Chapter Nineteen


Kagome flicked through the channels trying to ignore Hiei. It was after ten oclock, Yusuke had left a few minutes ago to head upstairs. She was lying on the pull out bed with a pillow tucked under her chin. The fire youkai was sitting on the edge which made her nervous. He had taken off his black cape thingy and boots. The blue top gave her a good view of his muscular arms and the impression of the chest beneath. He was too sexy for his own good she decided. Why the hell was she even looking at him? 'Because you like him.' Okay, she liked him but he'd never know.

Hiei thought of poking the girl to see if she'd jump clear to the ceiling. She was obviously nervous around him, he knew why. She was scared that he'd touch her and she'd like it. He heard her speak of this Inuyasha guy, it had made him jealous. The guy had to have been a complete fool. Hiei would have taken the girl, not worried about some stupid shards. Even if she still cared for the man he was gone now. He wouldn't let foolish emotions or notions get in the way of what he wanted. He planned on bedding the miko, if not tonight then very soon. He wouldn't go to sleep tonight without tasting her.

Kagome felt him move suddenly and shrieked when he turned her over to face him. He was right over her staring down, as if looking for some answer. He lowered his mouth, closing over hers. She didn't protest, she returned the kiss. Her voice of reason asked if she was losing her mind. She decided she didn't care, maybe she was. His mouth ravished hers, his tongue tasting every inch. Her eyes widened when his hand landed on her breast, squeezing lightly. She moaned in his mouth as his thumb brushed across the peak causing it to harden. A tingling sensation began between her legs, her stomach started to feel funny.

He pulled his mouth away from hers, kissing along her jaw. His excitement spiked as she ran a hand through his hair. He grabbed her earlobe between his teeth flicking his tongue over it. He could smell her arousal already. He sucked on her ear, running his thumb back over her nipple.

Kagome knew she should stop him before he went any further but it felt so good. She felt his mouth land on her neck, sucking on the tender skin. A moan escaped her as he nipped at the skin. His hand was going up your shirt running along her ribs. She caught her breath as he ran his hand under her bra cupping her naked breast.

He smiled when she made no move to stop him but arched into his touch seeking more. He happily obliged, he ran his thumb over the peak. The moan caused his already hard member to twitch in anticipation. He pulled the shirt up to eye the treasure in his hand, he yanked the bra up. Once the pale globe was bare, he attacked it with his tongue.

Kagome felt her back leave the bed as he ran his tongue over her nipple. She could feel tension building in her lower abdomen, which was causing moisture to build between her legs. Her free hand found his back pulling the shirt up wanting to feel his skin. She raked her nails over his back as he sucked on the nipple. She felt her shorts being pulled down and decided it was time to stop him. "Hiei."

His hand cupped her center through the panties and she forgot what she was about to say. The pleasure was intense as he rubbed her through the thin fabric. Kagome moaned as he lowered his mouth trailing small kisses along her stomach, stopping to dip his tongue in her belly button. He caressed the smooth skin tasting every inch of her, working towards his prize. He tore the heart covered panties from her tossing them to the floor.

Kagome felt her panties leave her body and instantly stilled. "Hiei, please." He lowered his mouth between her legs. He had to grab her hips to keep her from jumping off the bed. "Fuck." His tongue lashed out, sliding between her folds. Hiei smiled at her wording.

Kagome grabbed his hair as he started to lick her, swirling his small tongue between her folds. She felt the tension become unbearable as he inserted it into her opening. She threw her head back and her hips came off the bed. He cupped her cheeks with his hands as he found her small pearl. He lavished it with his tongue, lightly sucking on it. She cried out as the tension crashed over her, pleasure rode her as she found her release.

He lowered his tongue to sample her release. He greedily cleaned up her juices making sure to lick up as much as possible. He heard her breathing coming in short gasps as she came down.

Kagome wanted to pinch herself, she had to be dreaming. What the hell had just happened? That had been too intense to be real. She felt Hiei move up her and she blushed. He placed a kiss across her mouth before coming to lay beside her. He threw his arm around her waist pulling her against his body. He moved real quick and grabbed the cover, then returned. "Get some sleep." He nuzzled her neck and closed his eyes.

Mai watched as Kurama got ready for bed. She was leaning against the headboard admiring him. He had his back turned to her placing a blanket on the floor. "You really plan on sleeping on the floor?"

"Yes, told you I would."

"Yeah I know but I feel bad about kicking you out your own bed. Take the other side, just stay on it." She blushed as he turned around to gaze at her.

"What if I can't promise that?"

"As long as you know you aren't getting any." She watched him get up and walk over. He was wearing cotton pajama pants with nothing else on. She was getting a clear view of his naked chest. 'Wow, he's hot.'

"Fair enough but what if I want to kiss you?" He asked.

"Do you?" She held her breath as he sat down on the bed next to her.

"Yes." He took his chances and closed the distance between them. He felt her lean into the kiss and deepened the kiss, forcing his tongue into her mouth. Her arms came to wrap around his neck so he pulled her closer. She wasn't shy about meeting him halfway, it caused excitement to run through him. He explored her mouth, enjoying the feeling of her in his arms.

He pulled away from her, "Let's get some sleep. I'll try to keep my hands to myself."

Yusuke was going to kill her, at least choke her until she turned blue. He came into the room, hoping she'd be asleep already. Not only was she awake, she was playing the game. He had walked past her and taken a shower, once again hoping she'd go to sleep. Yet, thirty minutes later he was laying on the bed trying to fall asleep and she was still playing the damn game. What pissed him off more she was totally ignoring him. Not once had she acknowledged his presence.

He even came out the bathroom in nothing but his boxers yet she ignored him. Her eyes glued to the damn box, the controller in her hands. He rolled over as she made some kind of noise. His eyes closed and he was trying not to picture what he'd seen as he came in. He could have sworn all she was wearing was some long ass tshirt.

Tar heard him move behind her but refused to turn around and look at him. Bad enough she was being forced to share a room with him but he'd taken the bed. So it meant floorcity for her tonight. What a jerk, if he was half a gentleman he'd have taken the damn floor.

"Cut the damn game off already, I'm trying to sleep." He growled at her.

"Fine," She leaned forward and looked around before cutting off the television. He had turned off the bathroom light already, if she turned the box off the room would be pitched into darkness. Her hand stilled not sure what to do. Kagome and Mai both knew her, so had left the light on for her automatically. She had looked for the small wall light earlier but Mai had forgotten to bring it. Should she ask him if it was okay to leave the bathroom light on?

"Dammit." Yusuke grabbed the remote off the nightstand and hit the power button. He tossed the remote to the floor and layed back down. Finally, he could get some sleep. He closed his eyes, he could sense her in the same spot. Whatever, if she felt like sitting there, she could stay there all night for all he cared.

Several minutes later, he rolled over to get comfortable. "What the hell are you doing? Either go lay down somewhere or get in the damn bed." He waited for an answer but none came. He sat up in the bed and could make out her outline. She was sitting with head buried in her knees hugging her legs. Could she have fallen asleep like that? "Fine, have a nice night." He layed back down and closed his eyes once more.
