Sorry for the lack of chapter, I (Ryukotsusei) felt the overwhelming need to respond to one particular review. The real chapter comes out later tonight with luck.
Ogen: Thank you for your comments. If someone is going to flame me I'd much rather it was done in the way such as you have done. At least writing out why they dislike it. I'm going to let your review stand because as of yet you haven't said anything that I could find truly offensive. I hesitate to label this as concrit simply because there wasn't one thing you listed that you liked. So be it, I'm not going to nitpick at definitions here.
In the future if you are going to try taking me to task over what you think about my plot line and execution please do me the favor and actually sign in or point me to your own work so I can see how a talented writer such as yourself thinks things should go. I would be most appreciative.
On the chance that you don't actually write, it's not something that would actually surprise me. The few people that have actually complained about the darkness of my fics in general haven't actually written something before so I'm curious is this is the case this time. If it's not, I will be most pleased. For future reference you may wish to skip any story in the future that has me listed as one of the authors. I do not write happy stories. Period. Especially seeing as Hiei/Kag is my main pairing. I have yet to see a truly well done fic with that pairing that was "happy". Face it, Hiei isn't a happy character and if I tried I'd have several people screaming about OOCness including myself. I'm sorry if you dislike how I choose to move a story along but I'm not changing my writing style to make you or anyone else happy. I like my work and that's truly what matters. That said, if you're planning to continue reading this fic I would suggest you discontinue because inevitably there are going to be more of those "shock-factor" material and over-dramatic, ineffective "tragedy" moments that are completely unbelievable." that you find so distasteful. There are probably at least 20,000 other fics out there by now that I'm sure you could find one to suit your tastes instead. Good Luck wading through the usual "Kagome sees Inuyasha with Kikyo and runs off to sleep with the first male she runs across" fics.
