Ryn: I thought that Sesshomaru being the angel instead of Kagome was a great twist and just perfect. I'm glad you liked the twist and I hope you continue to enjoy this story.

Chapter Two
Awakening Kiss

“Why would you wish for me to kill you now Kagome?” Sesshomaru asked as he stared deep into her eyes. ‘What beautiful eyes she has’ he thought to himself.

“I…I don’t. Sorry!” Kagome said while trying to tear her eyes away from his. Then her eyes fell onto his nude body. “Oh bloody hell.” she hissed as she stepped away from him. ‘Damn he’s dangerous to my mental health’ she thought to herself.

Sesshomaru watched her in amusement. ‘She’s kind of cute, in a human way’ he thought. Then Sesshomaru tried to move and realized that everything was stiff from not moving in a very long time. “Umm… could you help me Kagome?” he asked gently while looking at her.

Kagome shivered, it was the way he said her name. ‘It’s like silk’ she thought as she walked over to him, trying very hard not to look at his nakedness. She grabbed his legs and moved them off of the stone he laid upon.

“Hey! Whoa… girl watch it. I haven’t moved in ages and all of a sudden you go moving things off.” Sesshomaru said as pain rushed down into his legs. ‘I don’t even think I could walk, how embarrassing’ he thought to himself.

“I’m sorry…I’ll try to do it slower now.” Kagome said as her cheeks inflamed with embarrassment.

Sesshomaru watched as she came closer to him and put her hands on his shoulders and started trying to lift him up. ‘She’s really funny’ he thought as he honestly tried to help her.

“Damn Sesshomaru, you’re freaking heavy as hell!” Kagome said trying to pull him up enough to get an arm under to help get him up.

“True… I am trying to help though. Maybe the joints are just too stiff.” Sesshomaru said.

Kagome stopped trying to get him up and thought of something new to try. “How about we try to warm the muscles up, maybe that will work.” she said.

Kagome started with his feet first, and rubbed them nice and softly, yet still firm enough to work out any stiffness. She worked her way up.

Sesshomaru felt like growling. He slowly was able to get some feeling besides pain into his legs and he liked what he felt. The human could give a good massage. He almost laughed out loud when she started up more and noticed that she didn’t want to do anything with that part of him. She took a deep breath and started massaging his belly muscles. He didn’t even know that could be exotic, yet she made it that way. The girl was sin reincarnated and wasn’t even trying.

Kagome’s cheeks were bright red and she tried to ignore one part of his body that she wanted nothing to do with. She was an innocent still and planned on keeping it that way. She wanted true love before giving it up. ‘But, damn… what girl in their right mind would refuse such a man?’ she thought as she continued up his chest to his shoulders.

Sesshomaru felt like going back to sleep with the way she massaged his body. She continued to his arms and he soon felt like he could move all over again. He suddenly became aware of a part of his body that begged to be massaged too. His eyes widened as he realized that there was a part of him that didn’t need to be massaged to come back to life. He was standing up strong and proud and he just knew that Kagome would panic.

Kagome suddenly took a sharp intake of air when she noticed that the one part of his body she didn’t massage honestly didn’t need it, for it was obviously in working order. ‘Oh my…gawsh.’ was all that ran through her mind.

Sesshomaru tried to will himself down. ‘Down boy you can’t play today… maybe another time and place.’ he thought to himself.

“Well maybe you can get up now.” Kagome said. Then she smacked herself in the face when she realized what she said and how Sesshomaru was looking at her. “I…I didn’t mean it like that.” was all she managed to get out, before she heard the laughter.

“It’s fine…sorry. I didn’t mean for this to happen. Would you help me up though?” he asked as amusement glinted in his eyes.

Kagome smiled at him and knew that he was just playing with her. She walked closer to him and put her arm behind his head and started pushing him up as he pulled himself into a sitting position. That’s when she noticed the tattoo.

“Wow… They’re beautiful.” she said a bit breathlessly.

Sesshomaru didn’t know what she meant until he looked back at her and saw her looking at his back and his…tattoo. “Oh, thank you very much; I’ve always been happy with them. They come in handy.” he said as he watched her for any sign of his meaning.

Kagome looked up at him and knew that he also knew what was forbidden. “Well I bet they do come in handy when you want to get away from people. You should be very proud of them. They are truly beautiful in every way, and they suit you just fine.” she said as she blushed a little.

“You’re too kind Kagome.” he whispered as he went to stand up.

Before he was able to fall to the floor Kagome was there helping him to stand on his own two feet for the first time in ages. He honestly didn’t know how long ago it was, but he knew that it was very, very, very long.

“Let me help you out of here.” Kagome said as she grabbed the flashlight out of her pocket and started helping him out of the room and into the darkness. When they made it out the whole building came crashing down and they just stared at it and the surrounding darkness. It had become nightfall in the short time she was in there releasing him from his prison.

“It’s beautiful out here…” was all Sesshomaru could say as he fell to the ground.
