Called To Heel

Toshiro whistled happily as he walked up the stairs to Yuki’s apartment. Things were going well with him and Yuki after the attack. Most humans after such an encounter would be a quivering wreck but Yuki just bounced back seemingly good as new. Toshiro had to admit he was most impressed.

She opened the door in moments of him ringing the bell.
“Toshiro!” she said throwing her arms around him. This was another development that Toshiro hadn’t minded, since the rescue she had branded him her knight in shining armor and had become considerably warmer.
“You are just in time, I have everything set up.” She said pulling him into the apartment.
“Set up? We aren’t going out?”
“No, you promised you would pose for me, remember?”
“Oh, that’s why you wanted me to bring my swords,” Toshiro said as she led him into the back room she used as a studio.
“Here put these on,” she said handing him a bundle of clothing.
“A samurai?” He asked looking at the clothes.
“Of course, a brave knight must look the part. The bathroom right over there.”

Warring States Era

Inuyasha tried to rise only to be ‘sat’ again. Kagome looked around and took a leather strap from a nearby stall and tied one end to Inuyasha’s rosary. There was a brief glow extending from Kagome’s hand down the strap and enveloping the beads. Inuyasha tried to rise again but the beads glowed brighter and pulled down allowing him to only rise to his hands and knees.
“There we go, Inuyasha,” Kagome said. “Do you know how many times I wanted to put a leash on you when you were being a jerk? Then I suddenly realized a minute ago that with what Kaede taught me about how the rosary was made…I could.”

Kagome giggled a moment then suddenly her face went blank. A dark shadow rose over her figure and took on the outline of Yamanasu’s form.
“Inuyasha,” the shadow spoke but the voice came from Kagome’s mouth. “You destroyed my kingdom but I told you I was immortal. The evil thoughts and desires of these mortals feed my power. Very soon now I will be strong enough to regenerate my body and I will have my revenge on you and that traitor Momoru. Of course the host will not survive. I think this body will do, don’t you? Bwahahahah…”
“No!” Inuyasha called.
“…hahahaha…Ouch!”
Kagome collapsed as a pole cut through the dark shadow and struck her on the head.
“Hehehehe!” Yamanasu’s spirit form laughed as it drifted off into the air.
“Oh Kagome, I’m so sorry I was trying to hit that thing over you!” Yuriko said still clutching the wood pole she had struck Kagome with.

Inuyasha, Kagome, Kit and Yuriko searched the area as the townsfolk put out the fire.
“There is no sign of Yamanasu,” Inuyasha said as they came back to together.
“Where is Sango?” Kagome asked looking around.

Miroku was just finishing putting the glyph in place inside the box that completed the trap spell he was preparing. When it was triggered it would pull any demon in a spirit form into the box where it could be sealed in.

He was so intent on reviewing his work he didn’t sense the presence behind him until a hand pinched his butt.
“Ahh!” He yelled jumping up and spinning around.
“Sango!” He said recognizing his assailant.
“What is the matter, Sir Monk?” Sango said pressing herself against the startled monk. “Don’t you want me?”
“Ah of course…ah I mean…ah I would…” Miroku stammered noticing the horns on her head “…but I don’t think you’re quite yourself right now.”
“Oh Miroku, I want you so much,” Sango said wrapping her arms around Miroku and squeezing his tight butt with both hands. “Take me now!”

Miroku let out a sigh. “Such a shame to waste such gift,” he said as he slipped a hand free with a sutra scroll in it. He slapped the scroll on Sango’s forehead. The scroll glowed briefly and the Oni spirit fled her body. She shook her head confused and then releasing him, she stood back and slapped him.

“Sango, it was not my fault, you were the one that groped me, remember?”
“Yes, but you enjoyed it too much.”
“Oh yea there’s that.”

Inuyasha and Kagome went into the common room looking for Miroku and Sango. Kit held Yuriko back and led her around to the garden. He stood on the porch with his back to her.
“Yuriko, I need to talk to you,” Kit said. “About what happened with Inuyasha…”
“There is no need to explain, Life Mate. The Monk explained to me about it and how you were possessed.”
“It’s not just that. The Oni only makes you do evil things you have already thought about but there is more to it than Inuyasha. There is something important I need to tell you about my life before I came here.”
“You are wrong Love, the Oni can make you do things you don’t want to do when he is near his full strength.”

“What?” Kit said turning. Yuriko was looking at him with an evil grin on her face. She had two horns on her head.
“Heel,” she said and Kit crashed to the deck. She walked up and sat down next to him.
“I’m almost ready now,” she said. “Just a few minutes more and I’ll be ready to regenerate. But first I will start my revenge by killing that fox brat.”
“No!” Kit said trying to rise.
“Heel!” Kit crashed down again as Yuriko leapt up and ran into the house.
“Shippo! Hanako!” Kit yelled as he struggled against the spell.

Stardreamer: Yes and I have to admit, I forgot about that when I wrote this chapter but it still works.
Foxfur: Poor Kit was all set to pour his heart out, is he ever going to get to settle his guilt with Yuriko?
