NOTE:

decided to keep going on this fic but it is still going to be a song fic.

Kagome was a couple of months along and had left Inu-Yasha’s
time for good. She walked slowly to her old school. It was a couple of minutes
before the bell would ring and it was goin to rain but she coule care less so she
walked in to what the school called a playground but it was more like a gym yard. She was waiting for Hojo. Her mother and grandfather had set up a marriage for her ever since they found out about the child she was going to have. Hojo was the one she was doomed to marry. She acted like she loved him but really didn’t. She lied to herself and everyone about loving him.

Kagome suddenly felt a throbbing pain in her head. She
gasped and fell to her knees and held her head in pain. She had been having bad
headaches lately but though it was something to do with the baby. She suddenly
fainted and the school bell rang.

Hojo walked out of the building he was in and saw Kagome
laying on the ground. He ran to her side. He could see she was not breathing
and yelled for someone to call 911.

Kagome just laid there her eyes closed and not breathing.
In her head she could hear a voice softly speaking to her. “Who are you?”
Kagome asked. “I am your mind… I am here to talk to you.” Said the soft voice
of a female. Then Kagome heard someone call Hello to her. It sounded like Hojo!

Playground
school bell rings again
Rain clouds come to play again
Has no one told you she's not breathing?
Hello I’m your mind giving you someone to talk to
Hello

Kagome was rushed to the hospital.
They managed to get her breathing but knew that only bought them time to save
hnd fnd figure out what’s wrong with her. Hojo stayed with her worried about
her. His hand held hers as he sat in a room with her waiting for the doctor to
come in.

Kagome sat there talking to the voice
listening to her wise words. “Your child is dead….” The voice said softly. Kagome
felt her heart rip in two. She hated what Inu-Yasha had done to her but she
didn’t want her unborn child dead. Kagome smiled a fake smile trying to hold
back tears. “Kagome…” Said the voice. “I am just dreaming… I have to be…”
Kagome said in a depressed voice. “Your not Kagome… You are lying to yourself
like you lie about loving Hojo.” Said the voice and suddenly Kagome could see
what was going on.

Doctor’s were all around her taking
her pulse and stabbing needles in to her body. “Stop it! I am fine!” Kagome
screamed then the picture disappeared. “Kagome they can not hear you. Your out
cold and dieing. I am here so that if you do die and I am sure you will. You do
not die lying to yourself.” Said the voice. Kagome could hear Hojo again
calling out hello. Then the voice came again. “He is a lie here to make you
feel better about killing your true love.” Said the voice. “No! That’s a lie!”
Kagome cried and started to cry. “It is the truth Kagome and you know it!” Said
the voice harshly.

Hojo stood there as they worked on
Kagome. He saw her tears and brushed them away. “Don’t Cry…” He whispered.
Kaghearheard him and just cried harder.

Kagome knew she was not dreaming. She
knew her love for Hojo was a lie. Inu-Yasha was the man she loved even if her
had raped her. Now she knew if she died she could die in peace.

The next day she woke and looked up to
see Hojo asleep in a chair. She moved and woke him. He smiled and hugged her.
Kagome only pushed him away from her. “Keep away… I don’t love you…” She said
coldly to Hojo. Hojo blinked in shock. “Good job Kagome…”Whispered the voice
with in Kagome’s head even if she knew Kagome could not hear her words.
