Now the story
“It’s not hard to understand little brother. We search an area of Japan till one of us feel the key in our body to react.” Sesshomaru stated. Inuyasha just sighed ‘how could they expect me to focus when the love of my live just died. I mean come on. I know I didn’t mate with her and wasn’t sure I wanted to but still.’
“We know you miss her Inuyasha, but do you want her death do be in vain?” Miroku said as calmly as possible, not wanting to set Inuyasha off again. “Inuyasha he’s right. We have to keep this person from gaining more power. Listen, if we find the holder of the Shikon the faster this guy will come to us, then we can kill him. OK?” Sango said trying not to yell. “Listen today we’ll search Tokyo. The hoshi and I will search the west and south; you and the taijiya will search the north and the east, then at 8 o’clock we all will search central Tokyo. “ Sesshomaru stated no longer wishing to waste his time with his brother.

“I don’t give a fuck you ~Hiretsukan~! The Shikon has to be pure at all times right?” Inuyasha ranted. “Yes, at least that’s what your dad said why?” Miroku answered. “Then all we got to do is find a miko that tested with more power then they can use, cause at least half if not more of the power will be focused into the Shikon.” Inuyasha stated as if were plain as day. They were shocked Inuyasha had a not good but great idea. “Wow…” Sango and Miroku said together. ‘With out Kikyo Inuyasha is normal again.’ they all thought.
****ever later that day****
“Are we done yet?” Inuyasha wined. “Stop wining little brother before I cut your tongue out.” Sesshomaru demand. “Calm down both of you! There is only one person left in Tokyo… Higurashi, Kagome.” Inuyasha and Sesshomaru both looked away from the taijiya gaze. Soon they reached some stair (yea right! a lot of stairs more like it.)
“Hello there we’re looking for Higurashi, Kagome is she here?” Sango asked only to hear Inuyasha “Miroku what in the hell are you doing?” Miroku was walking toward a young girl in miko grab standing in front of a very old and large tree, then he stop all of a sudden. As they approached the hoshi each felt a familiar presences yet it seemed sad; this along with a different pull was coming from the girl in front of them with eyes so sad it could make angels cry. “Hello Sango, Sesshomaru. No Miroku I wont bare your kids (She smiled at this) but hello anyways and… Hello Inuyasha it’s… it’s been more then a lifetime.( she paused.) Souta… please go inside and tell mama that I’ll be behind the shrine. (Souta nods) Come I’ll answer all your questions about the Shikon and the evil that’s after it.” Kagome started to walk off. “Wait… what the hell… how do you know us and if you knew you had the Shikon why didn’t you come to find us?!” Inuyasha yelled.
“Inuyasha…I know all of you from our last life and I did not come to you because I did not remember my last life till the night when Kikyo died. I have her memories as well; (Inuyasha gulps loudly at this) this is not the time to talk about this follow me and I will explain.” Kagome said. Inuyasha looked into her eyes ‘Why…Why is it all I see in your eyes is sorrow? What could make a person seem so sad? Why do I feel like holding you till all that pain goes away? Just who are you?’ Inuyasha looked up towards the girl but he could not take the feeling he was getting from her, he knew that it was not the pull from the key but something stronger.
Soon they arrived at a clearing in the middle of the ~shinrin~ where a small shrine looking building sat. “what did they expect bugs to pray here or something?” Inuyasha asked. Kagome shook her head “ No Inuyasha, this is where the hero’s who stop the evil hanyou and help youkai and humans come together. The miko Keade had this build after a grave incident, but before that you must know three other tales.” Kagome proceeded to tale them the tale of Midoriko; then of a hanyou and a miko; then the last tale of an untrained miko from a different world with the hanyou. When she came to right before the final battle she stopped and turned to look at them. They all were seated on the ground while she remanded standing. With a deep breathe she told them her last story the story of the last curse the evil hanyou placed on the miko (that is my other story. So reading it will help but you might get by without reading it. And if you don’t know the other tales look the up on absoluteanime.com)
When she finished the tale Sesshomaru asked “If your last tale is true then why does it say in the history books, old scrolls, and their grave say they died back in feudal Japan?” “IN the stories of the miko from a different land she went through a dry well. That well is the bone eaters well that is here on the grounds; it was in the building were you talked to Souta my little brother. In truth she was traveling through time to the era.” they all looked at her skeptically. She sighed and open the small doors on the little shrine and pulled out to things a book and a envelope. “This shrine has a barrier that stops time within it. I’m sure you’ve seen the pictures taken of the miko journal?” “Yea so what about it wench?” Inuyasha said ready to leave he was troubled that every time she looked at him he saw something in her eyes; something but he was not sure what it could be. Kagome showed them the book she was holding. “That’s the Miko Journal!” Sango and Miroku yelled at once. “Yes and this is the letter they wrote before they died in this time. You see the evil hanyou had a incarnation that was sleeping and would awaken on the deaths of the one’s that killed him. This incarnation name is ~Yukiko~ when they had died and left this letter she awoke and went to the well and some how broke the seal and the well and went into the past. She soon found the one’s that killed her father and killed then one by one. With each one she killed she took their power and/or skills till only the miko and the hanyou were left th..” “wait a minute to take their power or skills she would have to take their souls right?” Inuyasha interrupted. Kagome shook her head in the positive “Yes she did Yukiko killed then when they were out traveling the country to keep things peaceful. Now as I was saying the miko used a spell that only she knew to bring back the Shikon no Tama; she made a wish as she watched you mate die for them all to live again and for Yukiko to be sealed. The wish work to a point because it was not pure; the souls were released but they would be reborn to have another chance of living. They were born again to as the person they were in a new time in stead of living as a new person. Because of how different now and then are, they change somewhat but they still are much like the were. The other part of the wish work as well Yukiko was seal but only till the Shikon was resurfaced. The Shikon appeared on my 15th birthday when I touched the God tree. Because I was that miko. My soul spilt so Kikyo could be reborn as well so when she died I got my soul back and with my full power I some how unlocked my past memories. Inu you were the hanyou, you are youkai now because you mother was reborn as a youkai. Sesshomaru you were the Taiyoukai of the west and Miroku and Sango were the Houshi and Taijiya from the legends.” She let them look through the book and read the letter. (A/N read my other story to know what’s in them) none could tell her she was wrong when they looked through the journal.. “Who’s this on the last page?” Sango asked. “That is Yukiko the snow youkai.” Kagome said. They all looked at the page on it there was a girl looking about 25 with light blue hair that went to her knees. Her eye’s were ice blue with a white pupil. She ware a plane white common kimono. She were a chocker and earrings that looked like snow flakes. Her face showed nothing but cold Sesshomaru was very expressive compared to her.
Soon they were on their way back to the shrine. “Kagome how did the letter survive?” Miroku asked. “because before Yukiko went through the well the letter had been placed in the ~Inochi~ shrine that we just came from. As I said there is a time barrier there so any shifts in time do not change it.” when they arrived at the main house they went inside and drank tea in silence still trying to put everything together.
“Kagome I’m sorry to do this do you but you have to come with us. We can’t the that youkai Abazureon'na to get you. I know that means you have to leave your family but…” Inuyasha trailed off. “I know I already packed all I will need. (She smiled) I knew you were coming did I not I know up till we leave here after that I’m the same as you.” After Sesshomaru called a car to pick them up they loaded up Kagomes things in they were off to the western places to see Inuyasha and Sesshomaru’s father.
Hoped you like this chapter I personally thinks it’s a bore but it explains everything I need it to. The rest of the chapters with be a hell of a lot better (hopefully) ^_^
