A/n: Someone asked me how Sesshy could smell Kagome's arousal it's explained in this chapter so enjoy!

Kagome was furious, she had been in the warden's office for the past three hours waiting for him to return after he had left her with some normal clothes to wear. Hearing the door open she turned ready go let him know just how much she appreciated being left alone to her own devices for so long.

Sesshomaru stood in the shadows of the doorway, watching the girl taking time to actually admire her figure in the jeans and t-shirt he had left her to put on. He always hated the prisons garb and he wanted the girl to feel comfortable so he could get her full side of the story knowing she had not taken part in the death of the girl.

"Kagome please have a seat" Motioning towards a hard chair in front of his desk he stepped in quietly closing the door behind him. Moving across the office he ignored the look of rage the girl was shooting him as he sat in his plush leather chair watching the female with quiet scrutiny.

Shooting a dagger like look at the warden, Kagome stopped her furious pacing. Allowing herself to sink down into the chair, folding one leg over the other as she sat back. "What do you want warden. I already told the judge and jury I didn't have anything to do with that girls death but they didn't believe me"

Steepling his fingers together he had to refrain from allowing his eyes to leave the girls face, knowing if he did he would end up admiring her other supple curves the t-shirt offered to his vision. "I know this, the girl's death was not on your hands my half brother killed her along with many others"

Kagome's eyes widened slightly as she stared at the man. "What do you mean, Inuyasha never killed anyone else when I was with him. He liked to have a bit of fun here and there but he never did anything like that. Her death was an accident plain and simple"

Allowing his hands to relax he sighed shaking his head. "Kagome how foolish can you be please think back tell me exactly what you remember stop blocking it out please I need to know"

Leaning forward she slammed a fist on the desk top. "God damnit I told the jury and judge everything I did remember. The girl had tripped she fell into Inuyasha on his kni-" She stopped, eyes narrowing as she thought. "No..she didn't fall on his knife, he had it pulled back"

Sesshomaru nodded, reaching into his desk drawer setting pictures down so Kagome could get a good look at them. "Her ribs were broken Kagome, if she had fallen on that knife her ribs would've have suffered such damage I studied the Autopsy report"

"He stabbed her, when she fell into him. He caught her then rammed the knife into her body" She whispered, her face growing pale. "Why would he do something like that."

Sighing now he stood moving to the window that over looked the prison yard. "Inuyasha is my half brother have you ever seen him with out his bandana?"

Watching him carefully she tilted her head. "No he never took it off when he was around me. And if he did he just had normal hair why?"

Placing one hand on the sill he shook his head. "My brother is Hanyou, half human half demon. I am a full blooded Inu Demon. I covered up the murders at first he came to me begging for help. He told me he was sick that he was having all this thoughts. He got better and the murders stopped but something must've happened"

Turning he looked towards the wall where a picture hung of a young girl with bright chocolate brown eyes and short black hair. She had a huge smile showing missing teeth. "That was my adopted daughter Rin"

Kagome looked at the picture staring at the smiling child. "What do you mean Was"

Tearing his gaze from the picture he turned looking towards Kagome. "I was working here late one night when the phone rang. It was Rin I could hear her she was hysterical screaming and crying. In the background I heard Inuyasha. I left here getting home as fast as I could but I was to late. Rin had been split open like a gutted deer, she had also been raped. I don't know who raped her the scent was masked all I knew was Inuyasha had killed the one person that ment the most in this world to me"

Kagome's eyes widened as she listened to the story, one hand flying up to her mouth to still the gasp of pure shock. "Oh god that's horrible, how could he have done that i've never heard of such sick depravity or cruelty it's disgusting!"

Sesshomaru was having a hard time now, his inner demon was raging at him wanting him to rip the female apart for having anything to do with his brother while at the same time wanting to have Kagome under his body moaning with passion, her eyes glazed over with lust from his touch. He knew she wasn't innocent he could smell that on her, but his brother's disgusting scent was not mixed with her's sexually.

"Im going to help you get out of here Kagome but I want you to do me a favor" He spoke softly, keeping his voice as calm as possible.

She looked at him now, staring at the markings more closely. When she had first seen them she had thought they were tattoo's but now she could understand they were the markings of royalty. Hearing his comment it broke her out of the study. "How are you going to help me get out of here"

He smiled slowly, his eyes locking with her's. "Tell me why you never slept with my brother"

Kagome's jaw dropped with the simple shock of the statement, she was struck speechless. "What, HOW DARE you ask me that!" Leaping up she turned quickly heading towards the door. "My personal life is none of your god damn bussiness Sesshomaru!" She had gotten the door open when it was slammed shut by a powerful hand. Looking up she met a pair of blood red eyes. She felt her body freezing as she started to shake.

He was furious, not with her not wishing to answer the question but with her trying to leave his office with out his permission. He could smell her fear tinged with a hint of arousal. "Sit down Kagome" He could not control the growl that rumbled in the back of his throat.

Pressing herself back against the wall she tried to make herself as small as possible. She was a human girl facing an obviously pissed off Inu Demon. "No I will not sit down, you can't command me like im some sort of" She hesitated then.

He smiled, moving closer until his body was centimeters apart from her own. "Dog Kagome? is that what you were going to say" He wouldn't give her a chance to answer, he grabbed her shoulders pulling her into his frame. Lips coming down to claim her own in a hard brutal kiss, claiming her mouth as his tongue tasted her sweetness.

She squeaked in alarm, struggling against his hold not wanting to give herself in to those blazing feelings that seemed to fuel through her body, but it was to late. Arms slowly moved around his neck, fingers linking together as she melted into his kiss, tongue slipping out to dance with his.

His instincts were raging, he had never felt such a fire burning inside him when he had been with another female before. Something told him this one he was kissing was special and he wanted to find out how special she was. Pulling her off the ground, he cradled her suddenly in his arms never breaking that kiss as he carried her towards the desk. Using one arm he swept the papers and pens to the floor laying Kagome down onto the desk climbing above her.

She had been caught off guard when her feet left the ground, but she trusted him not to drop her. Part of her wanted his kiss and touch while another part the more rational half was telling her to stop, he could just be using her to scratch an itch. As her back touched the desk she pulled her lips away breaking that kiss. "Sesshomaru please I can't do this I don't want to be a notch in your bedpost"
