She woke from what seemed like the most intense erotic dream she’d ever had. “Gone all night and now she’s even stopping us from leaving to go hunt for jewel shards,” he grumbled, “it’s like she doesn’t even care anymore. Not to mention how bizarre she’s been acting for the past few weeks.”
‘Men,’ Sango thought, ‘how selfish can you be?’
“Well you did forget her birthday, Inuyasha,” Sango said bluntly.
“She’s not acting like she’s mad, she’s…” he didn’t finished the sentence and ferociously turned back to his bowl of rice.
‘Inuyasha and Miroku have been so annoying lately, I wish Kagome was back already, I think I’m going to go wait by the well for her.’
“Since were not leaving just yet,” Sango said, “ and you all are being so difficult today I’m going to go get Kagome.”
“Feh,” Inuyasha retorted. Miroku just sat with his eyes closed in annoyance.
Standing with her fists clenched to her sides, she gave them both a look that could kill.
“I can’t believe both of you,” she sneered, “grow up already.”
With that she stormed out of the hut no even noticing she left without her sandals…

Halfway back to the village, Kagome stopped dead in her tracks as an idea came to her, immediately sending panic screaming throughout her brain. Her shower basket dropped unto the grass, she didn’t even notice her shampoo bust out on the grass.
“Inuyasha will smell him on me,” she said aloud.
Though she did enjoy her encounter with Sesshomaru, to say the least, one night of hot carnal sex was not enough to make her stop liking Inuyasha. She didn’t want to end what she had with him.
‘Which is what would happen if he smelled him on me,’ she thought, ‘there must be some way to mask the scent!’
“Who will Inuyasha smell on you?” A voice crept up on her from behind. Kagome jumped 5 feet back in the air, all too relieved to find that the voice belonged to Sango. As the shock subsided in her and Kagome took a moment to collect herself, she flung herself upon Sango.
“I’ve done something terrible,” she whispered.
“Where have you been, we’ve all been worried about you,” she said coddling her.
“I’ll tell you everything, but you have to promise not to judge me…”
