Kagome's Betrayal

Inuyasha: *snarls and growls from the box* Let me out of here i'll rip you apart writing such trash!

::sighs and shakes her head sitting on top of it::Hello again readers and fans I've finally felt inspired to add another chapter. It's short and doesn't have any lemony goodness yet but my brain just isn't working at it's top speed, Again sorry if things are mis-spelled and it's not worded properly, were not all perfect when it comes to this sort ot thing. I hope i'll get more reviews more drive to continue working on this. Also I don't own the characters all credit is given to proper owner..Now enjoy...


Kagome had been walking for a good three hours after she had left camp and her friends sleeping so peacefully back by the fire, dawn was slowly starting to break across the sky showing a beautiful day ahead, but where Kagome was heading the sun did not penetrate the gloom and darkness of Naraku's evil Auroa, As she got futher into his domain Kagome noticed the tree's did not bloom and the grass was brittle and black it cracked and broke under Kagome's light footsteps. Stopping she realized how tired she was, her body was exhausted not to mention she still could not get Inuyasha's horrible betrayal out of her mind. Setting her bag down Kagome slowly eased to the ground, as soon as her head hit the soft material of the pack she was out cold.

Back at the Camp....

Shippo had woke up to find Kagome missing, her scent was light and almost untraceable, looking around he noticed her backpack was gone as well as her bow and arrows, blinking he leaped to his small feet letting out a wail. Miroku jerked awake hearing the kit's wail he slowly sat up rubbing the sleep from his eyes wondering why his head was throbbing so badly, he didn't realize that Sango had wacked him a few times with a closed fist over the course of the night. "Shippo what's wrong" Miroku grumbled as he stood slowly.

Shippo stopped wailing and rubbed huge tears from his bright eyes. "Kagome's gone!" He blurted it out not realizing that Inuyasha had just returned from his "playtime" with Kikyo. "WHAT?!" Inuyasha snarled leaping in front of the kit picking him up by his scruff giving him a hard shake. "What do you mean Kagome's gone! did she take the shards with her!?"

Shippo made a surprised urking sound before twisting to chomp down into Inuyasha's hand getting the Hanyou to drop him, quickly he scurried away hiding behind Miroku's legs peering out. "Jerk" He muttered.

By this time Sango was up and dressed in her armor putting out the fire she looked to the two men and the kit, "Shippo's right, Kagome's gone along with her backpack" Sango seemed puzzled not understanding why her sister would just take off like that and not leave a note or wake one of them. "Were really close to Naraku's castle do you think he kidnapped her?"

Inuyasha's ears twitched and then flattened as he turned to shoot Sango a evil stare. "Naraku couldn't have kidnapped her his scent isn't anyplace on the area I'd be able to smell it crystal clear"

Shippo jumped up onto Mirko's shoulder sticking his tongue out at Inuyasha. "How can you smell his scent when you have Kikyo's scent all over your skin and clothes," His eyes widened suddenly realizing why Inuyasha smelled like the undead Priestess. "You and Kikyo are mates!"

A vein on the Hanyou's head throbbed as he stared at the kit wishing he had kept his mouth shut, he knew he should've bathed before returning but he hadn't even thought about it. "Shut up runt it's none of your damn business what me and Kikyo do or have done"

"It is so my business because you've hurt Kagome AGAIN!" Shippo yelled jumping off Miroku's shoulder darting over to kick Inuyasha in the shins before leaping onto Sango's shoulders for protection. "You've been hurting her ever sense Kikyo's came around for you"

Shippo's kick may not have been much but Inuyasha still felt it and he was furious that the Kit would dare attack him, snarling he stalked towards Sango and Shippo with murder in his eyes. "Runt" He gritted out softly.

Sango's eye twitched before she brought her boomarang down hard on top of Inuyasha's skull knocking him to the ground quickly. Staring down at the hanyou Sango snorted. "Leave Shippo alone Inuyasha, he's right you have hurt Kagome each time you run off to be with that walking sack of dirt, You may not know it but Kagome loves you or at least she did love you with all her heart" She stopped looking around the camp with out Kagome there it seemed empty. "If she doesn't come back or gets killed Inuyasha I will kill you" Sango then stepped onto Inuyasha's back as she walked over him. "Also" She glanced over her shoulder, "My word is gold"

Miroku through the entire time had stayed a safe distance away watching before he slowly moved forward to wrap one arm around Sango's waist his hand staying on her side not straying up or down. "Perhaps my dear if we take Kilala we can find Kagome before something bad happens to her"

Hearing her name the little fire neko jumped up into her form demon cat form growling softly as she nuzzled Sango, she had heard Mirkou's idea and thought it was best, When her mistress had mounted, along with the hentai monk she took to the air her firey feet carrying her quickly through the sky, Obviously the four did not care much for Inuyasha as they did not even bother to ask him to come along or offer him help from the ground.

Naraku's Forest.....

Blood red eyes stared down at the Miko as she slept, Naraku did not know why she had came so close to his castle alone and unguarded by her friends, but he would find out as he kneeled scooping the girl up along with her bag, smiling a cold empty smile the hanyou known as Naraku vanished into the black dead forest along with his little Miko guest.

Kagura was sitting by Naraku's throne staring at the floor with a forlorn expression playing across her beautiful features, she still had not managed to escape from the hanyou's clutch's or get her heart back. Lifting her head she felt Naraku's presence along with another, eyes widened in shock when she saw her master walk in holding the still sleeping miko wench of Inuyasha's.

"Master Naraku?" She spoke softly hesitating as she saw Naraku's eyes slip to her with a look of displeasure. "How did you manage to capture Inuyasha's miko shard dector?"

Naraku smiled his eyes narrowing slightly. "I did not have to capture her Kagura she was sleeping in my forest unprotected and alone" His gaze shifted back to the young girls face. "I will be in my bedroom speaking with this miko when she wakes" He looked back to the wind witch. "Go and make sure Inuyasha and his friends do not come here, I have plans for this little innocent"

Kagura nodded looking at Kagome from the corner of her eye fearing the worst for the firey miko with the powerful spirit, she did not say a word as she took her leave glancing back only once to see Naraku taking Kagome into his bedchamber. "Good luck little miko.."
