Prelude


Alone amongst the council stood a small child, no more than 9 years old.
Her petite frame shook as she stared up at the high up, dark figures peering down at her.
Tears that had gathered at the corner of her eyes threatened to fall on the ground bellow.
She jumped when one of the elders cleared his throat and addressed her.

“Child, you have two options given to you. The first is that you and your brother be executed as a threat to the different worlds…”



The tears fell down her cheeks as she interrupted the elder.

“But we have done nothing wrong!”




The elder glared down at her and she immediately shut her mouth.

“Or you can train under Master Yosho to learn some control. However this training will take years to master and you may not even be able to master it correctly. However once your master deems you ready, you will return to take The Test and be given citizenship should you pass. Think carefully child, this will be many years and you may die while during the training.”




She looked down at the floor and closed her eyes tightly shut.
She didn’t need to think about what she had to do, but she prayed that the others would forgive her.


“I…”

FQ: (glares a look of death at Sir Fluffy)

Sesshy: (sweat drop) Then again that is only this Sesshomaru’s opinion.

InuYasha: Haha, Fae got mad at you!

Sesshy: (growls at InuYasha)

FQ: InuYasha…sit!!

InuYasha: AH!! (Hits the ground hard)

Sesshy: (smirks)
