The Trap
Chapter 2: The Trap
InuYasha was surprised that there were ‘things’ from Kagome’s time that could be used to prevent pregnancy. They would be quite useful indeed. He and Kagome will need them eventually. InuYasha knew his heat and Kagome’s would be at the same time now that they were mates. InuYasha then spoke, “Ok, tomorrow we will go to your time and find out what kinds of birth control you have.”
Kagome smiled and kissed her mate on the lips. “When will we go into heat,” she asked.
“Now that we are mates, our heats will happen at the same time. They occur about once every couple of months for one week. My heat recently ended about a week ago, and you just became youkai so in about two months at least.”

Shippou could not tell what they were thinking about specifically, but he knew it had to do with their relationship. “What are you two thinking about,” he asked innocently.
Kagome blushed and InuYasha spoke without thinking or caring, “Pups.”

“We won’t be having any until Naraku is dead and the jewel is completed,” InuYasha finished. “But we can’t wait until we can safely have some.”
Miroku smiled lecherously, “Can I observe the creation of your first pup?”

Kaede noticed the change in them and beckoned them into her hut. Kagome gave a full explanation while she sat in her mate’s lap, their tails in her lap as she pet both of them. Kaede was shocked, with Kagome a single shard could grant a wish. Smiling, Kaede understood why Kagome made that wish: love.
Kaede then spoke up, “Ye be going to Kagome’s time tomorrow then?”
InuYasha and Kagome nodded as one. They had things to do and get. Kaede registered this and spoke again, “It is late, get some rest.”th tth that said, Kaede went to her room to sleep as the other’s curled up around the fire pit. Kagome’s back was spooned against InuYasha’s stomach while his arms were wrapped around her waist. Both were purring softly. Sango stretched out on her mat as Miroku slept in complete unconsciousness. Kilala was on Sango’s stomach purring but Shippou did not know where he was to sleep. Kagome saw this and motioned for him to sleep with her and InuYasha. The kit was nervous but obeyed. When he curled up at Kagome’s stomach he got a surprise, both Kagome’s and InuYasha’s tails wrapped around him in a protective manor. InuYasha spoke up in a whisper, “Shippou, you see Kagome as your mother, I now claim you as our pup.” Kagome and Shippou looked at him in surprise. Kagome kissed her mate while Shippou smiled and wrapped the tails around him more.

Naraku was brooding in his castle once again. He was running his most recent plan through his head yet again. He wanted nothing to screw up this plan. He had a shard of the jewel on a pedestal in the same room. Naraku was by a window while the pedestal was in the center of the room. Naraku’s red eyes stared off into space as a figure entered the room. It approached the shard slowly and spoke, “So, this is the shard you are going to give up?” The voice was female, strong and confident.
Naraku looked at the woman, a youkai. She had blood red irises with slightly paler red pupils. Her ears were human like but pointed and stuck out to the side. Her matte black hair was up in a bun. Her kimono was covered in flowers and was relatively tight on her body. The kimono was red at the top left, white at the top right and green for the leggings. She held a fan that was used to cover her dark pink lips.
Naraku looked at her with a cold stare. “Kagura,” he spoke, “you do not need to know what I truly plan.”
Kagura closed her fan and bowed to her master. She was his slave after all, just another expendable minion.
Naraku then spoke again, “My plan is already in motion.”

Koga sat in his cave with his pack. He was mulling over his loss to the harpies and InuYasha, InuYasha, the hanyou who defeated the harpy king in a single sweep of his sword. His pack was clearly stronger than his entire pack combined. The female exterminator Sango proved she had the skill, strength, speed and experience to take on even him self, Koga. The hoshi Miroku with that void in his hand could easily annihilate anything in his path. Finally there was miko that could detect the Shikon shards, Kagome. Kagome rejected the offer to be his mate and went with ‘dog breath’. What Kagome saw in InuYasha eluded Koga.
Koga looked down at his right arm, the arm that had a Shikon shard until the harpy king got a bite out of him. The wound was not healing as fast as it should. Perhaps it was worse than I thought, Koga thought.
As Koga was thinking, one of his wolf youkai came up to him and spoke, “Koga, some members of the Northern Tribe are here to see you.”
Koga looked up at his pack member and nodded. The new arrivals soon came into his view. They were normal wolf youkai in human form. The one difference between the Northern Tribe and his Eastern Tribe was the clothing. The Northern Tribe wore black furs while the Eastern wore brown.
“What are you here for,” Koga asked.
“We are here to propose an alliance. There are rumors about someone up north that has a large number of Shikon shards,” the Northern representative said.
Koga was in no mood to go after shards, his pride was still wounded. “No, I decline,” Koga replied while his eyes were closed and down cast.
“What?! Why do you refuse?”
The representative’s aid then whispered to his superior, “Look at his arm, he is injured.”
With that said the two Northern youkai left. One of Koga’s subordinates went up to Koga and spoke, “Why did you not take up their offer? We would become invincible with that many shards!”
Koga spoke up, “If any of you wish to go after the shards, go, I don’t care.”
After that was said, half of Koga’s tribe left to look for the shards with the Northern Tribe.

The wolf youkai entered the palace court yard. This was the palace rumored to have a large amount of Shikon shards. Once every one was in the court yard, the gates closed. Every wolf youkai looked back in shock. That was not supposed to happen. There was a glow from the building directly across from the gate. They looked at the glowing screens that silhouetted a figure behind them. The screens slid apart to reveal a female youkai. She smirked maliciously at them as she opened her fan.
The group leader spoke up, “Come on guys, she is all alone. We can take her.”
The wolf youkai charged and the female swept her fan in front of her. Crescent moons of energy flew out at began to dance among the wolves as they cut them to pieces.

InuYasha woke with Kagome spooned against him and Shippou held closed by Kagome’s arms and their tails. InuYasha began to get up, only to wake Kagome. She looked at her mate and gave him a lick on the cheek. InuYasha smiled and licked Kagome’s ear. “It is time to get this ‘birth control’ you told me about,” InuYasha said.
Kagome nodded and got up still holding Shippou, their new pup. Kagome walked over to Sango and placed Shippou next to Kilala. The two small youkai snuggled together in their sleep as Sango wrapped an arm around both. Kagome smiled at this, Sango would make a great mother one day.
Both left for the well at a walk. Kagome had her bag and InuYasha had his tail and arm around Kagome’s waist. Kagome had her own tail wagging behind her in content. Once they were at the well, both jumped in holding onto each other. Once both were on the other side of the well they jumped up and out. They walked out of the shrine and into Kagome’s house. Once they entered Kagome’s mother came out of the kitchen to see them. She was shocked at the site of a full youkai Kagome and InuYasha.
Kagome smiled at her mother and waved her tail. Mrs. Higurashi was shocked at the sight of her daughter as a neko-youkai shocked her. Mrs. Higurashi quickly sat down on the couch in the living room. Kagome walked over to the couch and sat next to her mother. Kagome then put her tail in her mother’s lap. Mrs. Higurashi looked up at her daughter and hugged her. Kagome hugged her mother back.
InuYasha saw this exchange but did not understand it. “Um, sorry to interrupt, but Kagome and I came here to ask you for help with something,” he said.
Mrs. Higurashi looked up at the cute ‘puppy’ and smiled. She then separated herself from her daughter. Kagome looked her mother in the eyes and explained, “InuYasha and I are mates now. The thing we need help with is birth control.” Kagome said the last sentence with a blush as she looked away.
Mrs. Higurashi smiled at her daughter and answered, “Ok, I’ll help you. But first, explain why the BOTH of you are full youkai.”
InuYasha and Kagome proceeded to explain the past few days. They told their sides and showed their emotions when it came to InuYasha’s decision to leave the group. Mrs. Higurashi let her tears fall at their story. Only in romance novels had she heard of something so angsty and romantic.
Mrs. Higurashi then spoke, “If you are looking for a method of birth control until this Naraku is dead, then I suggest the pill, condoms or even a diaphragm. There is one problem though. Diaphragms and pills require a doctor’s visit. The problem is that Kagome’s is a youkai.”
InuYasha and Kagome smirked and began to suppress their youkai traits. The ears, tails, fangs and marks disappeared. InuYasha then explained, “Kagome’s wish also gave us this ability for some reason. We can use it for this ‘doctor’ visit.”
Mrs. Higurashi smiled at this. Kagome would be able to continue high school without problems. “Ok, I’ll give the gynecologist a call,” Mrs. Higurashi said.
Kagome then spoke up before he mother could leave, “Make sure I see a female one. I don’t like the idea of a male examining me. Besides, I bet both InuYasha and I would kill a male one for touching me.”
InuYasha got the idea of what this doctor visit would mean: a physical inspection of Kagome’s body, her private areas. He would kill a male that would touch her in those areas, but he would be comfortable with a female. “I’m coming too. I want to hear all of this, you are not going to hide anything from me,” the inu-youkai said.
Mrs. Higurashi looked at her daughter who nodded to her mother. Mrs. Higurashi nodded to her daughter and new son-in-law before going to make the call.
Kagome turned to her mate and pulled him to her chest and gave him a kiss on the lips. InuYasha kissed back and pressed his new arousal to Kagome’s mound. After a few minutes a woman came in. She was in her late 20’s, early 30’s. This woman walked up to Kagome and InuYasha and smiled. “So this is you boyfriend young lady? No wonder you came with questions about birth control,” she said. Kagome blushed and InuYasha smiled as he wrapped an arm around his mate. “My name is Dr. Nehane. What kinds of birth control are you two interested in?”
Kagome continued to blush and spoke, “Well, my mother suggested condoms, a diaphragm and the pill.”
Dr. Nehane nodded and began to explain them. “Well, those are some the most common items. Condoms are straight forward, your boyfriend will put on one on his penis before sex. Pills have to be prescribed. Kagome, you will have to take one each morning. They come in a special container that will have directions on which one to take for each day. Diaphragms are the female condom. Each one has to be specially fit for the woman. To use it, it has to be lined with a special jell and placed on the cervix. Diaphragms must be left in for 8 hours after sex to ensure that all the sperm are dead to prevent pregnancy.”
Kagome and InuYasha were both blushing at what they were being told. Kagome then realized something that had to do with InuYasha. “Diaphragms are out then,” Kagome said, “InuYasha is so big that he would dislodge it.”
Dr. Nehane gasped at this, only 1 in a 10,000,000 guys is that size! “Well Kagome, hold onto that guy. You have no idea how rare such a size is!”
Kagome blushed and InuYasha had a smug look on his . I. InuYasha then had a question of his own, “How durable is a condom? We have already had sex with out any kind of protection and we both went for about 4 or 5 hours.”
Dr. Nehane and Mrs. Higurashi stared at InuYasha. He just said how long they went as if it was average. Dr. Nehane recovered and spoke, “Condoms are durable, but I don’t know if they would break or not after being used for so long. The average guy can only last a few minutes. You might just have to ith ith the pill.”
Kagome didn’t want to take a pill, but they would destroy any kind of condom they used. She thought hard before something came to her, InuYasha may go all the way into her womb, but she might be able to stretch her vaginal length so that she could use a diaphragm. “Doctor, is there any way I can stretch my vaginal length so that InuYasha won’t dislodge a diaphragm?”
Dr. Nehane smiled and nodded, “Sex with a big guy. Your body will just have to stretch on it own. Surgery can be done but it is risky and time consuming, plus costly and evasive. Sex is the only guaranteed way to do that effectively. The only problem would be pregnancy.”

After what seamed like hours, but were actually minutes, Dr. Nehane came back with a puzzled look. She spoke up, “Kagome, you have an unusually strong immunity. There are no pills available that could survive your immunity.”
Kagome and InuYasha were both disappointed after hearing that. They would have no method of birth control other than abstinence, something they could not do. With that, Kagome, InuYasha and Mrs. Higurashit fot for the shrine and the Higurashi home.

InuYasha was the first to speak, “Naraku’s insects. They have one of the shards, don’t they Kagome?”
Kagome nodded as Kilala transformed, Sango donned her armor, Miroku got up and Shippou jumped onto Kagome’s shoulder. In seconds they were off. Kagome and InuYasha were running along the ground. Sango and Miroku were riding Kilala and Shippou was still on Kagome. In minutes they were at the castle they were led too.

Koga rushed from his cave. He had been told that one of the wolf-youkai to go for the jewel shards had returned, but in a state of shock. He reached the youkai in a flash and stopped in front of him. “What happened,” Koga asked with fear.
The wolf-youkai shakily held out his right hand to show a jewel shard. “I. . . was only. . . able to get. . . one shard. Hurry Koga, the others. . . need your help,” the youkai spoke.
Koga looked at the shard and took it. He then rushed off to help the others.
The remaining wolf-youkai milled about before one spoke to the new arrival, “Brother, come. We shall help you recover.” With that said, the brave youkai approached the newcomer. They continued on untheythey reached Kaede’s village. They were greeted with surprise and fear. Kagome was now a youkai and InuYasha was a full youkai. They were surely going to die. Kaede noticed the change in them and beckoned them into her hut. Kagome gave a full explanation while she sat in her mate’s lap, their tails in her lap as she pet both of them. Kaede was shocked, with Kagome a single shard could grant a wish. Smiling, Kaede understood why Kagome made that wish: love.
Kaede then spoke up, “Ye be going to Kagome’s time tomorrow then?”
InuYasha and Kagome nodded as one. They had things to do and get. Kaede registered this and spoke again, “It is late, get some rest.”th tth that said, Kaede went to her room to sleep as the other’s curled up around the fire pit. Kagome’s back was spooned against InuYasha’s stomach while his arms were wrapped around her waist. Both were purring softly. Sango stretched out on her mat as Miroku slept in complete unconsciousness. Kilala was on Sango’s stomach purring but Shippou did not know where he was to sleep. Kagome saw this and motioned for him to sleep with her and InuYasha. The kit was nervous but obeyed. When he curled up at Kagome’s stomach he got a surprise, both Kagome’s and InuYasha’s tails wrapped around him in a protective manor. InuYasha spoke up in a whisper, “Shippou, you see Kagome as your mother, I now claim you as our pup.” Kagome and Shippou looked at him in surprise. Kagome kissed her mate while Shippou smiled and wrapped the tails around him more.

Naraku was brooding in his castle once again. He was running his most recent plan through his head yet again. He wanted nothing to screw up this plan. He had a shard of the jewel on a pedestal in the same room. Naraku was by a window while the pedestal was in the center of the room. Naraku’s red eyes stared off into space as a figure entered the room. It approached the shard slowly and spoke, “So, this is the shard you are going to give up?” The voice was female, strong and confident.
Naraku looked at the woman, a youkai. She had blood red irises with slightly paler red pupils. Her ears were human like but pointed and stuck out to the side. Her matte black hair was up in a bun. Her kimono was covered in flowers and was relatively tight on her body. The kimono was red at the top left, white at the top right and green for the leggings. She held a fan that was used to cover her dark pink lips.
Naraku looked at her with a cold stare. “Kagura,” he spoke, “you do not need to know what I truly plan.”
Kagura closed her fan and bowed to her master. She was his slave after all, just another expendable minion.
Naraku then spoke again, “My plan is already in motion.”

Koga sat in his cave with his pack. He was mulling over his loss to the harpies and InuYasha, InuYasha, the hanyou who defeated the harpy king in a single sweep of his sword. His pack was clearly stronger than his entire pack combined. The female exterminator Sango proved she had the skill, strength, speed and experience to take on even him self, Koga. The hoshi Miroku with that void in his hand could easily annihilate anything in his path. Finally there was miko that could detect the Shikon shards, Kagome. Kagome rejected the offer to be his mate and went with ‘dog breath’. What Kagome saw in InuYasha eluded Koga.
Koga looked down at his right arm, the arm that had a Shikon shard until the harpy king got a bite out of him. The wound was not healing as fast as it should. Perhaps it was worse than I thought, Koga thought.
As Koga was thinking, one of his wolf youkai came up to him and spoke, “Koga, some members of the Northern Tribe are here to see you.”
Koga looked up at his pack member and nodded. The new arrivals soon came into his view. They were normal wolf youkai in human form. The one difference between the Northern Tribe and his Eastern Tribe was the clothing. The Northern Tribe wore black furs while the Eastern wore brown.
“What are you here for,” Koga asked.
“We are here to propose an alliance. There are rumors about someone up north that has a large number of Shikon shards,” the Northern representative said.
Koga was in no mood to go after shards, his pride was still wounded. “No, I decline,” Koga replied while his eyes were closed and down cast.
“What?! Why do you refuse?”
The representative’s aid then whispered to his superior, “Look at his arm, he is injured.”
With that said the two Northern youkai left. One of Koga’s subordinates went up to Koga and spoke, “Why did you not take up their offer? We would become invincible with that many shards!”
Koga spoke up, “If any of you wish to go after the shards, go, I don’t care.”
After that was said, half of Koga’s tribe left to look for the shards with the Northern Tribe.

The wolf youkai entered the palace court yard. This was the palace rumored to have a large amount of Shikon shards. Once every one was in the court yard, the gates closed. Every wolf youkai looked back in shock. That was not supposed to happen. There was a glow from the building directly across from the gate. They looked at the glowing screens that silhouetted a figure behind them. The screens slid apart to reveal a female youkai. She smirked maliciously at them as she opened her fan.
The group leader spoke up, “Come on guys, she is all alone. We can take her.”
The wolf youkai charged and the female swept her fan in front of her. Crescent moons of energy flew out at began to dance among the wolves as they cut them to pieces.

InuYasha woke with Kagome spooned against him and Shippou held closed by Kagome’s arms and their tails. InuYasha began to get up, only to wake Kagome. She looked at her mate and gave him a lick on the cheek. InuYasha smiled and licked Kagome’s ear. “It is time to get this ‘birth control’ you told me about,” InuYasha said.
Kagome nodded and got up still holding Shippou, their new pup. Kagome walked over to Sango and placed Shippou next to Kilala. The two small youkai snuggled together in their sleep as Sango wrapped an arm around both. Kagome smiled at this, Sango would make a great mother one day.
Both left for the well at a walk. Kagome had her bag and InuYasha had his tail and arm around Kagome’s waist. Kagome had her own tail wagging behind her in content. Once they were at the well, both jumped in holding onto each other. Once both were on the other side of the well they jumped up and out. They walked out of the shrine and into Kagome’s house. Once they entered Kagome’s mother came out of the kitchen to see them. She was shocked at the site of a full youkai Kagome and InuYasha.
Kagome smiled at her mother and waved her tail. Mrs. Higurashi was shocked at the sight of her daughter as a neko-youkai shocked her. Mrs. Higurashi quickly sat down on the couch in the living room. Kagome walked over to the couch and sat next to her mother. Kagome then put her tail in her mother’s lap. Mrs. Higurashi looked up at her daughter and hugged her. Kagome hugged her mother back.
InuYasha saw this exchange but did not understand it. “Um, sorry to interrupt, but Kagome and I came here to ask you for help with something,” he said.
Mrs. Higurashi looked up at the cute ‘puppy’ and smiled. She then separated herself from her daughter. Kagome looked her mother in the eyes and explained, “InuYasha and I are mates now. The thing we need help with is birth control.” Kagome said the last sentence with a blush as she looked away.
Mrs. Higurashi smiled at her daughter and answered, “Ok, I’ll help you. But first, explain why the BOTH of you are full youkai.”
InuYasha and Kagome proceeded to explain the past few days. They told their sides and showed their emotions when it came to InuYasha’s decision to leave the group. Mrs. Higurashi let her tears fall at their story. Only in romance novels had she heard of something so angsty and romantic.
Mrs. Higurashi then spoke, “If you are looking for a method of birth control until this Naraku is dead, then I suggest the pill, condoms or even a diaphragm. There is one problem though. Diaphragms and pills require a doctor’s visit. The problem is that Kagome’s is a youkai.”
InuYasha and Kagome smirked and began to suppress their youkai traits. The ears, tails, fangs and marks disappeared. InuYasha then explained, “Kagome’s wish also gave us this ability for some reason. We can use it for this ‘doctor’ visit.”
Mrs. Higurashi smiled at this. Kagome would be able to continue high school without problems. “Ok, I’ll give the gynecologist a call,” Mrs. Higurashi said.
Kagome then spoke up before he mother could leave, “Make sure I see a female one. I don’t like the idea of a male examining me. Besides, I bet both InuYasha and I would kill a male one for touching me.”
InuYasha got the idea of what this doctor visit would mean: a physical inspection of Kagome’s body, her private areas. He would kill a male that would touch her in those areas, but he would be comfortable with a female. “I’m coming too. I want to hear all of this, you are not going to hide anything from me,” the inu-youkai said.
Mrs. Higurashi looked at her daughter who nodded to her mother. Mrs. Higurashi nodded to her daughter and new son-in-law before going to make the call.
Kagome turned to her mate and pulled him to her chest and gave him a kiss on the lips. InuYasha kissed back and pressed his new arousal to Kagome’s mound. The miko-neko-youkai smiled and rubbed herself against her mate in response. Before they could run somewhere private Mrs. Higurashi yelled from the kitchen, “The gynecologist said you two can’t do anything until after you speak with her!” Both youkai groaned at this.
Kagome then asked a question, “When do we see her?”
“In an hour, so we will be leaving in a few minutes” came the response.
Kagome looked at her mate and smiled apologetically. “Looks like we will have to wait Inu-chan,” Kagome said with a kiss. InuYasha nodded sadly, he was all ready for a good fuck with Kagome, who also wanted to fuck, but they were being forced not to.
Mrs. Higurashi came from the kitchen and led the two human looking youkai to her car and they were off to see the gynecologist.

They had just entered the private room where they will be meeting with the gynecologist. Kagome was in her blue long-sleeve t-shirt and skirt. InuYasha was in his red gui/kimono as he sat next to Kagome on the exam table. Mrs. Higurashi sat in a chair in one corner. All three waited anxiously for the doctor.
After a few minutes a woman came in. She was in her late 20’s, early 30’s. This woman walked up to Kagome and InuYasha and smiled. “So this is you boyfriend young lady? No wonder you came with questions about birth control,” she said. Kagome blushed and InuYasha smiled as he wrapped an arm around his mate. “My name is Dr. Nehane. What kinds of birth control are you two interested in?”
Kagome continued to blush and spoke, “Well, my mother suggested condoms, a diaphragm and the pill.”
Dr. Nehane nodded and began to explain them. “Well, those are some the most common items. Condoms are straight forward, your boyfriend will put on one on his penis before sex. Pills have to be prescribed. Kagome, you will have to take one each morning. They come in a special container that will have directions on which one to take for each day. Diaphragms are the female condom. Each one has to be specially fit for the woman. To use it, it has to be lined with a special jell and placed on the cervix. Diaphragms must be left in for 8 hours after sex to ensure that all the sperm are dead to prevent pregnancy.”
Kagome and InuYasha were both blushing at what they were being told. Kagome then realized something that had to do with InuYasha. “Diaphragms are out then,” Kagome said, “InuYasha is so big that he would dislodge it.”
Dr. Nehane gasped at this, only 1 in a 10,000,000 guys is that size! “Well Kagome, hold onto that guy. You have no idea how rare such a size is!”
Kagome blushed and InuYasha had a smug look on his . I. InuYasha then had a question of his own, “How durable is a condom? We have already had sex with out any kind of protection and we both went for about 4 or 5 hours.”
Dr. Nehane and Mrs. Higurashi stared at InuYasha. He just said how long they went as if it was average. Dr. Nehane recovered and spoke, “Condoms are durable, but I don’t know if they would break or not after being used for so long. The average guy can only last a few minutes. You might just have to ith ith the pill.”
Kagome didn’t want to take a pill, but they would destroy any kind of condom they used. She thought hard before something came to her, InuYasha may go all the way into her womb, but she might be able to stretch her vaginal length so that she could use a diaphragm. “Doctor, is there any way I can stretch my vaginal length so that InuYasha won’t dislodge a diaphragm?”
Dr. Nehane smiled and nodded, “Sex with a big guy. Your body will just have to stretch on it own. Surgery can be done but it is risky and time consuming, plus costly and evasive. Sex is the only guaranteed way to do that effectively. The only problem would be pregnancy.”
Kagome nodded. InuYasha thought this over as well. Mrs. Higurashi then spoke up, “You can use a dildo or phallus of the same size as InuYasha to help.”
Kagome looked at her mother and smiled at her. InuYasha knew what a phallus was and guessed that a dildo was similar. Dr. Nehane thought about that before answering, “It could work, but you would have to masturbate with it. That would leave InuYasha unhappy though.” She was right about InuYasha being unhappy, he would not get laid! Besides, he doubted something fake would work.

“Ok, looks like we will have to go with the pills,” Kagome said.
Dr. Nehane nodded and pulled out a syringe to draw some of Kagome’s blood. InuYasha did not like the look of the needle, but when he saw it was used to take some of Kagome’s blood, he calmed down. “I will be back in a few minutes with a prescription.” Dr. Nehane left with the blood sample in hand.
The wait was agonizing for them, Mrs. Higurashi understood the wait. She felt the same way with her pregnancy tests for Kagome and Souta. After what seamed like hours, but were actually minutes, Dr. Nehane came back with a puzzled look. She spoke up, “Kagome, you have an unusually strong immunity. There are no pills available that could survive your immunity.”
Kagome and InuYasha were both disappointed after hearing that. They would have no method of birth control other than abstinence, something they could not do. With that, Kagome, InuYasha and Mrs. Higurashit fot for the shrine and the Higurashi home.

Kagome and InuYasha had just climbed back out of the well. They were back in the Feudal Era. Though they had just spent a few hours in Kagome’s home time, it felt like a few days. They had no means of birth control. Both were addicted to each other’s bodies. And they did not know when their heat would strike.
As the two approached the village near the well, they saw Sango and Miroku at it again. Miroku was being yelled at by Sango. Words like ‘hentai’, ‘removal’, and ‘genitals’ were all that the two youkai could discern from Sango’s rant. InuYasha laughed a little while Kagome shook her head. Those two would never change.
Sango looked up from the hoshi that she had been threatening. She saw Kagome and InuYasha walk up to them with amused looks on their faces. Sango knew what amused them, her punishing Miroku. Sango then spoke up, “Where have you been?”
Kagome answered as soon as she and InuYasha were close enough for the two humans to hear. “We were in my time. InuYasha and I talked with my family.”
Sango could read her friend very well. The talking was a serious conversation. Miroku got up at that time. He smiled lecherously at the two youkai mates and spoke. “Were you talking or creating your first born?”
Kagome was the one to punish the hentai. She rushed up to him and gave a punch to the hoshi’s gut. Miroku coughed raggedly as he keeled over and lied on the ground in the fetal position. InuYasha burst out laughing, Kagome smirked and Sango was shocked. Before anyone else could do anything Kagome looked up. She looked directly at a black cloud and spoke, “I sense a jewel shard.” The others fallowed her line of sight and gasped at what they saw.
InuYasha was the first to speak, “Naraku’s insects. They have one of the shards, don’t they Kagome?”
Kagome nodded as Kilala transformed, Sango donned her armor, Miroku got up and Shippou jumped onto Kagome’s shoulder. In seconds they were off. Kagome and InuYasha were running along the ground. Sango and Miroku were riding Kilala and Shippou was still on Kagome. In minutes they were at the castle they were led too.

Koga rushed from his cave. He had been told that one of the wolf-youkai to go for the jewel shards had returned, but in a state of shock. He reached the youkai in a flash and stopped in front of him. “What happened,” Koga asked with fear.
The wolf-youkai shakily held out his right hand to show a jewel shard. “I. . . was only. . . able to get. . . one shard. Hurry Koga, the others. . . need your help,” the youkai spoke.
Koga looked at the shard and took it. He then rushed off to help the others.
The remaining wolf-youkai milled about before one spoke to the new arrival, “Brother, come. We shall help you recover.” With that said, the brave youkai approached the newcomer. After taking one step, the newcomer’s body erupted in several large cuts. Each cut burst with a thick white foam as the survivor fell to the ground in pieces.
