Chapter Seventeen

Kimi sat around helping the young women of the tribe skin and prepare the meat from the hunt earlier on in the day. She was enjoying herself they seemed to have warmed up to her. After all the meat had been prepared Gercha asked her if she wanted to come with them to bathe and wash her clothes. She almost jumped at the idea but she had nothing else to wear while her clothes dried. She had been planning on wearing what she had on but it was now covered with blood. Her jaw hit the floor when one of their so called outfits was offered to her. The top wasn't too bad but was made out of some kind of animal, what stopped her was the bottom. It was made out of some kind of fur and would barely cover her butt, she was human she'd be sure to freeze her ass off. But what choice did she have, hopefully her clothes wouldn't take too long to dry.

The stream they bathed in was very cold, Kimi thought her heart would stop the moment she waded in. "Bloody hell this is cold." Her and the other women made quick work of the bath, cleaning their hair and bodies in a matter of minutes. After several minutes and complete nerve shut down Kimi decided to swim for a bit. Gercha was already out and dressed but decided to wait on the girl who was swimming like a fish.

"You need to come out your lips are almost the same color as your eyes, my lady." She helped dry her off and put on the clothes she had lent the girl. Even in their average day wear the human was stunning. The men thought nothing when their legs were shown but Gercha had a feeling they'd notice this girl's legs. They were flawless, no scars or unsightly curves. She had excellent muscle tone showing that she was no idler. She bent down and ran her hand over the girl's calf curious as to why there was no hair.

"Umm, what are you doing?" Kimi saw her friend glancing her over. She had to look absolutely gaudy in the outfit and Gercha's scrutiny proved it.

"You have no hair on your legs, why?"

"I shave them of course. I don't think I could stand letting it grow long." She knew her friend didn't understand but she didn't know what else to say. "You see women where I'm from don't let their legs get a lot of hair growth. Most men don't find it attractive if a woman has hairy legs or armpits for that matter." She raised her arms to show her almost freshly shaved pits.

"Human women have strange customs, I think." Gercha helped gather up the girls wet things and waved her to follow.

Kimi followed her wanting nothing more than to eat and get some much needed sleep. Sleep, would she sleep on her own blankets or would she find herself once again sleeping next to Kouga? She was so glad her mother wasn't telepathic and able to read the thoughts crossing her mind now. She'd be grounded for a year without any hope of parole. The kiss once again played out in her mind causing heat to pool in her stomach. She walked up the mountain and noticed the stares she was recieving. 'Do I look that out of place. My white ass legs must be blinding them, guess I should get in the sun more often. Better not moon them or they'd think the actual moon had fallen out the sky to land on my backside.' She was led into a group of demons and was confronted by Ginta.

"You look very nice, Lady Kimi." Ginta handed her some meat he'd seen to himself making sure it had been cooked over the fire. He watched the girl as she thanked him and sat down to eat. He sat himself beside her hoping she didn't mind his company. He'd watched her interact with the women of the clan and knew she'd be welcome here. He'd felt like kicking his sister when she had grabbed Kouga choosing him as Kimi's partner instead of him. Deep down he knew he didn't stand a chance with her, he saw the way she looked at his leader.

Kimi finished her meat and wiped her hands off on Ginta's shirt. He jerked back and started laughing pushing her hands away. "Come on Ginta, you guys don't have any napkins. Your shirt is just as good as mine and mine is clean." He swatted her hands as she reached out again. He grabbed her hands holding them high above her head. She broke out in laughter while trying to dislodge her hands. He was alot stronger than he looked and she couldn't get him to budge.

Gercha sat back with her mate watching as her brother played with Kimi. She sighed knowing that her brother would end up getting hurt. It wasn't the girl's fault she knew, she seemed unaware of the reaction she caused in her brother and in Kouga. Her heart seemed to be pure and free of any deception. She knew her brother was a grown man and could deal with the problem. But Kouga was known to be a bit impulsive at times and possesive.

Ginta felt her pulling with all her strength, he was barely gripping her not wanting to harm her skin with his claws. He was waiting for her to admit defeat, she was now crouched on her knees as well as him. He started laughing when a string of curse words he'd never heard came flying out her mouth. He wasn't expecting her to bring her leg out from under her and placing her foot against his chest giving him a hard shove and very lovely view of her leg. He ended up flat on his ass with a thud.

Kimi stuck her tongue out at him and ran. He got up to give chase, he heard his sister start laughing as Kimi stood behind her trying to use her as a shield. He was sure she was insulting him when she placed her fingers in the shape of an L above her forehead. He sprinted towards his sister and watched her squeek before taking off once more but this time around the other wolves. They all broke into laughter watching the demon being bested by the human girl. But her luck ran out as she hid behind a couple expecting him to have to run around them. She took a few quick steps back as he not only came running towards them but jumped clear over their heads landing a few inches in front of her. She turned to run and he caught her grabbing her around the waist.

Kimi burst in a fit of giggles as he grabbed her around the waist and spun her around. Her laughter died in her throat as she came eye to eye with Kouga. He looked absolutely pissed about something.

Kouga had come out after cleaning up. He'd even taken the time to feed that stray wolf that was now sleeping in his cave. He heard laughter so he decided to see what was happening. His anger stirred as he watched Ginta chase the girl around like a little puppy. The moment his friend had put his arm around the girl, he'd seen red. Jealousy shot through his body making him speak before he could think. "Take your hands off my woman."

Kimi felt her jaw drop at his declaration, 'What did he just call me? He must be mistaking me for some other wolf demon, after all I'm wearing borrowed clothes.' "Umm, excuse me? Do you even realize who he's holding?"

He felt his anger flare at her words. "Do I look stupid human. I know exactly who he's holding and if he doesn't remove his hands he'll lose them." Ginta released her and backed away. Part of him wanted to accept the challenge Kouga had thrown out but he knew he would never win against Kouga. Even if he did it would all be in vain.

Kimi knew the moment human came out his mouth he'd been aware of who she was. That meant he was staking a claim on her like she was a piece of meat on display at the market. Part of her wanted to soar that he seemed to want her the other wanted to plant a foot in his mouth for treating her like property. Damn it all to hell she wasn't a monopoly piece, and her anger won out. "Who do you think you are staking claim on me." She placed her hands on her hips and stuck her nose in the air. "Whatever made you believe you have what it takes to keep me?" His growl told her she'd pushed him too far.

Gasps were heard as he charged the girl depositing her on his shoulder. She started screaming and pounding him on the back demanding to be put down. "I'm not a sack of rice, put me down this minute asshole. Put me down or I'm going to purify you, you stupid wolf. Let go of me," she reached down and grabbed his tail giving a good yank. He brought his hand down across her ass causing her to yelp in pain. She returned the slap right across his ass but he showed no signs of pain.

He entered his cave hearing his men giving snide comments to his retreating back. "That's it Kouga show her whos boss." "Show her us wolf demons know how to keep our women happy." "Don't let her purify your cock off." He smirked at the last comment. He deposited her down on his furs and turned to the wolf sleeping in the far corner. "GET OUT." Socks instantly woke up and trodded out.

"Get back here you traitor," Kimi looked up into his face. She had a feeling she was about to lose her virginity in the middle of a cave on nothing but furs. Not on her prom night like she'd always dreamed. She made a move to get up and he was instantly upon her.

He collasped on his back and reached over bringing her to lay beside him. Kimi was in a state of shock, she'd just lost her virginity to a wolf demon she'd only known for a few days. She felt like she should regret it but couldn't bring herself to feel anything but joy and pleasure. He pulled her to his side and she rested her head on his chest and wrapped her arm around him. He placed an arm around her shoulders comforting her.

Kimi didn't have much time to think about what happened before sleep over came her. She fell asleep feeling very content and happy. Kouga layed there for a few minutes knowing that the girl was asleep. He wasn't sure what had overcame him when he'd seen her in Ginta's arms. He couldn't deny that he wanted the girl, she invoked feelings in him that even Kagome never had. He had been tempted to mark the girl as he spilled himself deep inside her body. He closed his eyes and let sleep claim him.
