A Goddess from the Past

Chapter 19

Standing in front of his army, Sesshomaru paced back and forth, explaining to them the battle plan as quickly as he could. The war didn’t seem to have any effect on him, but the fact that the pain in his heart still existed did. He needed to find his inner demon before if he wanted to be with Kagome.

‘Now, does everyone understand the plan?’, he questioned. ‘Yes, Lord Sesshomaru’, they replied in unison. ‘Okay, make any remaining preparations, and we will move out tonight’.

As soon as Sesshomaru stepped outside, he could feel the presence of a purely demonic aura, which he knew to be his demon. ‘Sesshomaru… You really are a fool… You prefer to stay trapped and imprisoned inside that ‘castle’ of yours instead of embracing the freedom of the world…’.

‘I prefer to have done something in my life, rather than frolic in the woods. But… tell me, do you still love the demoness Kagome? Did you know that she is with child? Though… She is not of this world anymore…’. Sesshomaru noticed that his beast was not moving, so he took advantage of the moment and pinned his beast to a tree.

‘So… Admit your loss, and join me once more…’, Sesshomaru said quietly. ‘You… Don’t even… love her…’, his beast growled. ‘I know what I want in life, and I’ve realized the one person who means the most to me is her…’. His eyes softened from their usually cold glare, and soon enough, there was a white glow that surrounded the two demons, joining them once more.

‘I’m glad you finally realized your love for her… Sesshomaru…’.


Kagome walked slowly through the forest; her head was still spinning about what she was going to say. ‘Oh… I just wish everything was back to the way things were like before…’, Kagome said when she sat down. She buried her face in her hands as tears clouded her eyes again.

‘What would you do… If I told you things could be that way again?’.

Her head snapped up and looked to see where the voice came from, only to be greeted by a silencing but very demanding kiss. When they broke apart, Kagome barely managed to whisper his name. ‘Kagome… Before anything else happens… I need you to promise me one thing, and no matter what happens, you cannot break this promise… okay?’.

She looked into his soft golden eyes, feeling her heart melt at the same time. ‘Okay… I promise’. ‘I wanted you to promise that you would always be by my side. As long as we’re together, we can find happiness… No matter what happens’.

‘Oh… Sesshomaru…’. Their lips claimed each other once more, and their tongues joined for their duel for dominance. Hands tore at the clothing that separated the lovers, hips grinded into each other, and a loss of breath soon came.

Sesshomaru’s mouth left Kagome’s, and instead, found her breast and began biting down on the rosy bud. Kagome moaned in desire, feeling the familiar heat begin to gather in her lower regions. Another striped hand traveled down to her hidden treasure, and slowly dipped a finger into her slick core.

‘It’s been a long time…’, he said as he pumped harder into her. ‘Faster… Oh… I’ve waited… so long… for this…’, Kagome gasped. Sesshomaru complied to her request, and added a finger in the process. Kagome could feel the tension build up, and screamed in ecstasy as she released.

Kagome sighed, a smile gracing her lips. ‘If you thought that was incredible, you just wait and see what I have in store for you…’, Sesshomaru said. ‘Not until I’m through with you!’. The demoness tackled him down on to the grass, making him growl in surprise.

She loomed above him, licking her lips as she saw his beautiful body again. Just from seeing her do that made his member twitch, and stand out even more than it already did. ‘Oh my… Sesshomaru… What is it that I feel touching my leg…?’.

Playing along, Sesshomaru merely replied, ‘I don’t know… Maybe you should touch it and see what happens…’. Smirking, Kagome moved down and slowly began to stroke his member, licking it every now and then. ‘Kagome… If you continue on… I won’t be able to hold back…’, Sesshomaru groaned. ‘I don’t expect you to hold back…’.

With that, she plunged his manhood deep into her throat. Sesshomaru roared with pleasure as he felt her warm mouth encircle his erection. His nerves went into overdrive, and he released into her throat in long bursts. His eyes turned red and his fangs grew longer as his demon side emerged.

Kagome felt herself being pushed down, and felt a strong hand hold her arms above her head. ‘I warned you that I wouldn’t be able to hold back… And now it’s time for you to stop holding back…’. He plunged his member deep inside of Kagome, making her scream in delight.

She could feel him pounding into her relentlessly, and she could only moan with pleasure underneath him. Kagome was already breathless, and she knew that this orgasm would be the best she would ever have. ‘Harder! Oh Sesshomaru… I’m…’.

Just before she released, Sesshomaru pulled out, and watched as she began to growl in anger and transform into a true demoness. He could feel her struggling to get free from his grasp, but despite her increased strength, she still couldn’t do anything.

‘Mmm… This is the way I like it…’, Sesshomaru said. He licked along her jaw line, sending shivers down her spine. He turned her around and forced her onto her knees before slamming his manhood back inside of her. Kagome panted as she was felt him pump into her continuously.

‘Sesshomaru… Faster… Please…’, Kagome moaned. Feeling his own release approaching swiftly, he picked up his pace and sunk his fangs into Kagome’s neck area as he reached his second climax. Kagome came soon after, collapsing from exhaustion.

The two demons lay in the grass, both overwhelmed with the intensity of their lovemaking. As they lay quietly in the arms of each other, Sesshomaru closed his eyes, and let a smile come across his face. He wasn’t ashamed to admit his feelings for Kagome, and would never be. ‘She’s here… The one I love the most… She’s finally at my side again…’.

‘Kagome…?’. ‘Hm… What it is?’, Kagome said sleepily. ‘I… love you…’, Sesshomaru said softly. Kagome could feel blood rush to her heart as tears of joy fell from her eyes. ‘Sesshomaru… I love you too’. Nothing more had to be said, because they both knew that their love for each other would get them through anything, and everything.

… Just kidding! Have we forgotten about the war?!?

Ryo stood amongst his soldiers, grinning proudly at them. He knew that Sesshomaru would underestimate the strength of his army, and end up losing. He had thought of an ingenious idea to defeat Sesshomaru. It was definitely going to work and finally bring down that stuck up lord and that demoness…


Sesshomaru looked over at Kagome who was sleeping peacefully on their bed. He smiled fondly at his mate who was mumbling his name in her sleep. She had fallen fast asleep after their little ‘session’, but Sesshomaru could understand how carrying a child was very tiring for her.

Making sure that he had all his armor on, Sesshomaru walked over and gently kissed his love on the forehead, ‘I’ll be back soon…’.

‘Sesshomaru-sama, the entire army is ready now’, Jaken squabbled from behind the doors. Sesshomaru opened the doors and walked down the hallway, Jaken following closely behind. ‘Oh… Sesshomaru-sama… I would love the privilege of fighting alongside you…’.

‘Jaken. You will stay at the castle with a fourth of the soldiers. If they plan a secret attack directly on the castle, then make sure that one of the maids awakens Kagome’. ‘Yes sir…’, Jaken said dejectedly.

As Sesshomaru and his army made their way to the Northern Lands, he caught the scent of mud, though he didn’t understand why the scent was strong. Warning his troops about it, they continued on, raising their awareness.


When Ryo saw them within range, he immediately shouted, ‘FIRE!!!’. The sky was suddenly darkened and mud was being thrown at them from every direction. Sesshomaru laughed to himself, knowing that Ryo had most likely done this as a distraction.

Ignoring the clods of mud that fell on him, Sesshomaru headed straight towards Ryo’s aura. He drew out his sword, and immediately felt Ryo’s sword hitting his. ‘Ryo… Long time no see… Clever tactic there, with the mud, but unfortunately, not clever enough’.

‘Hmph… Well now, the almighty Sesshomaru-sama doesn’t seem to look very mighty any more, especially with all that mud on you…’, Ryo said with a smirk. He lunged towards Sesshomaru, hoping to catch him off guard. ‘Ryo… Honestly, you haven’t improved at all. I’d expect that after losing your brother and an arm to a woman, that you would train harder, but apparently not…’.

Sesshomaru knocked Ryo’s sword out of his hand, and immediately gripped his neck. ‘So, call off the war, and I’ll spare your life’. ‘Hmph, how very kind of you…’, Ryo mumbled. ‘CEASE FIRE…’. As soon as Sesshomaru saw the last chunks of mud fall, he said to Ryo, ‘Tomorrow, you will meet at my castle to discuss the division of the land’.

Giving Ryo one last glare, he tossed him against a tree and motioned for his army to head back. The only thing that he could think of was Kagome, and how great his life had become. Keizo was right. Fighting for love was stronger than anything else.
