Inuyasha Reflects on Being a Father
Disclaimer Note: I dt owt own Inuyasha! *SOB* I so wish I did.

Chapter 3: Inuyasha Reflects on Being a Father
(This is how Yasha came to be)
Inuyasha's POV amn amn that Naraku! Yasha's only four and yet now she must bear a curse. Luckily, Kagome may have an easier soultion if her mom can agree to this while I'm sitting in this living room feeling like the weight of the world is on my shoulders.
As I wait for Kagome and her mom to come out of the bedroom, I began to think of the day I had Yasha. Well, what started the whole thing was the fact a male hanyou could get pregnant. That's what happened to me and I'm lucky I won't go through that hell again. Yasha was the best thing that came out of the whole perdictament however.
She was born during a blizzard in the coldest part of the year (Author note: January or early Feb. I live in the South and we don't get snow very often). I was alone in that cave and had to deliver her myself. I was well prepared at least, but not for the fucking pain that absorbed my body late that night. I was surprised to have a girl. If I had had a son, of course he would carry my name. But I had a daughter who looks exactly like me except the sex factor of course. I had to think of something and of course the part of my name that sounded the most fenimine came to mind. Her middle name was another story. I chose Sierra though and now this is the course of life I never expected. I was supposed to protect my child. If I could turn back time, let it be me and not her.
Fuck this shit! What the hell is taking them so long? I feel like breaking that damn door down and giving them a piece of my mind!
Normal POV
Kagome and her mother walked out of the bedroom and downstairs. Inuyasha glanced up and Mrs. Higurashi smiled. "Before she can go in for that type of surgery, she'll have to see a doctor," she explained. "Now, everyone knows of you, Inuyasha, so you have nothing to worry about. With Yasha being the way she is, I'm concerned she might attack someone in her state. If you want this done, you'll have to talk to her and let her know what is acceptable and what's not."
Inuyasha nodded firmly. "She'll listen," he said. "Now, the main problem is a place for you to stay and since you and Kagome are not married, but engaged, I still wouldn't suggest you and Yasha moving in here," she continued. "I can have you guys an apartment by tomorrow if you want." He nodded and looked at Kagome. "She'll have to show me how to do certain things, but I'm sure it won't be a problem. But then Yasha would want Shippo to move in as well. That's her boyfriend and she cares for him a lot." "I'll talk to Shippo and Kaede and see if we can't get him to come," Kagome said firmly. "Right now, Yasha's sight is what matters. You talk to her and I'll talk to Kaede first."
Inuyasha POV
So it was settled just like that. Yasha, Shippo, and I were to move to the modern world and live there. I couldn't wait to tell Yasha. Even though she can't see, I bet her eyes would still have the same sparkle I remember when she could. In your face, Naraku! This time, Kagome and her medcine has finally kicked your ass! My daughter won't be like this forever. I know it!
