Sesshoumaru thought about all that was said to him by his mate and Kagome. Sesshoumaru made a rather tough decision. He finally decided that Kagome would be his mate as well and had discussed this with both Inuyasha and Kagome.
In order for Sesshoumaru to be as powerful as he desired he needed to truly know Kagome and the best way to find out the truth about all these odd things they had told him over the last few days was to join minds with the young woman. A mating was necessary to do this.
The only issue any of them had was in wondering if Kagome would lose her miko powers if she became mated to a full demon. Sesshoumaru was aware of this as well, but it did not deter him from his decision. Sesshoumaru also thought about the possibility of having sex with the young woman since there was a good possibility once she was mated that she could carry quite powerful offspring and although Inuyasha would give him full blooded demon children, Kagome could possibly tip the scale on what one might have considered a weak half demon. This would mean that he could openly show favor to half demons without losing face in court.
Both Kagome and Inuyasha were a bit shy about sharing their intimate moments with Sesshoumaru, but Sesshoumaru thought it to be utter nonsense for the two of them to hide such things from him.
After making this decision Sesshoumaru entered his chambers to find that Inuyasha and Kagome were in the bathing chamber adjacent to his room.
When he walked into the bathing room he found Kagome helping Inuyasha wash his long hair.
“I am doing my best to not get water in your ears Inuyasha so you need to lean forward.”
Inuyasha grumbled as the water cascaded over his face. He didn’t know what was worse, having water in his ears or all over his face.
As Kagome finished Sesshoumaru proceeded to get undressed. He was in need of a bath and perhaps the two could assist him with his hair as he set mokomoko aside with the rest of his armor and clothing.
Climbing into the warm water Sesshoumaru looked at the young couple who at the moment were ignoring his presence as Inuyasha proceeded to wash his Tsuma’s hair.
Inuyasha then looked at Sesshoumaru who was lounging against the rocks that were perfectly cut for one to sit on.
“We will wash your hair in a moment Ani. You wouldn’t happen to have any more of these pine oils somewhere would ya?”
Sesshoumaru shrugged.
“I do not believe so. I won’t need it though so use what you will on yourselves.”
Kagome was in heaven as her beloved Otto washed her long hair gently massaging her scalp with his clawed fingers.
“That feels so nice Inuyasha.”
Inuyasha smirked a bit as he finished washing her hair and then wrapped his arms around his Tsuma as she settled back against him.
“Kagome, my Ani needs his hair washed. Why don’t you help him?”

Most of the time that Kohaku had free he worked on making a wooden flower for Rin for Christmas since he hoped that he would be able to go back to Kaede’s village to celebrate it with his Ane.
Kohaku already had some gifts for his Ane and their family, but all he could think about was Rin and wondered what she was doing.
Laying back onto his futon Kohaku tried to relax and let the day’s stress leave him since tomorrow was supposed to be an even rougher day.
