Part 2: The First Visitor
Kagome walked down the street, to high school. It had been three years since she had completed the Shikon Jewel and permently returned to the present. She had passed the High School entrance exam and was now in her last year of high school. All of her friends except Auri, who got pregnant her second year of high school by Hojo, were their with her and we already planning their futures.
Kagome had no clue what she planned on doing with her life. Before the Shikon Jewel had been completed, she planned on staying in the fuetal era with InuYasha. However, that was thrown out since InuYasha chose Kikyo over her. Kagome wondered how everyone was doing. She wondered if Sango's baby was born health. If InuYasha and Kikyo were able to have one. How Kouga, Ginta, and Hokaku were fairing, and how Sesshomaru was.
The day she was sent back, she still couldn't get the sound of his voice out of her head. The sound of him calling to her as she disappeared through the well. Kagome!! She had known that hadn't been InuYasha who called out to her. Kagome sighed and hurried to class. Now she would never know.

He sat in his limo watching her as she entered her school. It surprised him that she would have changed so much in only three years. Her breasts had gotten bigger and her hips fuller. She looked more of a woman now than she did when she was sixteen. He licked his lips as she watched his lovely miko disappear from his sight.
"Soon, my Kagome, very soon."

Kagome entered the house and dropped her backpack on the floor.
"Souta! Mom! Grandpa! I'm Home!!"
When no one replied, Kagome went into the kitchen and found a note on the fridge.
Dear Kagome,
Sorry to leave you behind, but Grandpa and I left out of town for an important meeting. Souta is staying at a friends house, so don't worry about him. Don't make a mess and take care of yourself. I bought groceries, so there's plently of food. If Souta needs anything, he knows to call. I will call later tonight to check up on you.

She sighed as she peered out the window. She was shocked to see that snow had already started falling. She headed upstairs for a shower and then she'd make some supper.

He stood just outside of her home. He knew she was here. Her scent was all over the place. His breath coming out as clouds of white puff as he gazed at it. It had been more than five hundred years since he had last seen her smiling face. Took in her wonderful scent. He shivered from the cold. His heart beating in his ears. He was so close, he could taste it.

A knock on the door took her away from her hot meal. The heater decided to go on strike, so now only certain parts of the house was warm. The kitchen wasn't one of them. It felt like an ice box. The knock came again, so Kagome stood up and headed over to answer it.
"Yes! Yes! I'm hurrying."
Kagome swore as she almost fell over Souta's playstation. She opened the door fuming, but he anger instantly disappeared. She couldn't believe her eyes at who stood before her. Every muscule in her body was frozen. She felt tears gather in her eyes. The man smiled at her his usually cocky grin.
"KOUGA!!!"
Kagome sprang from her spot and through her arms around the wolf demon's neck. Tears falling down her face as she embraced one of her dearest friends. Kouga laughed and hugged her back. Clutching her tightly to him. He was so happy that she remembered him and was happy to see him. She pulled away and started asking a million questions at once. He just laughed and placed a finger on her lips.
"One question at a time, love."
Kagome wiped the tears from her eyes and embraced him again. He would never know how happy she was to see him.
"Kouga, how did you get here?"
He grinned.
"Now that's a long story."
