Beached...

"Oh gods! Inuyasha!" screamed Kagome as she hit a multiple orgasm. Waves of passion rippled throughout her belly as Inuyasha pumped harder and harder into her, reaching his own peak and groaning. Her fingernails raked his shoulders as they lay naked together on the mossy ground. It seemed like forever since the last time she and Inuyasha had sex. They were ready to go at it all night.

Inuyasha finally relaxed for a moment to catch his breath. "Damn...Kago..me! You damn well better be ready for another round shortly." he said between gasps. He continued to lay on top of her. "Do you want to switch positions?"

She and Inuyasha finally had the chance to be alone for once after all the traveling on the coastline looking for shards. Kagome looked up at him with a soft expression. "Don't you think the others will get worried if we don't go back soon?" she asked. She stroked Inuyasha's back lightly. "I'll make you some ramen if we go back early this time..." Now she was taunting him and it made her giggle.

"Oh all right....fuck...I was hoping to give you at least four more orgasms tonight. But you have to keep your promise to make me ramen when we get there. We also need to talk to the others about that burnt down village we came across today." Inuyasha stood up and began to pull on his haori. "I could have sworn that I saw something standing on the outskirts of the fires. By the woods..ya know?"

"If you had waited for Sango, Miroku and I to catch up..." Kagome started.

"What?! You guys are lagging behind constantly! I smelled blood and it ain't no problem of mine that you are soo damn slow!" Inuyasha was getting irritated. He tied the front of his kimono and helped Kagome up. "Get dressed, I won't have you catching a cold...thats one more thing I need today.."

Kagome leaped to her feet and marched in front of Inuyasha. "What's that supposed to mean?!" She stared him straight in the eye.

"Nothing." Inuyasha looked away and handed Kagome her skirt and top. "Hurry up, I haven't got all night.."

"You've got a real attitude problem tonight!" shouted Kagome as she slid her legs into the green skirt. "Stop rushing me! Or my clothes will rip, not that that would bother you any..."

The fire was sparking and popping....the sandy beach was illuminated by the flames. A spit just above the fire held eight fish and small dish of mushrooms hung by a rope, cooking until they were browned. Sitting around the fire in a semi-circle were Miroku, Sango, Shippo, and Kirara.

"Its beginning to get really late. I wonder if they got lost or something." said Shippo as he poked one of the fish with a stick. "Inuyasha can be so stupid sometimes."

*SMACK* Inuyasha's fist plummeted into the little fox's head. Shippo did not notice him walk up from behind.

"Ahh the triumphant returns!" said Miroku with a smug look on his face. He knew exactly what Kagome and Inuyasha were doing. "Did you have a pleasant evening?"

"I'm not about to discuss my personal business with lecher like you..." growled Inuyasha, his face turning red. He picked up the crying Shippo by the tail and whispered something inaudible into the kitsune's ear to get him to stop crying. Shippo immediately stopped and covered his head again. He was plopped back onto the ground.

"Its none of our business what Inuyasha and Kagome do in the woods Miroku." said Sango. She was petting Kirara who mewled lightly.

Inuyasha made himself comfortable in front of the fire and looked out towards the ocean. His thoughts drifted back to the scene of the burned village and how he tried to track down that bastard demon without damaging the huts. That plan failed miserably. It was a strange looking demon, maybe a snake of some sort. It smashed all of the huts and the people of the village tried to kill it with burning arrows. None were very good archers save for the village blacksmith. They didn't have a chance and they hit their own houses with the arrows. All the bodies were burned and disintegrated with the flames. The snake had a jewel shard, but it was extremely weak compared to Inuyasha. If he had arrived ten minutes sooner, he could have saved the people of the village. One swipe of his iron reaver is all it took and the shard was his. There was nothing he could do for the village now except have Miroku perform a small service to honor the dead. Afterwards, the group decided they could do nothing more and they left, save for Inuyasha. He smelled something...horses? No..everything was dead. He turned around and could see something standing off in the distance. It was tall and the flames seemed to rise higher and higher to the point where it was barely visible. It didn't smell threatening and Inuyasha wasn't about to leave the others alone, so he leapt away from the burning village wondering who the figure was.

"Inuyasha?"

Inuyasha looked back towards the fire. "Umm.. what?" He shook the thoughts out of his head and looked at Sango. "What d'ya say?" he asked.

"Are you ok?" Sango was concerned. Inuyasha never really looked that deep in thought before, unless it had something to do with Naraku.

"Yeah...fine. Was just thinking about something." Inuyasha picked up the spit and gently pressed one of the fishes. "They're done cooking." He slid one off and took a bite while passing the spit to the others to grab a fish. "Has Kagome come back yet?

"Yeah, shes right behind you." said Miroku, taking his fish and helping himself to the mushrooms.

Inuyasha turned around and saw Kagome rumaging through her bag looking for ramen,a bottle of water and her teapot. He could have sworn that her bag had grown three sizes since the first time he saw it. She brought more and more stuff every time she went back to her world. She found everything she needed for the ramen and sat with everyone. Everyone obtained their fish so she could use the spit for the pot.

"Alright Inuyasha, as promised.." Kagome gave Inuyasha a little shove and set the prepackaged ramen by his foot. "You know what to do when the water is done." She was finished with Inuyasha's portions and decided to put Shippo in her lap and eat her own fish. "These fish turned out pretty good Sango, you're a good cook."

Sango nodded in response. "Thanks Kagome."

About ten minutes had passed and everyone was satisfied from dinner. Inuyasha seemed to be a little uptight and everyone noticed. Kagome decided it was time to confront the issue. "Inuyasha...has that fire from yesterday been bothering you? It is sad to see such aweful things happen to villages."

"What?! I don't care about those villagers!" Inuyasha screamed and looked away. "I just thought I saw something odd is all.."

"What could be odd about the fire? Was there someone else present?" asked the monk. He sipped his tea.

Inuyasha looked at Miroku. "I could have sworn there was another creature watching us or sneaking around the village. It may have been in league with the snake demon. But the strange thing is, it smelled harmless and I can't be too sure of that. It had an awkward smell. Something not from around here."
