Kouga's Decision

A/N: Kouga will attack Sesshomaru furiously but it will be Inuyasha that sends him running with his tail between his legs! Enjoy and sorry that it took me a little while to update this story. But I hope that it was worth it!
Chapter13: Showdown With Sesshomaru!

Lucah and Marix crept silently back to camp and laid down for a few hours of sleep. Morning crept up on them almost as quickly as they had closed their e Kou Kouga was the first to rise when he felt the first rays of sunlight hit his face softly. He stretched and stood up quickly. Kouji and Kitaru began stirring shortly after Kouga had started a fire. Hakakku, Ginta, and Suzaku soon awoke and began to help cook breakfast. Kagome and Inuyasha awoke to the smell of fish grilling on the open fire. They hurried over to sit next to the others around the fire.

Lucah and Marix were the last to rise and join the group. Kouga sniffed the air and then smirked at Marix who grinned sheepishly in return. When Kouga’s dark blue eyes met Lucah’s hazel eyes her cheeks reddened with a deep blush. Kouga chuckled at Lucah’s embarrassment. The group ate in silence until everyone was finished. Inuyasha spoke up first. “If we’re going to fight Sesshomaru, we need to get a move on.” Kouga replied gruffly to the hanyou.

“”We will head out now that breakfast is over.” Once the fire was put out and all their bed mats put away the group headed towards Sesshomaru’s palace. Kagome squeezed her thighs around Inuyasha’s waist as she tightened her grip. He gave a low growl to let her know that her actions intrigued him. She leaned down and whispered into his ear. “Calm down Inu, you can make love to me once we get back home.” The hanyou smiled broadly showing off his fangs at her response.

The small group reached Sesshomaru’s palace quickly. Kouga marched up to the large wooden doors and pounded furiously on them. Jaken opened the door to see the wolf demon towering over him. He tried desperately to shut the door but Kouga forced his way inside. Jaken watched in horror as Inuyasha, Kagome, Ginta, Hakakku, Kouji, Kitaru, Suzaku, Marix, and Lucah all followed after Kouga. The band of warriors headed right for Sesshomaru’s throne room with the little toad demon chasing after them as fast as his little stubby legs could carry him. “Lord Sesshomaru! Kouga is here lord Sesshomaru!”

Kouga threw the wooden doors to the throne room open. He marched fearlessly up to Sesshomaru’s white stone throne. “Hello Kouga.” Kouga growled low in his throat showing his anger with the demon lord. Sesshomaru made no attempt to show any emotion to the furious wolf demon standing before him.

“Where the hell is my mate? You better not have harmed her Sesshomaru!” Sesshomaru chuckled amused at Kouga’s rage.

“Your wench is fine! I have not killed her. Jaken go fetch the wench!” Jaken did as he was instructed immediately. Kagome watched as Sesshomaru stood up.

“Have you done anything to my mate Sesshomaru?” Sesshomaru chuckled again as he considered telling Kouga about what he had done to Nikah. He knew that it would devastate Kouga so he decided to tell him for that reason alone.

“Yes I have.” Kouga grithis his teeth to attempt to contain his rage before speaking again.

“What the hell did you do to Nikah?”

“Nikah is really quite a lovely woman Kouga, you should learn to keep her better protected. She has the most amazing body I’ve ever seen for a mere human.” Kouga’s dark blue eyes narrowed as he began to realize what Sesshomaru had done to his mate.

“You bastard!”

“So you guessed it then? If not then I shall tell you what I did to your wench. I raped Nikah and I had planned on doing it again but you arrived before I could.” Kouga ran at Sesshomaru in a blind rage. The demon lord easily side stepped the enraged wolf demon’s attack.

“I’ll kill you for touching her you bastard!” Sesshomaru chuckled coldly.

“You’re going to have to do much better that that Kouga.” Jaken returned to the throne room with a frightened looking Nikah. “Jaken bring the wench over to me!”

“Yes my lord!” The little green toad did as he was told at onNikaNikah was pulled over to Sesshomaru quickly. She screamed out to her mate in a shrill voice.

“Kouga! Please don’t let him touch me again!” Kouga got ready to run over to where his mate was. Sesshomaru grabbed her roughly by her neck and yanked her up against him.

“Come any closer Kouga, and I’ll kill your precious mate!” Kouga froze and watched as Sesshomaru towered over Nikah. She shrank back in fear of the powerful dog demon. Sesshomaru grabbed Nikah’s chin and pulled her into an involuntary kiss. Kouga growled fiercely as he watched Sesshomaru’s mouth crash down upon Nikah’s.

“Get your filthy hands off Nikah right now Sesshomaru!” Sesshomaru broke the forced kiss and turned Nikah to face Kouga.

“Do you want her back Kouga?”

“Yes she belongs to me!”

“You’ll get her back but not quite yet. First I want you to suffer.” Kouga watched as Sesshomaru grabbed a handful of Nikah’s thick brown locks. He yanked them roughly making Nikah cry out.

“Stop hurting her homahomaru!”

“I want you to hear everything Kouga! How your mate moaned like a common whore when I took her against her will! She cried and begged me to stop but I ignored her ridiculous pleas for mercy.” Kouga’s eyes narrowed into two dark blue slits as Sesshomaru continued to speak. “She loved the fact that I took her! Although I despise humans, Nikah does have an incredible body. I can see why you forced her into becoming your mate.” Kouga shouout out in anger.

“Damn it Sesshomaru! Let Nikah go now and face me like an honorable demon!” Sesshomaru released his hold on Nikah’s neck. She stumbled a bit from the sudden loss of his contact. Nikah looked up at Sesshomaru with confused cinnamon brown eyes. His amber eyes remained cold and emotionless when he spoke. Go tGo to him wench, you’re free to go! Now before I change my mind!” Without further hesitation Nikah ran over to Kouga. Kouga stood with outstretched arms for his mate. Kagome watched as Nikah buried her face into Kouga’s chest. Kouga wrapped his arms around Nikah protectively as her small body began trembling from the force of her sobs. Inuyasha turned to face his older brother.

“It’s time you answer for your crime Sesshomaru!” Sesshomaru snorted in disgust at his younger brother.

“I suppose you’re going to be the one to make me answer then?” Kouga interrupted the two siblings.

“No Sesshomaru, I shall be the one to make you answer for what you’ve done!” The wolf demon prepared for his battle with Sesshomaru by forcing Nikah safely out of harm’s way behind him. “Ginta, get Nikah out of here now! I want her far away from that bastard Sesshomaru!”

“Yes my lord!” Ginta then picked Nikah up and quickly fled the large white stone palace with her safely tucked against his muscular chest. Nikah shut her cinnamon brown eyes as they picked up speed. She suddenly screamed out to her mate.

“KOUGA! I LOVE YOU! PLEASE COME BACK HOME TO ME! I NEED YOU!” Kouga yelled back to his retreating mate.

“I LOVE YOU TOO NIKAH! I WILL RETURN TO YOU< DON”T WORRY!”
