Through the Eyes Of a Wolf

Kagome watched as the black wolf circled her, the pup's under her playing and crawling over each other.
"What am I missing? What should I be doing?"
"If you touch those pup's, you loose."

Kagome instantly jumped away, but as she did the black wolf jumped and it took a pup in it's mouth, crushing it in his powerful jaw's. Kagome's control snapped at the scared yip of the pup and whine's as the other's scattered.

Kagome saw red, everything move in slow motion to her as she shot forward, attacking the black wolf. He easily dodged her though and landed across the arena. He laughed and licked his dripping chop's.
"Did I strike a nerve? Oh pardon me."

He said bowing slightly. Kagome snarled, every hair on her body standing errect as her lip's pulled back showing her gum's and razor like fang's. He laughed and snatched another pup that ventured to close.
Kagome's body shook, vibrating the air around her, anger poured through her scent as she snapped her head to the side, saliva whipped as she shot forward, her eye's clouded over with red.

Inutousho watched with a glass of brandy in his hand, he twirled it softly, watching the girl. She had power, he could smell it in her scent, and her aura burned with hatred towards the black wolf, which gave her the potential of reaching height's in power he thought died with the Goddess of the Wolf's.

Kagome's fangs ripped through the male's shoulder, hering him yip and cry out in pain, satisfied her hunger only by a fraction.
Snappig her head violently, she tore the meat, making the wound unable to heal properly, and would leave a nasty scar.

'If he survive's.......'

Kagome's inner wolf snarled. Kagome ignored the thoguht and attacked again, she dodged his jaw's as he tried to retaliate and sunk her fang's into his neck whipping him around. He landed hard on his side, splattering blood everywhere.
He rolled over a dead pup and landed on his belly. Kagome snarled.
"Get up."

She said, disgusted by him. The black wolf carefully pushed himself up.
"So, you do have some fight in you."

He said turning towards her. She snarled and shot forward again.
Blood splattered on the side of the arena as the male tumbled over the ground again. Kagome snarled, her own jaw's leaking the horrid red liqud that she started growing a taste for. The black wolf stumbled in trying to get up, but made it. He faced Kagome again.
"Your sick. How could you destory a young life like that, and that of your own kind none the less."
The male chuckled.
"Easy. I was trained to do so."

Kagome's anger was suddenly washed away and replaced by bone-chilling sickening feeling. The word 'trained' echoed in her mind.
She shook her head. No, she would never end up like that. Never!!

She shot forward again, skidding to a stop next to the male wolf, so they stood side by side. Waisting no time, she snapped her head to the side, grabbing the wolf by his throat and whipped him to the right, tearing out his throat.

She spat out the excess meat and blood as he rolled to a stop and remained motionless. The pup's huddled in a corner, whimpering and shaking violently as they stared at their fallen sibling's. Kagome's mother like side kicked in and she walked toward's the pup's. They whinned at her and Kagome quickened her pace.

Suddenly, out of know where, a cage fell over the pup's. Their frightened, sharp yip's had Kagome heart snaping violently in her chest. She watched, almsot frozen as the pup's were shot at, until each one was dead.
She fell down and whimpered, her blue and gold eye's watering as the blood of the pup's rolled towards her, then touched her nose and spilled out round her. She closed her eye's.

What a horrible place. How did she get in this mess? Why her?
She covered her face with her paw's and silently cried.

Inutousho had closed his eyes the moment the cage fell. he knew what was going to happen, and choose not to watch.

Naraku smirked at his victory, and laughed when the pup's died.

Kagome sat, shaking slightly, sitting next to Naraku. She had been washed and fed as soon as she was out of the arena.
Her leash was off, but she choose to sit. She didn't want to move, she didn't want to venture out and explore. This place was horrible and she wanted nothing to do with it.

She felt Naraku's hand fall onto her head, pushing her ear's down.
"You did well, I'm proud of you."
Kagome said nothing and turned her gaze from him, back to the floor.

She felt horrible. She was right their, no more that two feet from them. Yet she watched them die.
She let them die.

She did nothing to save them, it was her fault they died. She could haved saved them?

'No, it's his fault......... Naraku's, he brought you here, he destroied every peice of sanity you have lft, he took you away from your home, he took you away from your friend's, your life......'

Kagome closed her eye's and laid down, her inner wolf was right. It was all Naraku's fault. Sure she 'took' fault for what happened, but it was truly Naraku's fault she was involved, and had to see it. It was his fault that she had watched them die, it was his fault that she couldn't do anything but watched, zombified.
She whimpered/sighed as her ear's dropped.

Their was nothing she could do not, but hopefully sit and hope it blow's all over.
Naraku glanced at his champion, he had sensed her thought's.

'Oh, little one. You are far from done.'
He hadn't herd her thought's, but felt what they were about. She wanted to go home.

Inutousho rolled his shoulder's as he sat down at a table and swished his brandy again. Looking up, he saw the champion Naraku brought. He saw her face and felt his heart break for her.

No female should have to deal with that, hell no one in general should have to. It was barbaric, and down right wrong.
He sighed. But he was simply a white, what could he do in a world where Black Wolf's reined?

So, what did you think? I know that it probably moved some of you to tear's but cheer up and here's a tissue, this story work's just like a cold. it had to get wrose, before it get's better, hang in their and you'll see the sun shining brightly! REVIEW!!!!
