I thought I lost you

I want to apologize for the last chapter... I read it and saw many mistakes in wording and many more I just can't put it all here cause it might undermine the chapter... hahah! anyway... here's another chapter i hope you guys like it...


Chapter 26


At Murglor… in the throne room…

“Anarina…” Lucifer called out. Anarina appeared bowed in front of Lucifer. “Yes my lord?”

“You can open the other demon gate.” Lucifer commanded.

“But I can’t enter the elven lands my lord.” Anarina said

“It is not only in the elven lands that you can find a demons gate.” Lucifer supplied “you see there are two gates… the main gate is at the eleven lands but the other lies beneath a great demon city.”

“Tell me where it is my lord.” Anarina offered.

“You can find it beneath the capital city of the Western Lands. The Great City of the Inu Royal Clan.” Lucifer said.

“Consider it done my king.” Anarina said “Is there anything more?”

Lucifer looked at Anarina with what she said and smiled. “It won’t be easy Anarina…” he said. “The Inu demon clan rivals the most powerful demon clan as they have the leadership in their alliance. You will be accompanied by my beloved Inuyasha.” Lucifer said as Inuyasha appeared behind Anarina. Inuyasha then disappeared and reappeared by Lucifer’s side.

*What could a pedestal puppy do?!* Anarina mentally said to herself.

“I’ll do everything for you Lucifer.” Inuyasha said lovingly as He nuzzled his face on Lucifer’s neck. “I know you will…” Lucifer said as he locked their lips together. Their lips parted and Lucifer said “Go now darling… I have something for you when you get back.”

“I’m looking forward to that” Inuyasha said as he straightened up and walked towards Anarina.

“Take care of Inuyasha Anarina. You will be his protector from now on.” Lucifer commanded.

*swell… now I’m a dog walker.* Anarina mentally said. “Yes my King… I accept it whole heartedly.” She said still bowed letting Inuyasha pass by.

“You are dismissed.” Lucifer said.

Anarina bowed more with what Lucifer said, stood and followed Inuyasha.

Inuyasha passed by the two wooden doors followed by Anarina. The doors slowly closed behind them. Inuyasha stopped “Ananrina…” Inuyasha called out.

“Yes your highness?”

“You are the magic specialist in all of the generals am I correct?” said Inuyasha.

“Yes I am.” Anarina said confidently “why do you ask your highness?”

“You see… I don’t know any demon spells. I would like to know everything before I go to the demon lands.” Inuyasha said still his back on Anarina.

Anarina was surprised with what Inuyasha said “it would take years to know every demon magic your highness. It would be impossible to know everything in just an hour or two.”

“How were you able to know all the spells?” Inuyasha inquired.

“The Demon Labyrinth Library has all the spells the demons ever created. From the weak to the most powerful even the forbidden spells that shouldn’t be used because of its destructive capacities can e found there.” Anarina supplied.

“Where is this library?” Inuyasha asked still his back at Anarina.

“It is where we are going my lord… At the western lands.” Anarina said.

“Very well then… lead the way Anarina.” Inuaysha said. Anarina closed her eyes and bowed. Black aura surrounded her as the spikes from her back raise to the air and a shadow engulfed them. When she opened her eyes they were in front of a dome shaped structure. Gigantic pillars line the dome as two giant demon guards are seen by the two pillars that margin a great giant stone door. A hooded man appeared in front of them “What is your business in the Library?” he asked.

“My Lord wishes to enter the library.” Anarina said commandingly.

“Can I see your clearance?” The hooded man asked.

“Clearance?” said Anarina.

“Yes… the clearance that gives you the permission to enter the library.” The hooded man replied.

“I don’t have any clearance. Where can I get one?” Inuyasha asked.

“You can get it from the four lords of the demon world, Lord Inutaisho of the western lands, Lord Jiju of the eastern lands, Lord Biyaku of the southern lands, and Lord Shiju of the northern lands.” The hooded man supplied.

“We do not have time for any of that.” Anarina flatly stated. “Who are you anyway?”

“I apologize for my impoliteness… I am the chief priest that oversees the library.” The priest said “and you two are?”

“I am Anarina and this is my lord, Lord Inuyasha the intended of my king, King Lucifer.” Anarina introduced.

“I see… I’m sorry but I cannot let you pass.” The priest slowly walked back as the guards walked towards Inuyasha and Anarina. “Lucifer is not welcome to the demon world the same goes to his constituents.”

Anarina walked forward to face the guards but Inuyasha stopped her. “Let me do this Anarina…” Inuyasha said.

“But my lord…” Anarina insisted.

“Just watch me.” Inuyasha smiled and his red aura blasted out of him. “Priest! Your mouth is too loud for your own sake! Let’s see if you can still use that garrulous mouth… in HELL!”

A horn was heard as all the priests inside the library rushed out of the building. Inuyasha smiled more sensing that there are no one left inside the library. He made a barrier over the library that stopped the head priest to come inside.

“HE MADE A BARRIER THAT ENCASED THE LIBRARY!” the head priest said in shock and amazement “KILL HIM!”

Inuyasha lightly laughed with what he heard “How are you suppose to kill me when all of you demons are dead?” more aura rushed out of Inuaysha’s body he raised his hand and Reinigen appeared. “Meet your end meddling demons!” He said as he slashed Reinigen and a powerful blast of light engulfed the demons. When everything settled every demon’s body laid lifeless on the ground. Anarina was amazed but surprised with what she saw *lord Inuyasha is this powerful?!* She mentally said to herself.

“Never can a demon conjure a purifying spell!” The head priest calmly commented. “Tell me you outraged demon. Where did you get the Sword Reinigen.”

“It is none of your business you nosy priest.” Inuyasha said in his monotone.

“Who are you demon? You are not just any demon…” the priest inquired.

“I will tell you. But when you know… I will have to kill you.” Inuyahsa said and disappeared from where he was and reappeared in front of the priest. “I want you to listen well…” he said in low almost growling voice, his crimson eyes looking intently at the hooded man. “I am Inuyasha prince of the elven and western lands. Son of Elvira queen of the elves and Inutaisho lord of the western lands.”

“You are the long lost son of the great demon lord Inutaisho.” The hooded man restated.

Inuyasha grinned wide “Now you die!” Inuyasha slashed Reinigen at the priest but what he cut was the cloak the hooded man wore.

The man reappeared at the top of the dome as the barrier that Inuyasha made sparked as the man stepped on it. Inuyasha looked up and saw a middle aged man. His white hair was in a low single braid. He has a magenta crescent on his forehead and his eyes were margined by black eye liner. He wore white clothing similar to what wizards wore. Inuyasha’s crimson crescent pulsed, feeling that he showed his fangs.

“I am Augustine… you must’ve sense something here.” He said pointing at his crescent. Inuyasha growled. “I am from the Inu clan, a far relative.”

“Ever so garrulous!” Inuyasha spat then he was a blur and re-appeared in front of Augustine and slashed Reinigen. Augustine was able to leap away then Inuyasha’s hand glowed blue as a battle cry was heard “DANCING ICICLES!”

Sharp Ice shot from the sky towards Augustine as he maneuvers himself in the air. He landed on the ground and a barrier protected him from the icicles. Inuyasha stood a few meters away, he grinned even wider revealing his fangs.
Fire shot up Augustine engulfing him as it caught him in surprise. Inuyahsa just stood there looking at the blaze as Anarina moved to walk towards Inuyasha. “Stay there Anarina. It’s not over yet.” Inuyasha warned.
Then the fire that engulfed Augustine started to swirl revealing an unscathed Augustine. “You better use far stronger spells Lord Inuyasha… this certainly can’t do.” The fire swirled down Augustine’s hands and formed a ball then he threw it towards Inuyasha which disintegrated before even reaching him.

Inuyasha was emitting a large amount of red aura followed by white flashes of aura. His marking became more pronounced as his fangs and claws elongate. He was engulfed by his aura, when everything settled his black wings were spread out, his hair was in a high pony tail, he wore full black metal armor that is fitted margining his body. What’s different was Reinigen it’s now a long Ivory staff lined with diamonds as the crown branches encasing a white ragging flame. “Level up priest!” Inuyasha said and grinned.

Roots from underneath the earth entwined itself on to Augustine making him immobile. Augustine summoned fire that engulfed him he tugged at the roots but it won’t break. The flames stopped and he looked at Inuyasha.

“I told you… Level up!” Inuyasha said then he flew to the air. An eclipse occurred as then the moon shine together with Inuyasha’s staff. Augustine tugged at the branches which glowed and sucked his youkai. Inuyasha’s staff glowed and became a bow with intricate gold designs. “I’m going to let you taste a powerful purification spell the elves made just for demons like you. The moon that shines at the eclipse of the sun” he chanted as he stretched the bow and small lights seem to form making an arrow. “The light that brightens the night and guides my way I summon thee LUNA’S ARROW!” a glowing white arrow materialized in the outstretched bow “REINIGEN!” Inuyasha called out, and then the arrow was engulfed with white blazing flame. “You die now priest!” Inuyasha said as he releases the arrow.

The arrow hit Augustine almost instantly as the white flame engulfed him. No cries were heard as Augustine was engulfed in flames. When everything settled Augustine’s eyes turned white and he fell lifeless on the ground. The eclipse was done and the sun shone again. Inuyasha was back to his normal youkai form and walked towards the library.

All the while Anarina was shocked but it never showed in her face. *Lord Inuyasha was able to conjure an eclipse spell and a powerful purification spell without being drained! Is he a monster! Just by an eclipse I need a moments rest to make more spells but he made two force draining spells in rapid succession!* she mentally talks to herself.

“Do you plan to come with me or just stay guard outside?” Inuyasha said as he walked towards the library.

“I am coming with you my lord.” Anarina said as she followed Inuyasha.
Inuyasha walked towards the big stone door. It has the four main demons lords in true form engraved in front of it, red diamonds adore their eyes. “Now… how do we open the doors…?” Inuyasha verbally told himself.

“You can open the doors by using your demon powers your highness…” Anarina said “you need to redirect your youkai powers to the stones in the eyes of the four demon lords.”

“I see…”

At the Elven Royal Palace…


Luna, Elvira, Philander, Sesshomaru and Jamima are inside the conference room planning the rescue of Inuyasha when suddenly Luna staggered.

“Mother! Are you alright?” Elvira said as she caught Luna.

“Gaea called on to me… the demons are advancing… and Inuyasha… Inuyasha is helping them.”
