A Night to Remember

A/N: Oh wow… a second chapter!!! Yay!!! I would write more but I’ve gotta get ready for some kind of wedding… yay…

IMPORTANT!!!!! Just to let you know, this is slightly goreish. I really wanted to write a horror fic, but yet, this isn’t quite there. But it shouldn’t be that hard… Anyways R&R and I will love you forever!!!

Chapter Two: Irritating Inu’s

So many thoughts ran though Kagome’s mind that day. She did what Sesshomaru asked. Kagome bathed, dressed, and then went downstairs for breakfast. Breakfast was quiet and not once did she look at the demon lord. She wondered what happened to him. He lived in a large house, almost like a mini mansion. But no one else lived there. Kagome opened her mouth a couple times to say something, but ended up saying nothing. It wasn’t her business. Or at least that’s what she figured he would say to her. When the phone began to ring, Kagome took her leave, called a taxi and headed back to the dorms.

Kagome didn’t know what to say or do when she saw him. She wanted to ask him about the past, but she could tell that Sesshomaru really didn’t want to talk about it. And knowing him, there was no way Kagome would see him again. Not unless if he wanted her to find him.

“Kagome!”

The girl groaned as she turned around. If Ayumi kept her any longer then needed, Kagome was going to wring her neck. She was already going to be late to class. Before she could ask what Ayumi wanted, her arm was grabbed and dragged off to class.

“What the hell is it?” She finally snapped when they reached the lecture class. Instantly Kagome stopped. The teacher was giving her an odd look, but what shocked her the most was Sesshomaru standing there with a smug look on his face.

“Miss Higurashi, Miss Takahara, please take your seats.” He said sternly.

Kagome and Ayumi gave a small nod of apology as they sat down in the middle row.

“As I was saying, Sesshomaru Taisho here will be joining our classes for now on. So if you could all help him out around campus that would great. Taisho, you can take your seat now.”

Sesshomaru gave a small nod and took the seat directly behind Kagome.

Kagome gave a small groan and hit her head on the desk. In the matter of twenty-four hours, Sesshomaru managed to change her life by just being there. With a sigh, she looked out and watched as rain began to fall from the sky.

“Scream for me.” The man smirked. “I want to hear you scream as I cut you open.”

“Please no!” The girl whimpered, tears falling down her eyes. “I beg you… don’t do this.”

He looked at her with bored yellow eyes. “I told you to scream not beg.” He brushed a long silver strand behind his ear. “You’re boring me.” With a quick slash, he ripped her throat out. “Sense you won’t scream for me, then I’ll just kill you.” He threw the chunk of flesh away and licked the blood that ran down his arm. “So boring.” The man looked down at the twitching girl, her life draining from her eyes.

The man let out a small growl as the ran began to wash the scent of blood from the body before him.

“Man, you need to stop playing with your victims.” Said another man as he walked over to the scene. “What, you didn’t have your way with her first? I thought that was something you loved to do.”

The silver haired one shook his head. “I want a more thrilling hunt. Hunting, raping and killing week human girls is getting boring to me. I wish I got my hands on the black haired beauty last night. If she wasn’t with another man at the time, I would have had her.” He looked up at the sky and sniffed the air. “She had the best scent out of them all. To bathe in her blood would be so exhilarating. I could cum just thinking about her.”

The other just shook his head. “Do me a favor and masturbate in your own room. People are going to show up so let’s go.”

“I’m going to find her.” He smirked as he walked from the scene. “I’m going to find my Hime of Blood. Soon I’ll have her spread on my bed, then I’ll bleed her dry till I make a beautiful corpse.”

“Sesshomaru…” Kagome growled as she stopped once more. “Stop following me!” Kagome quickly turned around and lashed out only to have her arm grabbed by a clawed hand. “Why don’t you go torment someone else! I have classes I have to go to!”

Sesshomaru let her hand go. “Did you not hear the professor at the end of class? Your punishment for being late was to show me around the campus.”

“Why couldn’t you have Ayumi do it!” She snapped. “At least she would be a bit more enjoyable company then I am.”

“Quite the contrary. She would rather throw herself at my person then show me around.”

Kagome arched an eyebrow. “And I would rather throw you in a ditch then show you around.”

“You wouldn’t.”

“Only because I know you would kill me if I tried.” Kagome shifted her book bag and once more attempted to head back to one of her classes.

“Why did you leave this morning?”

Kagome sighed and stopped once more. “Because you never asked me to stay.” She snapped. “You acted like an ass to me that morning. Sure, I may have started it, but that didn’t mean that you could act like a complete and total prick for the rest of that morning. You ignored me, and acted like I just didn’t exist. So I left so you couldn’t pretend anymore. Happy now?”

“No.” Was his reply.

Kagome cried out and threw her only free arm in the air in frustration. “I swear! All you dog demons have a brain cell of a gerbil!”

Before she could say anything else, she found herself pressed up against a wall and a very angry demon towering over her. “The insults have gone long enough miko. I won’t harm you, but if you keep it up, I just might break my rule and harm you till you’ve learned your lesson. Understand?”

Kagome gave a small nod. How could she forget that it was Sesshomaru she was talking to?

“Good.” He let her go and grabbed her bag, handing it back to her. “I believe you said you had a class to go to.”

Instantly curses left her mouth as she took off running. How could Kagome forget that she still had classes to go to!

“Ow!”

Kagome fell to the ground, her vision swarming a little. “What did I hit…”

“I believe that would be me.”

The raven haired girl slowly looked up to find out just who she ran into. Instantly a gasp left her mouth. Doing a double take, she realized that yes, his hair was long and silver, but it was much longer then Sesshomaru’s. His eyes were also a stunning golden, but they seemed to shimmer in the light. And unlike Sesshomaru’s pale complexion, this man had dark skin.

“I…I’m sorry.” She stuttered, turning a little red from embarrassment.

The man smiled and held out his hand for her. “It’s quiet alright little hime. I should be apologizing for not catching you when you fell.”

Kagome looked at his hand and gathered her stuff, getting up on her own. “No, it’s my fault for not looking when I was running.”

He gave her a stunning smile. “There is no need. How about I walk you to class as an apology of my own?”

Before she could reply, a clawed hand grabbed her by the head and pulled her against a hard body. “She will decline your offer.” Sesshomaru growled. “This Sesshomaru was walking her to her class.”

He chuckled. “What a shame, you have a possessive boyfriend that doesn’t trust other men. Of other inu’s.”

Sesshomaru’s gaze narrowed. “Who are you?” He demanded.

“Tai. Just Tai for now.” He took Kagome’s hand and kissed it softly. “I must part ways from you for now. But I do hope to see you again. Without… any interruptions.”

Once more Kagome’s face turned red and all she could do was give a slight nod of her head.

Tai gave a nod to Sesshomaru before leaving the two alone. Once he was gone, Kagome instantly turned to him. “What the hell was that?” She demanded.

Sesshomaru kept his eyes at the fading man. “Your comprehension of what’s going on around you escapes you miko.”

Instantly Kagome’s anger spiked. “If you think I didn’t know he was a dog demon, then you’re mistaken. I’m not as oblivious as you take me! And for your information, he was nice to me! Unlike you who acts like he’s king of the world and can command me because he once owned the western lands. If you get your head out of your ass Sesshomaru, then maybe, just maybe you wouldn’t be so irritating to be around!” With that she turned and ran off to class.

“Then maybe I’ll try and treat you a little bit like you deserve to be treated.” Sesshomaru muttered under his breath before turning and walking in the opposite direction.
