Chapter 24
Inuyasha screamed as the glowing white chains made him kneel on the floor. Black feathers slowly break off from Inuyasha’s wide spreads wings.
Elvira stretched out her arms towards Inuyasha and glowed more her aura weakened as she dropped her arms “I can’t do it…”
Inuyasha seeing an opportunity looked at Elvira and unleashed a wave of dark energy. Philander was instantly in front of Elvira to block the attack. “You have gone too far with this Inuyasha!” his aura pulsed out and transformed into seraphim form. Four ethereal women appeared closing Inuyasha in a square; they stretched out their arms “We the spirits protecting the purity of these lands remove all tints of evil deep within you!” the four said in eerie chorus. Inuyasha screamed from the excruciating pain of the purification.
“Inuyasha…” Elvira called out as tears fall from her eyes. Inuyasha’s black feathers exploded and fell to the ground, and then suddenly everyone felt a dark evil aura.
Inuyasha’s black feathers that ware scattered in the air swirled in front of him as he screams from all the pain, everyone was shocked as Lucifer’s figure started to materialize. The bright light surrounding Inuyasha disappeared as the ethereal woman dispersed with Lucifer’s gesture of hand, he neared Inuyasha’s injured, limp kneeled body and raised Inuyasha’s face so he can see it. Inuyasha’s hair cling to his face with his sweat as Lucifer gently wiped it with his hand. “You are beautiful...” Lucifer’s manly low voice whispered. Inuyasha’s lids opened revealing dazed off eyes. Lucifer bowed touching his head with Inuyasha, and slowly moved to kiss him. He stopped mid way as he felt pulsing aura from his back. He turned around to see Philander with his force pulsing out of him. Lucifer then faced Inuyasha and kissed him. Almost instantly Inuyasha was sealed in a spherical force shield that floated in the air.
“Where are you taking him?!” Philander shouted and the ground cracked and broke from the energy that pulsed out of his body.
Lucifer faced him with a vile smile “He’s coming with me.”
“I will not let that happen!” Philander said growling.
Lucifer’s smile widened then suddenly plants sprung from the floor entangling him. “I’m insulted… do you plan to stop me with this things?” Lucifer’s eyes glowed red and the plants disintegrated “such weak spells are no match for a god like me!” Lucifer unleashed a powerful slash of force towards Philander.
Philander faced it full force and deflected it to the palace walls. When everything settled the wall near them was completely destroyed together with the side of the palace where they are at.
“Impressive young prince… what can I say? You’re seraphim… but do you know what I did to seraphims during my reign?” Lucifer commented.
“Philander! Watch out!” Luna called out
“I bring the insects to hell!” Lucifer said as he glow blood red. The ground under Philander turned pitch black as howls and cries were heard underneath. Then bloody hands appear and held on to Philander. The black ground turned red a golden gate appeared and opened the blood hand suddenly had bloody bodies and cling on to Philander. “Goodbye prince.” Philander said as he laughed.
“NO!” Luna appeared in front of Philander, facing Lucifer. She brought out her staff and plunged it to the ground and chanted.
“Luna… I forgot about you. Don’t come with him… we know that’s impossible. A god can’t go to hell... but instead… I’ll let you dig your own grave!” Lucifer raised his arm and a black bow appeared. He positioned himself to fire and stretched the string. An intricately designed arrow appeared with a gargoyles head as the tail end. “I call forth the arrow that death himself forged. The one that he promised that even the immortals will see him once it lunges to their flesh. The one arrow that the gods and goddesses fear! I call forth DEATH WISH!” silver snakes crawled out of the gargoyles mouth entwining the whole of the arrow as Death appeared at Lucifer’s back. Death positioned himself as the same position as Lucifer. “Goodbye dear Luna.” Lucifer said as Death laughed as they released the arrow.
The arrow sped towards Luna. Death appeared at Luna’s back with his scythe positioned at Luna’s neck. Luna continued chanting.
“I call on to the spirits help me…” Elvira started chanting as intricate symbols appeared beneath her. “Good spirits of life and nature I call forth as we fight hand in hand with death!” Light force came rushing out of Elvira and the intricate symbols shot out towards the arrow engulfing it.
The arrow dwindled at its course but was protected by black force shield that the intricate symbols wrap itself into. “I call forth the only one that can contain the arrow of death! NATURE’S CRADLE!” a golden plant sprung out of the ground as its branches wrap on to the arrow’s barrier. The branches held on to it like hands griping on an object. “I purify you!” Elvira shouted as orbs of light gathered around the plant and shot to the arrow.
At first the barrier was able to hold on to the bombardment of the orbs but slowly little cracks appear the same thing happened to Death’s skull face. The barrier gave way and the orbs seem to seep into the arrow and an explosion happened together with the breaking of Lucifer’s spell at Philander. When everything settled Lucifer and Inuyasha was nowhere to be seen.
“No…” Philander quickly ran towards where Inuyasha would be. “No… INUYASHA!”
Inuyasha lay in a very large bed covered with black suede and silk the very spacious room was lighted by candles and torches and a very grand candle chandelier that never seem to run out of wax.
Inuyasha just stared out blankly to the ceiling his head move towards the sound of a manly low voice calling out to him.
“Inuyasha.” Lucifer said on to Inuyasha’s ear.
Inuyasha broke out from his daze and his face slowly expressed shock as he started to comprehend. He jumped out of the bed and turned into seraphim form, raised his hand and as his sword appeared. Inuyasha pointed it at Lucifer “Where am I and why did you bring me here!”
“Simple darling… I want you to rule the world with me.” Lucifer said as dark chain held on to Inuyasha. “I do not wish to do this again but they had purified you and left me with no choice.”
“Free me!” Inuyasha ordered
Lucifer laughed at the order. “I will Inuyasha… I will.”
