Narakus final revenge... a man with demon ears hovered over her... taking her away... waiting for Inuyasha...

Eyes opened to a dark cave. Wanting to sit up, to run even. But body unmoving, breathing shallow she stayed. Laying on a bed of grass, straining her eyes to see where she was. The demon man she had seen before walked over. Hovering over her, his long black hair falling over his shoulder. He had bright blue eyes, and a kind smile.
"So, you're awake." he smiled. Kikyou managed a nod. "Well, you better stay put. You shouldn't move around yet, you need to heal." He put a hand to her forehead. She wanted to push it away, but found it soothing, she closed her eyes and slept.
Waking up hours, days later. Wondering what had happned while she slept. She found the strength to sit up, porpping herself against the rocky wall. Most everyone was gone. Atleast the demon man was. There were wolves laying down and sitting around the cave. Her heart jumped when one walked close to her. It whined in a sad way and curled up beside her. She finally found the courage to stroke its brown fur. The wolf lifted it's head, when the men returned.
The man who had saved her, the demon man, walked towards her. "How're you feeling?" he asked. She took a deep breath, warming up her voice. "I... I'm okay..." she managed to squeak. "W. "Whats your name? Or do you remember?" he asked. "Ki... Kikyou..." she squeaked again. "Well Kikyou, you're in the middle of the wolf demon tribe. I'm Kouga, the leader of this motley pack." She nodded her understanding, and cringed feeling her head reel. She caught herself before she fell. And looked up to see Kouga tensed, on edge to make sure she was alright.
"How did you get into that valley?" he asked, taking a seat next to her. "I... I was pushed... by... Naraku..." she said, slowly but her voice had regained itself. "Naraku! I thought he was dead!" Kouga tried to keep his voice down, but did draw the attention of some of the wolf demons. "So did I... but then he showed up at the village and..." Kikyou couldn't finish her sentance, she couldn't recall what had happened. "Lost your memory huh? Well, you did get a nasty blow to the head." said another one of the demons, coming towards her with a bandage.
It was then she realized that her head had been partially wrapped in soft cloth. She also noticed that her arm had been bandaged and put in a sling. "What.. what did happen?" she asked herself. She felt a strong arm wrap around her shoulder. "Don't worry, you'll recover. Meanwhile you can stay here." said Kouga smiling, and puling her tighter.
'Stay here...' she thought. "Where is here?" she asked out loud. "We're down south in the caves now. But it's getting warmer so we're getting ready to head to the mountains." he said, "Would you like to get some fresh air?" he asked looking down at her with a hopeful face." she nodded and breathed as he picked her up gently, walking out from underneath the waterfall. Her kimono was soaked through a bit, almost transparent, but there was nothing she could do about it. He didn't notice, and sat her down by a tree, kingking over the river.
"Where did you come from?" he asked, hoping for an answer. She looked up to see the birds in the trees, a light breeze playing with her hair, taking in the strong smell of sakura and fresh water. "I came from the Eastern Village." she said. "Isn't that out by the forest of Inuyasha?" he asked. She nodded, letting her body relax against the tree. "If only Inuyasha could find me." she sighed.
