A Night At The Office

The next morning, Sesshomaru was the first awake. His arms was wrapping around the body of his shy little

assistant, who at the moment was still lying on his chest fast asleep. The corner of his beautiful lips held the

slightest smile, seeing Kagome sleeping so peacefully. His smile got bigger at the little purring noises she was

making in her sleep. Sesshomaru slowly sat up placing his hand behind Kagomes back and under her legs; he stood

up being careful as not to wake her from her slumber. He places her on his desk as he found pieces of his

clothes as well as Kagomes around his office. “He stared down at the beauty before him, he smiled yet again

noticing the pout placed upon her beautiful pink full lips, as if she was missing the warmth from his body as

well as being in his arms”.

The alarms on his phone went of snapping him from his thoughts. He looked at the clock in his office and saw it

5:45 am, meeting his employees will be making their way into work in about 45 minutes. Sesshomaru quickly

dressed himself and Kagome making sure he does not wake her. Using his demon speed he quickly cleaned up his

office before picking up Kagome once more and heading out the building to the parking lot, where he placed in

the back of his car so she could continue to sleep without being uncomfortable. Then he got into drivers seat

took off to his home. But he did not know a pair of red eyes filled with pure hatred was watching his every

move. A sadistic smile found its way up the face belonging to that person, as a plan began to form in his mind.

He would have miko and he would take that dog down in the process.

After about 30 minutes of driving, Sesshomaru finally made it home, he sighed as he pulled into the driveway

dreading the thought of the annoying imp inside his home. Who for sure will not shut up as he steps one foot

inside. His eyes glanced up at the rearview mirror, making him smile at the adorable specimen lying on the back

seat of his car. What is she doing to me he thought. I have need acted this way before or even felt this way.

The smile fell from his face as his train of thought was broken by the annoying sound of the imp’s voice.

Mi'Lord I was so worry when you did not make it home last night. A low growl rumbled in his chest as he open the

door of his Mercedes. Sesshomaru stepped out and walked passed the imp to the backseat of his car ignoring his

babbling and all the nonsense that slipped from his lips. But one sentence made him stop dead in his tracks.

“What is that filthy human doing in your car Mi'Lord?” Sesshomaru turned to his servant, as his eyes started to

bleed over red. His head tilted slightly down so his servant Jaken did not notice the change in his lord due to

the stupidity of his words. Come here Jaken. Thinking nothing was wrong Jaken walked close to Sesshomaru and

stopped. “Yes Mi'Lord”. “Would you care to repeat what you just said?” “Why Mi'Lord? “Do not make this

Sesshomaru repeat himself”. Hearing no type of emotion in his lord's voice, Jaken complied with his wishes.

“Mi'Lord I said what is that filthy human doing in?”, before Jaken could finish his sentence Sesshomaru's foot

connected with his ribs sending him flying into the front door of his lavish home. Turning back to his car to

retrieve the beauty from inside, paying no mind to the demon on the floor groaning and twitching in agonizing

pain. Sesshomaru picked up Kagome bridal style and headed for the front door. Holding her with one of his hand

he opened it, stepping on the imp in the process standing on his already broken ribs. ‘Do not ever question the

actions of this Sesshomaru or it will be the last thing you”. “Do you understand this Sesshomaru?” Hardly able

to breath, Jaken Squeaked “YES MI'LORD” as Sesshomaru full body weight was pressing down on his ribs. Without

another word Sesshomaru stepped off the imp heading to his room, leaving Jaken on the ground closing the door

with his foot. Sesshomaru gently lays Kagome on the bed before stripping her of clothes leaving her bra and

underwear. Before removing his own clothes and making his way to his bathroom and taking a quick shower and

brushing his teeth.

Returning to his room 30 minutes later seeing the still sleeping Kagome on his bed, putting on a pair of boxers

he slipped into bed with her covering the both with his blanket. He smirks at feeling of Kagome snuggling up

next to him, he wrapping his arms around her chuckling at the little snoring noise she was making. Sesshomaru

lay with her in his arms for about an hour before falling into a light sleep.

Ok the next chapter Kagome will wake up. And she will have an interesting reaction to the situation she is in. I will update soon...
