A/N: I just want to thank everyone who reviewed my story, I’m really glad that you liked it. But like one person brought to my attention, I owe you all an explanation as to why their father wanted them to be together. There is really a deeper reason then I was letting on.
The great dog demon sat down in his study. A piece of parchment, a quill, and a bottle of ink in his hands. The smell of liquor was pouring off of him in large waves. He looked down sorrowfully at the parchment before him, slowly he began to write.
Dear Izayoi,
My dearest love Izayoi how can I begin to tell you the horrible truth. I cannot continue to lie to you anymore. My heart cannot go on knowing that I have lied to you for these past years. It was I who had the sleep spell cast on Sesshomaru. I know that this information will shock you but that is the least part of the horrible truth. I had a witch place the spell on Sesshomaru so that I could have my way with him. I wanted him but as you said he is very stubborn and he would not submit to me so I had the witch cast the spell. I lusted for him and I had to have him, to be inside him at any cost. But as he got older I realized that I was becoming a monster. I couldn’t do it anymore but seeing him prancing around the castle with such grace and elegance, I still lust for him. Because of the spell he cannot remember any of the times that I took him, thank the heavens for that. The witch that cast the spell also gave me a potion, the virginity potion. The last time I took Sesshomaru I used the virginity potion so he will once again be a virgin. To Sesshomaru Inuyasha will be his very first and his only. I want you to know that I have never in my life harmed Inuyasha in anyway shape or form. I need help Izayoi and that is why I write this letter to you now. I am leaving and to be honest I may never return. The spell on Sesshomaru will not be lifted until Inuyasha and Sesshomaru have a complete mating bond. If I do return and you do not want to be with me any longer than I understand. I love you Izayoi and both of our beautiful sons. Please tell Sesshomaru that he has finally taken my place, he is in charge from here on out. I know in my heart that he will make me proud as the next lord of the western lands. I’m so sorry Izayoi, I never meant to hurt you… no matter what please know that I will always love you now and forever.

Izayoi’s body was shacking with sobs “No” she whispered sadly as she shared blankly at the piece of paper. She couldn’t believe that he could do something so horrible to his son. “Don’t worry Sesshomaru everything will be better when Inuyasha gets back” she whispered to herself. She put the letter in the desk drawer and locked it. “No one will ever have to know about this dreaded secret” she said softly as she put the key in the folds of her kimono. “Where’s Inuyasha?” Izayoi jumped as she heard Sesshomaru behind her. “He’ll be back in four days, why don’t you go lay down dear? It’s such a boring day” she said lazily.
