Andrew sat back, his emotions threatening to spill over as he tried to take in all the things that had just happened. 1) he had just had the best sex of his life, well the only sex of his life with another person, but anyway 2) said best sex giver had just changed from pretty sexy punk guy into super sexy dog boy, 3) he had no idea how number two had happened, and wasn’t too worried but thought that maybe he should be, and 4) said super sexy dog boy had just asked him to come stay with him.

He felt his head spin as he tried to take in all that had just happened, his mind reeling at the implications sunk in, he had a super sexy dog boy that wanted to come home with him, that would mean more sex, and he could play with his ears, and it would be just like having a friend over and- and oh no his mom would never just let some stranger come stay with him, especially some strange looking dog-eared guy with a tail.

Dropping down with a sigh he looked up to see dog-boy still looking at him expectantly, awaiting an answer. He had to smile at the picture in front of him, he was sitting on his haunches, one hand braced between his legs to balance himself as the other brushed gently over an ear.

“Uhm- so what do I call you anyway?”

Looking back at the blonde teen who was beaming at him almost a little too brightly the newly transformed teen almost gave his name, the for some reason thought better of it.

“What did you call me a moment ago?”

“Uhm- you mean when I said you looked like Inuyasha?”

“Yeah- Inuyasha- I kinda like the sound of that, why don’t we go with that?”

“Ok- if you want, my names Andrew by the way.”

Holding out his hand for the other teen to shake Andrew was mildly surprised when a clawed hand gripped his tightly before bringing it up to a slightly wet nose and sniffing it thoroughly. Inuyasha froze a moment after doing this then looked up at the blonde sheepishly before dropping his hand.

“Sorry- I have no idea why I just did that. That was just weird.”

His face flashing red at the unexpected contact Andrew looked away for a moment before glancing back and murmuring.

“That’s ok, I kinda liked it. So how did all this happen?”

Andrew gestured at the changes that had occurred in the other teen, getting a shrug from the white haired teen.

“I don’t know- I got upset when you said you wanted to die, so I was gonna kill you when we were doing it so that…”

Inuyashas voice trailed up as he looked up to see the tears streaming from the blue eyes of the other teen, before Andrew stood in a huff and started to get his clothes. His voice was barely a mumble as he got his clothes from the haphazard pile they had made only a little while earlier as he felt his heart clench at the words from the one person he had thought had truly cared for him.

“You- you were going to kill me?”

He didn’t know why, but at those words he felt something inside him crack, the blonde was facing away so he didn’t see the pained expression that crossed the transformed features of the dogboy before his faced snapped back to his normal composure. What did he care if the blonde had a problem, it wasn’t like he needed the other teen, or even cared what happened to the blonde, did he? Even as he thought that though he realized that he did at least need someone- he had no place to go and looking like he did now, well- glancing up at the now nearly clothed blonde he jumped up and went to stand before him.

“Hey- listen I’m sorry, I just…”

His words were cut off as ice blue eyes caught him in a glare that sent his ears back involuntarily.

“Yeah- you were just gonna do what I wanted you to- I know, but thats the thing, you didn’t actually care about me- I was just a fucktoy for you, just a thing like I am to everyone else. I would have given anything to find someone special to do that with, especially for my first time but instead I got some fucked up weird freak. You know- you may look like Inuyasha but you sure don’t have the same character.”

“Now hold on- I was just trying to help you- I didn’t have to do that, I didn’t have to do anything but I tried, I tried to give you what you asked for and I tried to make it so it wouldn’t hurt. I-”

“You just did what everyone else does- assume that you know what I needed more than I did. You’re nothing more than a useless ass.”

“You know- your not the only one with problems- at least you have a family, a home, I just tried to help you by doing what you asked, I was trying to be a friend, I was only trying to be what I wanted-”

He let his voice trail off as he realized that he had said more than he had meant to- a lot more than he had ever expected to to this blue eyed stranger that he had only met tonight. Glancing up he say the expression that he was most afraid of, with his words he had ruined any chance he thought he had of this person actually being a friend or anything like that, he found the same expression that had haunted him his whole life- pity.

“You know, never mind- I hope you can get over whatever it is thats so bad in your life, just get a clue, no matter how bad you think your life is, theres always someone elses who’s is worse.”

Having said that he turned on his heel, intent on getting his clothes nad leaving, not caring how he found a place to stay, he would manage. Letting a sigh escape his lips he thought, yeah, I always manage, somehow.

The blonde watched the backside of the new Inuyasha and while a part of him was still struggling with the whole He was gonna kill me, he did at least have the honesty to realize that he had asked for it and if there was ever a way to go, well that had to be the best way he could think of. Watching the retreating backside of the hanyou, he smirked as he realized that while the teen may have been quite adapt at keeping his facial expressions under his control he would have to learn how to handle his new body, as the tail tucked between his legs was a dead giveaway that he wasn’t as unconcerned as he pretended to be.

“Hey, Inuyasha, wait- you can stay with me- if you want.”

He knew that he had found the right button, while the body may not have changed a bit in its posture, he let a laugh go as the tail and ears perked up, he half expected the tail to start wagging but gasped as he heard a growl directed at him.

“Yeah, I can come stay with you, be your little pet wag my tail and let you pet me. And you can go fuck yourself.”

And to make his point he threw a hand up and gave the blonde the finger as he continued to retreat, he felt the walls around his heart harden again as his hope of maybe fitting somewhere was dashed as he realized that this guy only saw him as a cute- PET. He could feel the tears brimming in his eyes but he refused to let them fall, refused to show any kind of emotion to this little a-hole who had somehow snuck through his defenses.

“Inuyasha, where are you going- come on.”

The only response Andrew got from the retreating form was another finger flicked in his direction and he felt his blood boil, he could tell that this guy was having problems, but damn- he was just trying to help, and he sure knew that he could use a friend, and so could the hanyou. Having finally reached about the end of his patience with that last rude gesture he yelled at the retreating form.

“Inuyasha- SIT BOY!”

Inuyasha froze for a moment as he heard his name called, then weas ready to laugh as he was ordered around like a dog, and well, he would have laughed but suddenly found himself with a mouth full of grass as he felt some strange force pull his neck to the ground- and held him there.

“GRRD DHMMN HHT HLLL!”

Running up to the prostate form on the ground Andrew reached out to grasp a shoulder of the still cursing hanyou.

“Are you allright?”

Finally free from the restraining spell Inuyasha pushed himself up from the ground and tackled Andrew, sending him to the ground below him.

“What the hell was that? What did you do to me!”

“I don’t know, I mean that was the restraining spell that kagome used on Inuyasha in the anime but-”

“Ok- so why did you use it on me- and why the hell did it work!”

“I don’t know ok- I mean ever since you transform- what the?”

Andrews train of thought was rudely interrupted as the naked teen above him sprouted hair all over his body and began to shrink, before finally settling into the shape of a white husky still holding him down, a muzzle facing him as a series of barks and growls seemed to ask the obvious question.

“What happened?”

Andrew stared at the dog above him who was still growling slightly at him, before stepping gently off to the side and staring at him, ears slightly perked and tail still, obviously waiting for something.

“So, you still want to go off on your own?” getting no response from the dog in front of him he continued. “Heres the deal- I need a friend, you need a place to stay, I can leave you as a dog and you can try to make it out there, or you can agree to let me try and help you, deal?”

The dog tilted his head slightly before standing up to move closer, than lifted one front paw, waiting for a shake to complete the deal.

“Fine then, a deal it is, ok so transform.”

Once again a swirl of fur surrounded the form in front of him as the teen took his human form, still slightly upset about the whole situation but rapidly coming to the conclusion that Andrew was his best chance for some form of normalcy, at least for the time being.

“Ok, but I am not a pet allright?”

“I never thought you were a pet, I just hoped you could be a friend.”

Both teens looked away for a moment as Inuyasha gathered his clothes and began to dress himself, but Andrew reached up to stop him.

“Uh- listen I was thinking, I don’t know how my mom would take me asking her to let some guy come live with us, but she has said that I could have a pet so-”

Inuyasha sighed as he looked up to meet the hopeful face of his new- friend? “Fine, but your not gonna leave me like that all the time, are you?”

“No, I’ll try not to, I just figure it would be easier to get my mom to agree to me having a dog, than a boyfriend.”

Inuyasha huffed slightly at his term, but didn’t say anything instead waiting for the words to change him back to his other new form.

“So- does it hurt?”

The slightly confused expression he got from Inuyasha prompted Andrew to continue his line of inquiry.

“I mean how does it feel, when you know- change?”

“It was strange, kinda like when your legs fall asleep and get all tingly- just all over. Listen, if we’re gonna do this, I don’t want to be treated like a dog ok.”

“I won’t. So what about the boyfriend part?”

Inuyasha looked up at his blonde friend and smirked before leaning in to lick a cheek.

“I may consider it, you don’t seem to be as bad as I first thought.”

“Yeah- and you don’t seem to be as much of a jerk as I thought at first either.”
