A Royal Pain

Inuyasha couldn’t sleep all night even with a few more rounds of sex with Sesshoumaru. He needed desperately to talk to someone about his situation. The longer he thought about his problems, the more sex he ended up having with Sesshoumaru since the man couldn’t keep his hands off of him.

Funny part was Inuyasha felt fine. He didn’t feel sore at all especially since he drank blood from Sesshoumaru once again just to insure that he would be fully cleansed of all the poison Lord Kaneko had infused into his body. It was like everything healed including his ass.

Sesshoumaru pulled the blankets back onto himself as he watched his little brother get dressed.

“Are you certain you don’t wish to come back to bed Inuyasha?”

Inuyasha snorted.

“No way am I coming back to bed ya pervert. I will never get a chance to talk to Lord Nakashima if I stay here with you.”

Sesshoumaru yawned and the smiled as he lazily got up and wandered over to pull his mate into a deep kiss.

“Do not be long, I wish to have a lie in with you my little brother.”

Inuyasha smirked.

“That is only if I come back here ya pain in my ass.”

Sesshoumaru swatted Inuyasha’s but for that remark and then went to get himself a glass of water.

Inuyasha pulled on his kimono, boots, armor, and then just raked his claws through his hair quickly until Sesshoumaru came and took over.

“We really must use one of Father’s spells on your hair. That way it won’t get so matted with snarls although that oil seemed to help quite a bit. I will let the otter Lord know that we will need more oil since it is indeed wonderful for multiple purposes.”

Inuyasha was really getting into this massaging of his scalp and ears as he leaned into his lover only to shake himself loose.

“I cannot be late so worry about my hair later Sess. I have to go.”

Sesshoumaru smiled and sighed. He wished Inuyasha would just get rid of the wench that was his wife, but he refused to have Inuyasha hold anything against him anymore.

Inuyasha rushed out of the tent and walked steadily towards the bear camp only to be stopped by Koga.

“Why are you in such a hurry mutt face? I thought we weren’t done with our conversation.”

Inuyasha growled at the wolf.

“I don’t have time right now ya stupid wolf. I need to talk to Lord Nakashima.”

Koga followed Inuyasha and finally Inuyasha was at the tent of the bear Lord who was looking over some documents.

Bowing before Lord Nakashima he bid entrance.

Lord Nakashima looked at the young Lord and smiled.

“Is there something I can do for you Lord Inuyasha and Koga?”

Inuyasha looked at the wolf.

“Why are you following me?”

Koga frowned.

“I ain’t following you, I am coming here to find out about breakfast since it is up to the Wolf Tribe to provide today’s provisions.”

Inuyasha snorted.

“Good luck with that moron.”

Lord Nakashima took Koga aside and pointed out to one of the better hunting grounds then Koga left without another word.

“Now how may I help you Lord Inuyasha?”

Inuyasha looked around. They were surrounded by people.

“Can I talk to you in private? I need some advice.”

Lord Nakashima closed the tent and bid Inuyasha to have a seat.

“What is troubling you young Lord?”

Inuyasha frowned.

“Just call me Inuyasha. Anyway, it is about this whole mating thing.”

Lord Nakashima chuckled a bit. It wasn’t the first time a young thing like Inuyasha came to him for some advice after being mated.

“I am certain I can help you Inuyasha, but really you should talk to your mate if such things are bothering you. Our Inu No Tashio is a fine mate and I am certain he knows much more than even I do about such things.”

Inuyasha sighed.

“Well, this one is kind of complicated. I don’t really want him to know about this Lord Nakashima.”

“Hiro. You can call me Hiro. It is much easier to call each other by first names in private.”

Inuyasha nodded and took a deep breath.

“Well, I know I am mated to Sesshoumaru and I guess that is ok. But I have a problem since I have feelings to for another person. A human woman who I love too.”

Hiro nodded and smiled.

“I see. So you love another.”

Inuyasha nodded.

“Well, she is my wife in the human ways. I did the whole marriage thing like humans do with Kagome and I feel like I am betraying her with Sesshoumaru.”

Hiro listened as Inuyasha explained several things about Kagome and Hiro was the first person besides his friends that would know Kagome was from the future.

“And well ya see she gave it all up to be with me and I don’t want to be ungrateful, but I just don’t love her like I love Sesshoumaru. I don’t know what to do about this feeling either.’
“I mean with what we did she could be pregnant with my pup too and I know how Sesshoumaru feels about hanyous………well except for me now……….”

Hiro sat back in his chair and rubbed his chin.

“This is indeed quite a problem. I can help you with some of it, but the rest you will have to figure out for yourself since I am no matchmaker.’
“I also think that part about the future is something you should talk to our Inu No Tashio about since that indeed changes what kind of station she would have in your lives.”

Inuyasha waited and hoped. If Hiro couldn’t help him he knew he was totally fucked.

“It seems to me that you do not really know all you should know about mating. Inu males and females can bear young…………..”

Inuyasha’s eyes bugged out of his head.

“What?!”

Hiro looked at the boy who was now pissed off.

“It wasn’t something your mate told you?”

Inuyasha frowned.

“No, the asshole didn’t tell me this. So it is possible for me to go into heat and make kids? I ain’t ready for that shit.”

Hiro shook his head no.

“We don’t know if Inu hanyous can do this. You are the only Inu hanyou born to the Inu nation. It is your brother I am referring to.”

Inuyasha then was curious.

“Oh………..I see. But it could be possible………”

Hiro nodded.

“How old are you if you do not mind me asking Inuyasha?”

Inuyasha thought about it.

“I am about 258 in human years.”

Hiro was shocked. Inuyasha was just a pup and almost too young for mating.

“Well, your brother certainly robbed the cradle when it comes to you. You will not be able to go into your first heat until you are around 300 years old. This amount of time is nothing to a demon, but because you are a hanyou you might be able to conceive earlier. You will need to talk to Sesshoumaru about what occurs when you go into heat since I believe his heat comes around spring time once a year.”

Inuyasha nodded.

“Also your human wife, if she is pregnant will most likely bare quarter breeds. This is something that is usually looked down upon only because a quarter breed will have a harder time adjusting to life than a hanyou. They usually do not live long and sometimes die at birth. It is a very difficult situation.’
“It would be best if you could make your human wife into a hanyou if she is pregnant. You can do that with an old spell that I happen to have, but you must make certain that is what your Kagome would want. If she does not than she will not be able to produce offspring that will survive these times.”

Inuyasha sighed sadly. He had indeed wanted children with Kagome.

“I understand. Perhaps I would be better off allowing her to be free of me and sending her to be mated with another human.”

Hiro pat Inuyasha on the leg.

“It would be the kindest thing you can do for her if she is not willing to become a hanyou. If she does decide to become a hanyou than you will both bare full breed demons since the demon blood always wins out in the end. That is why you are only human one time a month.”

Inuyasha almost felt like crying. This whole thing was such a mess.

“It is ok Inuyasha. You do not need to feel sad and as for this strong feeling of love for your brother it is completely normal. You will love your mate more than any other. However, that overwhelming feeling will fade with time. The connection will be strong for you both to do almost everything together. You will find that if your wife chooses to be a hanyou and you mate her than there will be harmony between the three of you.’
“The Inu No Tashio might find her inadequate because of her human status, but once she is hanyou than she will be accepted by him since female hanyous are coveted by demons. Not many will admit such a claim, but it is true.”

Inuyasha tried not to cry, but a tear slipped out anyway and Hiro put a hand on Inuyasha’s shoulder.

“It is ok to feel sadness. Your situation is a rather tragic one, but I promise if you do the right thing you will feel much better.”

Inuyasha sighed and tried to swallow down his sorrow.

“It is just she has given up so much for me. I feel like if I ask her to change again that I am going to destroy this woman I love.”

Hiro nodded.

“You are a brave and smart young man. I am sorry our Inu No Tashio did not treat you better and that there is so little you know. However, you both now have time to change those things and make a better life for yourselves.’
“I will also have a talk with young Koga. He is a brash foolish boy sometimes. He is also very brave and strong, but even he needs to understand when to back off. I can make him understand and I promise he will not bother you any longer about your Kagome.’
“I promise you that once you have talked to your wife and the Inu No Tashio you will feel much better. Lord Sesshoumaru is being quite fair in all of this considering that he is mated to you and is willing to share you with a human. Most men I know would have killed any challengers and I believe part of what is causing you so much pain is that Sesshoumaru has not looked fully into his decision to mate you. It has been a rather unfortunate situation that you have been through that forced you to have to mate as quickly as you both have.’
“I must go now and tend to my men, but if you need someone to talk to I will be here for you.”

Inuyasha wiped away the tears and nodded as Hiro left the tent.

Once he was calmed down Inuyasha straightened himself out and walked out to go back to Sesshoumaru. Being away from him was hard, but now knowing what Inuyasha did he would talk to Sesshoumaru about these things. His brother may not have lied, but he kept some things from Inuyasha and that pissed Inuyasha off.

When Inuyasha got to the tent Sesshoumaru looked like he was sleeping except he had none of the furs on him.

“Inuyasha……….”

Inuyasha looked down at his mate and Sesshoumaru had a tear run down his cheek.

“Why are you crying?”

Sesshoumaru wiped off his face.

“You were so sad so I must have done something wrong.”

Inuyasha sat down and started to remove his clothing.

“It wasn’t just you. Although you could have told me that one of us might get pregnant. I could have used that information ya big jerk.’
“I am supposed to ask you what your heat feels like just in case I go into one. He didn’t know if I would or not.”

Sesshoumaru sat up and looked at Inuyasha.

“You are right I haven’t told you about that. I guess I owe you an apology. Is that why you are sad?”

Inuyasha huffed.

“No. I am sad because of other things. Things I was thinking about last night and you kept having sex with me so I wouldn’t think about them.”

Sesshoumaru frowned.

“You mean about Kagome.”

Inuyasha wanted to throw a boot at Sesshoumaru, but decided against it.

“Look I know you don’t like her, but she is my wife. I know you said we could share, but that isn’t going to work unless she changes into something I am not sure I want. Kagome loves me the way I am and didn’t ask me to change. Now I have to ask her to change again and I am not sure I want to.”

Sesshoumaru was indeed curious.

“Why do you love her? You haven’t really given me a straight answer to that question.”

Inuyasha talked to Sesshoumaru about when he first met Kagome and explained where she was from. At this Sesshoumaru was shocked. He read minds, but normally wasn’t intrusive so he tried to keep it to a minimum. If he had just continued reading Inuyasha’s mind instead of trying to get Kagome off his brother’s mind he might have learned something.

“So she is from another time? I know the slayer told me a little bit about her being from the future, but I wasn't certain that this information was correct.”

Inuyasha nodded as he lay naked with his mate.

“Why didn’t you tell me before………..well never mind that. It seems she is more valuable than I thought. Her healing talents would be of good use in the castle and my healers could be trained by her as well as train her in the ways of demons. Many Ladies of the castle do know some healing arts so perhaps that would be an area that she could be of use.”

Than Sesshoumaru listened as Inuyasha explained about possibly making her a hanyou.

“I am not certain she will want to do that. If she doesn’t I think it is best she and perhaps that human Lord Takeda would be a good match.”

Now Sesshoumaru wasn’t sure if he wanted to let the little human wench slip through his fingers. An educated person like this was indeed a rare find.

“She will have to be educated in our ways as well Inuyasha. It is best even if you do decide she would be better off with a human for us to have her in our home along with your strange friends and that fox demon.”

Inuyasha pouted.

“I really think Miroku and Sango would be happier in the demon slayer village.”

Sesshoumaru frowned.

“No it is too far away. They can visit there and we will gather some humans to take over the village. I want the monk. That one is crafty and useful. We are in need of a man who can read people and manipulate them if necessary. We will use the spell on him first to test it out.”

Inuyasha was totally against that.

“What about his wife and kids?”

Sesshoumaru sighed since that kind of ruined his fun.

“Ok so we don’t use the spell on him, but he will be my ambassador for the humans I must tolerate ruling over. His wife will be busy learning more about demons and teaching our children about them. The demon slayers are dead and it is time she understood her place. The slayer has a life debt to me and besides she is the only human I would consider having sex with. You know the monk is not against that either since he would love to even watch me with her.”

Inuyasha felt a bit jealous.

“Why would you want to have sex with a human? I thought they were of no use to you?”

Sesshoumaru sighed.

“It would only happen once. She still owes me a Lord’s bath Inuyasha. Besides you are going to have sex with Kagome the least you can do is let me have my one time with a human woman. I need to know what you and Father seemed to find so attractive about them.”

Inuyasha couldn’t believe his brother’s audacity. He was just going to use his human friends like they had no say in any of this. Besides that he didn’t want anyone having sex with Sesshoumaru except him.

“What if I don’t want you to have sex with her?”

Sesshoumaru smirked.

“Inuyasha are you jealous?”

Inuyasha pouted.

“No.”

Sesshoumaru slid a finger across Inuyasha’s chest.

“I think you are Inuyasha. I think you are as possessive with me as I am for you. I also think you are being a bit selfish.”

Inuyasha growled.

“I am not! I don’t care what you do.”

Sesshoumaru grinned and started tickling Inuyasha.

“Say it!”

Inuyasha tried not to laugh.

“NO!”

Sesshoumaru didn’t give up.

“Say it or I won’t stop.”

Inuyasha growled between laughter.

“Fine I am jealous! Are you happy now?”

Sesshoumaru pounced on his mate.

“Yes, I am.”

Inuyasha finally admitted.

“Good. Now you know how I feel. So during these next few days do not mention the wench or think about her. We will deal with all of that when it happens. Right now you are mine and I want to be taken. It is my turn.”

Sesshoumaru stated as he allowed Inuyasha to take full advantage of his body.
