Yasha looked at her, she was to shocked to show any emotions “it’s ok Kagome” he said, “I understand you probably want to leave now” he said getting up.

Kagome grabbed his arm “I-Inu Yasha I feel really close to you and I can’t bring myself to hate you” she said hugging him “and nothing is your fault you were a kid and she had no right to take your virginity.”

They sat there before getting dressed when the maid brought Kagome’s clean clothes, they walked downstairs and Sesshomaru wondered about the handprint on his brother’s face. Kikyo glared daggers at the two before storming out, Inu Yasha felt bad yet holding Kagome near made him feel better.

Inu Yasha and Kagome raced along in his car going to pick up Miroku and Sango.

‘Another day of being so close to the one I love yet he won’t be able to return my feelings’ she thought ‘for six years I have waited for him but never told him how I felt for fear that if he rejects me it would ruin anything and everything between us.

‘Yet being so close yet so far away is killing me inside day after day’ she thought as she brushed her hair ‘he will never know and I’ll be glad to only be next to him, no matter how much I want to be with him I can’t force him to love me.’

‘I know when he looks at me that he sees something but he never takes the time to figure it out, and I never help him’ she thought ‘but now he slips further away from me as I just sit and watch pretending to be happy just as we are.

There was a screech and she knew it was time for another moment of happiness mixed with her hidden pain and sorrow. She greeted them with her fake smile and hopping in the back seat ‘there his eyes glance at me and he smiles thinking nothing more of me than the friendship we share’ she thought ‘now I get to see him but with someone who isn’t me touching him and kissing him, how I long to do those things to him’

“Sango you all right?” asked Inu Yasha.

She nodded yes ‘all right as I’ll ever be with you being here but not with me, and yet if I didn’t fear rejection would things have been different?” she said looking at his violet eyes as he stared at her through the rear view mirror. ‘And now he has Kagome and I am pushed even further away’ she thought and began crying.

Inu Yasha pulled over when Sango began crying and he turned to her “what’s wrong?” he asked.

“Inu Yasha I can’t take it anymore” she said, as everyone looked at her “walk me to school Inu Yasha I need to talk to you alone.”

Inu Yasha nodded and got out with her and gave Miroku a look as he drove Kagome to school, Inu Yasha turned to Sango “what’s going on Sango?” He asked.

“Inu Yasha I have never asked anything from you” she said and he nodded “but my heart hurts now and I want to ask for one thing, just one thing and would you promise to give it to me?”

“Sure” he said.

“Inu Yasha I want you to kiss me,” she said and he let his jaw drop “please let me have the one moment of pleasure that I have always wanted since we met.”

Inu Yasha did not know what to do and Sango began to cry, he held her close and tilted her head towards his “ok” he whispered and leaned closer kissing her. Sango felt her senses go haywire as pleasure pulsed through her; she moaned and felt his velvety tongue slip into her mouth and dance with hers. They sat there kissing for a long time before Sango pulled away crying “thank you Inu Yasha” she said as she began walking to school, he caught up to her and put an arm on her shoulder wondering what had just happened.

“Sango?” said Inu Yasha before stopping her “what just happened?”

“I don’t want to regret this lets just go,” she said trying to walk away, but his hands locked onto her upper arms.

“Sango I want and need to know what just happened” he demanded.

“I-I just wanted one moment with you . . .w-where we were more than . . . friends.” She whispered “I have wanted this . . . for six years but . . . but I was afraid . . . afraid of rejection but my heart . . .”

Inu Yasha looked at her carefully “ . . . but my heart told me that I needed this . . . this one moment” she said sniffling “were I was just yours . . . like I have always wanted.”

Inu Yasha could not believe she had hidden this from him for six years; he hugged her tight as she cried and then when they heard the tardy bell they began walking back to school. Kagome and Miroku waited for the two and after about five minutes they came around the corner Sango crying as Inu Yasha had his armppedpped around her shoulders.

No one said a word about it in the morning and by lunch, the group was tense, Sango knew that it would eventually get out so she sighed, “I kissed Inu Yasha.” She said and everyone stopped eating lunch, they sat there under the tree as they waited for her to continue.

“I am fucked up” Sango muttered “I have grown fond of you Kagome over three days, but when I see you touch Inu Yasha I want to hurt you.”

Everyone listened “I have waited for six years for that kiss and now I know it was wrong” she said trying to fight back tears “because I thought that would be fine with me, that I would be able to live without him but now I want Inu Yasha even more.”

Miroku was wondering how he missed this and Kagome was wondering what to do now, Inu Yasha just turned his back and wondered why when his life started making sense it began spiraling downwards. Kagome looked at Sango “I don’t know what to do or say” said Kagome “and I fell in love with Inu Yasha when I first met him, no matter how much I try to deny it.”

They looked to Inu Yasha but he kept his back turned, the silence grew until the bell rang and they jumped while Inu Yasha just walked away not glancing back, Kagome ran through the halls until she caught up to him “Inu Yasha?”

He did not stop when he heard Kagome’s voice he just kept walking straight to the parking lot, she followed him out to his car and got in with him “Inu Yasha?” she asked.

He still ignored her pulling away and driving home, Kagome sat in silence and when they reached his mansion she followed and he never objected. Now the sat in his room shoulder to shoulder on his bed, Kagome turned her head “Please Inu Yasha say something.” She begged.

He sighed and looked into her eyes “Kagome I don’t know what’s wrong” he said, “I want to believe I love Kikyo yet everything in my mind and heart tell me to love you.”

She kept listening “and Sango kissed me saying she waited six years for that, and my life doesn’t make sense any more.”

“Inu Yasha why do you love me?” she asked.

“I don’t know.” He said falling back onto the bed “but no matter what happened over these three days I couldn’t help but want to be with you, and even when I felt guilty about Kikyo when you were there all I cared about was you.”

Kagome fell back and rested her head on his arm snuggling next to him “I feel the same way Inu Yasha” she said.

Sango needed to talk with Inu Yasha so she got a cab after school and went to see him, when she arrived she saw his car but Sesshomaru’s and Kikyo’s were gone ‘maybe I can have more than the kiss to remember him’ she thought walking into the house as the butler greeted her. She got to his room and stepped inside ‘what!? Damn it how I hate Kagome yet love her like family’ she thought as she watched Inu Yasha sleeping peacefully with his arms behind his head. Sango sighed and removed her backpack and coat, she slipped her shoes off and slid next to Inu Yasha on the opposite side of where Kagome was. She kissed him lightly before crying herself to sleep cuddled next to him, Inu Yasha was awake and knew it was Sango but did not know what to do after she kissed him and cried herself to sleep. After an hour of listening to the two girls sleep he slowly began to fall asleep to, he slipped into a dreamless slumber.

Kikyo arrived home to see Inu Yasha’s car and decided she needed to talk with him, but when she got to his room there were two girls with him. She walked over and shook him lightly until he sat up slowly, when he realized it was Kikyo he stood up while the girls still slept.

Kikyo led him to her room and the further away Inu Yasha got away from Kagome the more guilty he felt for what he had done to Kikyo, she pushed him onto her bed “Inu Yasha I thought you loved me” she said.

“I don’t know anymore,” he said shacking his head.

“Inu Yasha will you deny me your love and your body?” she asked.

“You know I can’t, I never can” he said wishing Kagome was here to make him stronger “Kikyo please . . .”

“You love me right?” she asked and he nodded yes “so make love to me Inu Baby.”

Inu Yasha stood and began to get undressed along with Kikyo, the two kissed and undressed and were soon making love repeatedly in her bed.

Sango woke up when she started to get cold and realized Inu Yasha’s body warmth was gone, she got up and Kagome woke up and they looked at each other “where is Inu Yasha?” asked Kagome.

Sango shrugged her shoulders and Kagome got up and followed her out into the hall, they wandered for a while before hearing muffled voices and followed them.

Kikyo was on all fours as Inu Yasha pounded her from behind “I-Inu . . . Yasha . . . call me . . . your . . . mom!” panted Kikyo between Inu Yasha’s thrusts.

Inu Yasha was to caught up to care what he called her “mom, mom . . .Oh Mom . . . OH MOM!” he said as they both orgasmed.

“INU YASHA!” screamed Kikyo as her heart filled with her twisted desire to have Inu Yasha call her his mom.

Sango and Kagome opened the door when they heard that and what they saw shocked them, it shocked Sango more but it hurt Kagome also because Inu Yasha said he loved her. Inu Yasha was pulling out of Kikyo as she rolled over and pulled him into a kiss, when they heard the door creak, they turned and saw Kagome and Sango.

“Oh Shit,” they both said, Kikyo said it because she knew it was illegal, and Inu Yasha said it because he knew he hurt Kagome.
