Sesshomaru slowly opened his eyes. He licked Kagome's wrist to close it. He felt ashamed that he had kept biting into her skin to get enough blood. He needed it, but he took it from her, which made him feel bad. He took a minute to feel out his body inside. He felt the poison was completely gone. His body had already healed all of his wounds.
He turned his head to see Kagome on the floor with her head on the bed.
**Like she passed out**
*Most likely did*

*Hey at least she's still alive*

*No thank Inu Tashio for that.*

*One, he told her that she was a miko. Two, he bit her!*
Sesshomaru felt Fluffy getting upset at the fact that he just realized that Inu Tashio bit Kagome.

Sesshomaru smiled and slowly got up. He stretched his body out first and then he picked up Kagome.
**Wouldn't do to leave our mate here now huh?**
*Leave her and die*

Sesshomaru walked out of the room with Kagome. He didn't see anything that she really needed. He shook his head and started walking out of the castle. When he got out he saw only a couple of the slaves hanging around.
*They don't have a place to go*
**I could let them come home with us and they could do work**
*Or you could show them the nearest village and leave them there to start their own lives*

Sesshomaru saw Sango and smiled at her.
Sango ran up to Sesshomaru with Kagome in his hands. "Is she alive? Is she going to be okay? What happened? Where's Naraku?" she started asking questions faster than Sesshomaru could breath.
"Sango..Sango!" Sesshomaru yelled at her.
Sango shut up and looked at him. There was fear and hope in her eyes as she looked up at him.
"Kagome is alive. She's going to be okay. I came here to get Kagome and Naraku killed me. I do know that he is dead now though. Anything after that I am not completely sure of. I do know that she mated me to bring me back and shared her blood and took poison out of my body. She saved me... and she's my mate now. She's the new Lady of the West." Sesshomaru said with a huge smile on his face.
Sango smiled at him and then she frowned. "What will happen to the slaves?" she asked.
Sesshomaru looked at the slaves that were slowly coming closer to him. "I will show you the way to the village, now that I think about it I'll take you all to the Western Lands. That way you could all see Kagome when we go into the village every now and then. You will be free. You can start off fresh there." he said.
The slaves smiled their first real smiles in so long at his words. They were happy that they were going to be able to start over and be free.. finally.
"Sango, you can live in the village as well. Or you can live in my castle. You could be a worker there. That's all there really is there to do at the moment. Or you can just live in the village and come see Kagome when you want to." Sesshomaru said.
Sango looked up and smiled at him. "I want to live in the village, but I would love to be able to visit with Kagome." she said.
Sesshomaru nodded his head and with that he started leading the way to the Western Lands. All of the slaves were right behind him smiling as they walked all the way there.
