Why Me?

Last time on Why Me?:

I stopped screaming and he let go of me. I fell on the bed breathing hard as my whole body felt like it was on fire. I didn't understand what was happening. I soon felt like I was going to be sick and moved off of the bed, but I collapsed to the floor and coughed up blood... lots of it. I kept bringing up blood and then even more blood. I looked up at Inu Tashio and saw him smiling down at me. *What did he do to me?!*

I felt like I was throwing up all of the blood in my body as I watched Inu Tashio with his damn smile. I felt like purifying him, just to see if he would still be smiling. Then again he's a spirit... I never thought spirits could do things to you. Like bite your damn neck!

"What.. did you do?" I asked shakily as I slowly started to feel a burning building up in my belly. I looked down just to make sure I wasn't on fire, that's how bad it was.

"You were never meant to be a human Kagome. You were meant to be a demon. A Inu demon. You will be one finally, like you were always meant to be. Your powers will be a little bit different. You will need some practice so you do not harm any demons that don't deserve it." Inu Tashio said as he pulled me to my feet.

"How is this suppose to being Sess and Fluffy back?" I asked looking over to Sesshomaru's body.

"Because only a mating could bring him back. It will tie his spirit to this place. Then with your blood you could bring him back. Your miko powers will charge up to this change faster and you will be able to remove the poison from his body, making his body able to heal fast enough." Inu Tashio told me.

"Well fuck.. Is there any thing that could go wrong?" I asked scared of the answer.

Inu Tashio looked at me long and hard and then he sighed. "Honestly you could purify him with your powers, or you could leave some poison inside of his blood and it will slowly kill him. Also you could just end up making him a spirit and he will walk the earth for all eternity, not being able to rest."

I just stared at him in shock. There were way too many ways I could fuck this up. I could end up making it worst that it already was.

"Ahhh!" I screamed as the burning got worst and then everything went black.

I woke up to my whole body feeling like it was on fire. Everything hurt... like hell! I moaned as I got up off of the bed that I found myself laying on.

I looked around to see nobody, but Sesshomaru's body. Inu Tashio was gone. I felt alone and saddened by this. When he was here I felt like I could do anything... now that he was gone... I didn't think I could do this.

I got up and moved to look into the mirror. My hair had grown longer and seemed shinier. I touched it and it felt like silk. My eyes were still brown, but there was a coldness to them. My body looked stronger than before. I had sharper finger nails that had a pink tint to them. My ears were pointy like Sesshomarus. I also had markings on me. They were a light pink. I had two stripes on both of my cheeks. One on each of my wrists. I also had one on each of my ankles. I looked beautiful, and I felt stronger. But I was afraid... I didn't know all of my abilities just yet. I took a deep breath and looked over to Sesshomaru.

"Please Kamis... let this work."

I moved Sesshomaru onto the bed, which was surprisingly easy. I looked at him, and felt like crying. He was the most beautiful demon I've ever seen. I froze when I realized that I didn't know what to do.

"You know what to do Kagome... follow your instincts." Inu Tashio's voice said. I looked around the room, but nobody was there.

I closed my eyes as I felt my instincts take over. My mouth touched Sesshomaru's neck and my fangs grew longer and I bit down. I felt something deep inside of my very soul. Like there was another part of me. I realized it was Sesshomaru. His spirit was here. I felt tears gather in my eyes.

I bite my wrist and brought it to his mouth. Suddenly his chest started rising and he was breathing slowly, but surly. I felt joy rise up in me, but I knew that my miko powers had to go into his body... this was the worst part.

I closed my eyes with my blood still flowing into his mouth. I felt my powers rise up and out of my body, surrounding Sesshomaru. I felt for the poison in his body and located it spread out his whole body. My miko powers went to work on it. Suddenly I felt tired more than before. I didn't know if I got it all, but I passed out.... my blood still flowing into his mouth.
