Kagome and Inuyasha fell asleep on Sesshoumaru’s big comfy bed. Sesshoumaru kicked the door open with his new prize.

“Get out of my room.”

Inuyasha woke up at the light being turned on and Kagome covered up.

“What the……….I didn’t think you were coming home yet. You said at least one night.”

Sesshoumaru growled.

“Things changed as you can see.”

Inuyasha looked at the girl in Sesshoumaru’s arms.

“What, you brought home your dinner? You can eat her in the kitchen.”

Inuyasha went to cover himself back up.

“She isn’t my dinner, she is my mate.”

Sesshoumaru growled lowly and if looks could kill Inuyasha would be dead. Sesshoumaru’s demon was coming out and it was a bit overprotective right now.

“You mean you kidnapped someone else. Great.”

Kagome looked at the girl.

“You can’t just go around taking people Sesshoumaru. What is this a free for all? Sesshoumaru you can’t just go around kidnapping people or someone is going to notice them missing. What if she has a husband or boyfriend?”

Inuyasha poked Kagome.

“Ummmm, honey, right now isn’t the best time to discuss this. His demon is coming out and we shouldn’t be in here right now. I will get you a robe.”

Sesshoumaru watched the two like a hawk as his eyes were brilliant red. He had what he wanted and she wasn’t awake for the rest. That was fine. She would stay in this room and no one would touch the door who did not wish to die a horrible death.

Kagome cautiously got up after pulling blankets around herself and Inuyasha pulled her slowly into the other room. Then the door was shut by Sesshoumaru’s mental powers.

“What a jerk! He can’t just kidnap that woman Inuyasha!”

Inuyasha sat on the couch rubbing his eyes trying to wake up.

“He just did and he marked her. It is a bit late to stop him now.”

Kagome punched Inuyasha in the arm.

“He can’t do this! You don’t get it! He will be arrested and then what will happen to Keith?”

Inuyasha looked at his wife, pinched her rear, and pulled her onto his lap.

“He would kill them all if they tried. You don’t mess with my brother. You know this Kagome so why are we fighting about this? He is the one that has to deal with her kicking his ass in the morning.”

Kagome sighed. It was true.

“Well he better hope she is willing to put up with his dumb but.”

Sesshoumaru came out of the room and looked at the two on his couch.

“You will leave tomorrow morning. Do not come back for at least a week. I am sending Keith with you since you have to get to know him before the adoption or this will not work at all for the boy.”

Kagome stood in front of Sesshoumaru.

“You had better remove your woman Inuyasha. I am in my rutting season and she isn’t wearing anything under that blanket. Are you asking me to share your mate because if not you better come and get her.”

Inuyasha stood up and stood in front of Kagome.

“Don’t even joke about that.”

Inuyasha growled as his own eyes turned red.

“Then you know how I feel right now. Touch that door and I will kill you both.”

Sesshoumaru turned to walk away and Inuyasha grasped his arm getting a low growl at this.

“You can’t just kidnap her, what if she is married? What if she has a family? Don’t you care?”

Inuyasha stated as Sesshoumaru pulled away.

“It matters not. She is mine now. If anyone comes to get her they die. I will find a solution to any of those problems.”

Inuyasha rolled his eyes.

“You can’t kill the whole damn city Sesshoumaru. Why didn’t you at least ask her before mating her?”

Sesshoumaru looked down at Inuyasha.

“An Inu Lord doesn’t ask, he takes what is his. She refused me and so now she cannot.”

Inuyasha frowned. He didn’t get it.

“So if she didn’t want you then why did you want her?”

Kagome started laughing. Inuyasha was really dim witted when it came to men and women some days.

“He wanted her because she didn’t want him Inuyasha. She was a challenge. Like you except he has had years of experience in this and no one had refused him until now.”

Inuyasha then got it.

“Oh, I see. So she didn’t think you were that great and you couldn’t stand that could you big brother.”

Sesshoumaru rolled his eyes and knew this was coming.

“Fine, you are right Inuyasha. Is that what you want to know? Now you do so go away.”

Inuyasha had to sit down or he was going to fall over laughing.

“The Great and Powerful Lord Sesshoumaru was turned down by a female! I can’t wait to tell Kouga and Miroku!”

Sesshoumaru growled at Inuyasha.

“Shut up!”

Inuyasha couldn’t help it. He was always a big mouth with no tact and right now this was too good.

“What did she smack you or something? What did she do to you? Come on, Sess spill it.”

Sesshoumaru grasped Inuyasha by the throat.

“I told you to drop it.”

Inuyasha couldn’t stop laughing.

“Come on, you ain’t going to strangle me so just tell me.”

Sesshoumaru looked at Kagome.

“Not with your wife here Inuyasha, and not if you say one word to anyone else.”

Inuyasha rubbed his throat after Sesshoumaru let go, but he couldn’t help smiling.

“Ok, fine. But you know that Kagome will find out from me later. We are married so I don’t keep secrets from her.”

Sesshoumaru smiled wickedly.

“Oh really, I could bring up some finer points of your life Inuyasha.”

Inuyasha shut up.

“Like what Inuyasha?”

Kagome asked now curious.

“Nothing, just drop it ok?”

Sesshoumaru smiled.

“Are you sure Inuyasha?”

Kagome hit Inuyasha.

“What is he talking about? What did you do now?”

Inuyasha blushed.

“Nothing that is worth talking about ok? Just drop it.”

Sesshoumaru watched Kagome grab Inuyasha by his hair and pull.

“Tell me.”

Kagome snarled.

“He flirted with some women at the club we went to. They wanted to take him home and he saved me from a supposed fate worse than death.”

Sesshoumaru stated firmly.

“Oh, I know about that.”

Kagome stated letting Inuyasha have his hair back.

“Ya and you sat me for a whole damn week wench. I can't believe he found the beads and let you put them back on me. You bastard.”

Sesshoumaru rolled his eyes.

“Fine, she was at the coffee house and I found out she is a demon. Aveline is a female demon in a city of humans. There, now you know. End of story.”

Kagome didn’t believe it tapping her foot and Inuyasha was like ok then went over to the TV to turn it on. He didn’t question anything he just ignored it.

“And how does she feel about this?”

Sesshoumaru looked at Kagome.

“How do you feel about me right now?”

Kagome thought he was being the biggest asshole in the universe and was starting to agree with Inuyasha that Sesshoumaru brainwashed people into believing he was a nice guy.

“Ok, now I see. Still, if you don’t like that then why pick her?”

Sesshoumaru frowned.

“I wanted her and so she is mine. Did you want me to take Sango from the pervert?”

Kagome frowned.

“No.”

Sesshoumaru then turned to walk away.

“Then as you can see I have found a solution to that problem. Now I am leaving you two alone. Do not knock or even look at that door. Stay away from it or I will rip your limbs off. It is that simple. Goodnight and please leave with Keith in the morning. None of you will want to be here this week. It will not be good for any of you.”

Kagome went to say something, but changed her mind. If this person was a demon she would claw the hell out of Sesshoumaru. He would get what he deserved in one sense or another. He after all did not know how vindictive a woman could be, but he was about to find out.

Aveline woke up in the bedroom with that weird boy lying next to her. This had to be a bad dream. Maybe she should pinch herself.

“Ouch!”

Sesshoumaru woke up at that squeal to at looked at the girl with a smile on his face. He was feeling rather good and a bit antsy.

“Why am I here? You drugged me didn’t you! I am calling the police!”

Aveline looked at Sesshoumaru accusingly and got up from the bed glad that her clothing was still on. Rushing to the door Sesshoumaru beat her there in a flash. He was only in boxer shorts and nothing else.

“You are not leaving.”

Sesshoumaru stated putting his arms across his chest.

“Like hell I am not! Move or do you want me to move you?”

Aveline stated trying to push him away from the door. He was like a fucking rock.

“No, you are my mate now.”

Sesshoumaru stated firmly.

“What the hell do you mean I am your mate? I didn’t agree to anything buddy and I am married! Don’t you think my husband might want to know where I am? I have a kid and a family you jerk!”

Aveline yelled.

“No you don’t. I read that in your blood.”

Sesshoumaru stated smirking.

“What do you mean I don’t? I do too! You don’t know what I have you fake mind reader!”

Aveline stated angrily.

“No, you don’t. They are gone now. Gone as in not coming here as in never existed. You are not married, you were. You do not have a child at home anymore, you do not have family here, and you are not missed by a husband. Your child is an adult and gone. You are not married. The idiot left for some other girl I am sorry to say. You are now mine.”

Sesshoumaru stated as he looked down at his new mate and new project. He now had two. Life was wonderful and this girl still refused him.

“Well, my ex husband will come looking for me. It isn’t as though I will not be missed you jerk!”

Aveline stated angrily as she tried to push past him only to have him grasp her around the waist and bend down to bite her again as she struggled.

“You are mine.”

Sesshoumaru bit deep into her as she cried then moaned. Aveline would bend or he would continue this pattern for the whole week until his blood finally made her relent to her mate.

Cutting his wrist he force fed her the blood and Aveline tried to spit it out with no luck. Sesshoumaru pulled her hair back until she was forced to swallow it.

“I like the way you fight me, but you cannot win. I will win you.”

Aveline fell to the floor trying to wipe the blood from her face.

“What are you a fucking vampire?”

Sesshoumaru stiffened. This was the last time he would be accused of such a thing.

“No and do not say such a vile thing again.”

With that Sesshoumaru grabbed Aveline from the floor and made her look at him.

“I am a demon. A dog demon and my dog self wants to rut you. I will let it if you call me such a thing again. I am not some undead creature that has ever been human.”

With that Sesshoumaru left the room locking the door behind him. He was too angry to think straight and didn’t want to do anything more that he would regret later.

Rushing out the door he turned into his truest form and went hunting for the night before he did indeed rut the bitch in the other room. She not only lied to him, but insulted him more than enough times. He was done being nice for tonight.

Aveline tried to crawl to the bed. Her head felt dizzy and she wondered what fucking disease he gave her. It was like she couldn’t think strait anymore. He knew her life and it pissed her off. The kid wasn’t a kid at all he was a damn undead thing no matter what the jerk said.

“Great, now I get to become a blood sucking leach.”

Trying to get her jacket off now that it was coated in his blood she realized that the blood was still on her face. It wasn’t right so dragging herself to the bathroom she cleaned up as best she could then pulled on the handle of the door. It was locked and she pounded it until she passed out on the floor.

When Sesshoumaru got back he found his mate on the floor asleep. Picking her up, he carried her back to their bed and then became curious. He was stuck with this woman for life so now he wanted to know more about her. So he went through her jacket and wallet.

She was going to some college here and worked somewhere out in town. There was very little to go off of and her blood was pissing him off. It was denying him any more information. She was still rejecting him and that would not do.

Since he gave her his blood her markings were starting to show. It was kind of interesting since they were not that different from his own markings except there was no moon. It was just a few dark blue stripes and the same on her eyelids. She had very unique features with eyes that burned at him like fire when she was angry. He really liked that about her. Making her mad was amusing.

Touching her long silky hair he couldn’t stop staring. She wasn’t pretty in his eyes anymore. Aveline became beautiful in his eyes. This was his mate. Her lips were not as full as he usually liked on a woman. They were pouty though and cute.

Aveline was like an adorable child when she was mad at him and that made her endearing. He would have to see the changes as things progressed. Then even if she did not wish to they would rut at the end of the week. The demons in them would force the issue eventually so she would just have to stop resisting him.

“What the hell are you doing you evil leach?”

Aveline growled looking up at Sesshoumaru who frowned down at her.

“I told you I am not a vampire.”

Sesshoumaru stated angrily.

“I told you I don’t want to be here and you didn’t listen. You made me drink your blood and gave me some kind of disease you jerk. Don’t you know anything about blood borne pathogens and biohazards? You can’t just make people drink your blood or bite them you jerk!”

Aveline stated crossing her arms across her chest since she couldn’t move anything else as Sesshoumaru about fell off the bed laughing.

“Great, I may die of AIDs and he is laughing his ass off.”

Sesshoumaru smiled down at Aveline.

“I am not that bad am I? You are a demon and the mate of a demon Lord now. Most women would beg for your position.”

Aveline tried to push him away only to fall off the bed.

“Then get one of them instead. I am getting out of here as soon as I can.”

She stated trying to crawl to the door. Sesshoumaru watched and then got up eventually sauntering over then sitting in front of the door.

“I chose you because you do not want me. Why do you not want me?”

Sesshoumaru was genuinely curious about this.

“Because, you are an overbearing teenager with an ego problem and you think that the world revolves around you. It doesn’t and I won’t be one to fall at your feet like some other idiots might.”

Aveline was almost to the door, but she was so fricking tired.

“I am not, I am 1256 years old.”

Sesshoumaru stated pouting.

“Well you act like you are two years old. This isn’t the middle ages egomaniac. This isn’t the cave man days either when you could just drag a woman by her hair into your damn cave.”

Aveline stated angrily as she fell flat on the floor looking at Sesshoumaru like if she could kill him she would right that second.

“I take what I want. That is how my world works and I am a demon. I am not some cave person nor am I still stuck in the middle ages. You are not speaking to a human. When you realize this maybe we will get somewhere. I told you not to judge people and that was your fault, not mine Aveline.”

Sesshoumaru stated not moving knowing she couldn’t move either. This was amusing.

“So if I had a husband what would you have done to him? Kill him?”

Aveline stated angrily.

“Yes. I would have. That is what demons do.”

Sesshoumaru stated firmly not looking away from those pretty angry eyes that were glaring daggers at him.

“You are a cad, a jerk, an asshole, and many other things if I could think of them right now.”

Sesshoumaru started laughing again.

“I have been called those things and worse. It matters not to me. You are mine and you are not going anywhere until we are properly mated. That means I am going to rut you at the end of this week.”

Aveline looked completely insulted.

“You are going to rape me then you creep!”

Sesshoumaru sighed.

“No, I am not. Your blood will accept mine eventually and you will succumb to it. That is how demons procreate. You will not be in control, your demon will be. If you like it or not that will not be the point at all. It is up to you if you wish to be conscious or you want your demon to take over. So we have three days to get to know each other. After that it is not going to matter.”

Aveline pouted and felt stupid for ever agreeing to let him sit at her table. Damn him to hell.

“So your demon will rape me. Great, and mine will let it happen except I am not a demon so I guess that kind of screws up your whole theory.”

Sesshoumaru looked at the woman whose eyes were starting to close again. This will not do, he had to keep her awake even if it meant pissing her off.

“You are a demon Aveline. You probably didn’t know it, but you are one.”

Aveline looked at Sesshoumaru like he was being a jerk joking about such crap.

“I am not. You are the asshole demon here. I haven’t bit anyone for their blood that I am aware of in my life. I have little canine teeth not fucking daggers like yours you jerk.”

Sesshoumaru started laughing again.

“That is only because you have just received the blood to awaken your true self.”

Aveline pouted even more.

“You just gave me your fucking vampire leach demon disease that is all.”

Sesshoumaru liked that one even though he hated the term vampire. At least she acknowledged his demon self unlike others.

“It is not a disease it is a genetic connection. You have it in your bloodstream. It exists in you; you just did not know it. Now stay awake or I will strip you.”

Aveline’s eyes suddenly opened wide.

“You jerk, you take advantage of me when I am awake and now you will do it when I fall asleep? It isn’t my fault you sucked my blood out of me and gave me your leach disease. Now you want me to stay awake so you can get to know me?’
“Hello……..did you think I might have wanted to have a say in this whole thing before you made your miraculous decision? How come I didn’t at least get a choice? Haven’t you heard of the women’s movement or freedom in this country? You are in America pal, not in some other country where you can do what you want…….you chauvinistic jerk!”

Sesshoumaru laughed at that.

“I am not American as you guessed and I don’t wait for people to make decisions. If I did that nothing would be accomplished. You would have pushed me off and I won’t have that. You are to be my mate and you are interesting. No woman had ignored me until I met you. I liked that about you and so therefore a decision had been made. You are here are you not?”

Aveline frowned and tried to pull herself across the floor.

“Yes I am and as soon as my body works I am going to get out of here.”

Sesshoumaru had not seen anyone this animated except for Inuyasha. Even Keith wasn’t this much fun.

“Well it is going to at least take a day for your human mind to be altered to what it should have been. You are not human and have not ever been. You just do not know it yet.”

Aveline was not happy since moving only two inches wasn’t making much progress. Still it was a start.

“I am a human and I am not some weird thing you think I am. I am also not yours.”

Sesshoumaru sighed again.

“You will feel it and then you will know. I am not arguing that with you any longer. You are not going to get very far that way either. You are stubborn, but I will be entertained in the process. I am telling you though if you do not stop arguing I will find a way to make you talk to me and tell me the things I want to know.”

Aveline looked at Sesshoumaru warily.

“What do you mean?”

She was fading fast; he really did a number on her.

“Oh no you don’t………”

Sesshoumaru rushed from the door and once again force fed some of his blood down her throat. It would keep her awake for a while longer.

Aveline was now on his lap and felt like a rag doll.

“You got me drunk didn’t you? You drugged me up or something?”

Sesshoumaru frowned. Her blood was still fighting him.

“No, I did not. Why is your blood fighting mine?”

Aveline smirked.

“Because it knows you and thinks you are an asshole.”

Sesshoumaru frowned a bit at that.

“Why don’t you like me? Am I not handsome enough?”

Aveline looked at him rolling her eyes and that hurt a bit.

“You are handsome, that is part of the problem. You are too good looking. Aren’t you gay or something? I mean look at you and the way you act. You are not only good looking, your place looks too clean for a strait guy, and there probably isn’t pizza in your refrigerator. I bet you don’t even have beer in there. This place is cleaner then my Grandmother’s house.”

Sesshoumaru sighed and realized he just mated Inuyasha’s evil twin sister. Aveline was talking just like Kouga and his little brother.

“I am not gay or you would not be mated to me. I have raw meat in my refrigerator because I am a demon. I do not eat pizza often or any other human fare. In fact I eat evil humans and used to eat evil demons on occasion. I am carnivorous and rarely eat any greens unless it is something like drinking them in tea.”

Aveline started laughing. The blood was rushing to her head.

“That is funny, you eating humans. You look like one except the teeth and maybe the eyes. No one seems to notice people’s eyes much. Still, you have got to be kidding right? I ain’t eating humans.”

Sesshoumaru laughed at Aveline’s serious look.

“You might change your mind after you open up to your new life.”

Aveline tried to push Sesshoumaru away.

“You are being so gross.”

Sesshoumaru growled for her to stop it, but she would not. Aveline then was picked up and put on the bed as Sesshoumaru hovered above her letting his eyes bleed red.

“I am not disgusting in what I am. I am not human and I didn’t claim to be a nice guy forever to you. Stop insulting me and what I am.”

Aveline shuddered a bit and Sesshoumaru calmed down looking sadly at her.

“I did not wish to frighten you. That is not what I want in a mate. Why do you not accept me? You are not with a mate and I am in need of one.”

Sesshoumaru got up from the bed and started to get dressed. He had to leave before he said anything more and Aveline would need to feed soon.

“What are you doing?”

Aveline stated unable to move from the bed still. This really sucked.

“I am going hunting for us. You won’t be able to move for hours. I will be back.”

Sesshoumaru closed the door this time without locking it. He had to leave, his demon was roaring at him and he had to go. He would hurt Aveline if he didn’t.

Instead of going hunting he rushed to Kouga and Ayame’s place. Inuyasha didn’t know this stuff and so Kouga would be helpful.

Pounding on the door Kouga came out half asleep.

“What do you want Fluffy?”

Sesshoumaru punched Kouga in the nose and dragged him out.

“Don’t call me Fluffy.”

Kouga frowned as he was dragged over to Sesshoumaru’s home. He was tired and he had an all nighter with Ayame so he was worn out. His former wolf mate and Kouga were getting back together. That little red head could break him if he wasn’t careful with her.

“I need to know what to do about my mate Kouga. How do you get Ayame to like you again after your break up and all? I mean I know you are connected, but I also know you hated each other for years. So what do you do when your mate already hates you and you haven’t even gotten that far with her yet?”

Kouga looked at Sesshoumaru and frowned.

“What did you do Sesshoumaru?”

Sesshoumaru sat on the couch looking like a lost little boy.

“I met my mate, took her like all of us demons do, and now she is pissed off at me.”

Kouga sat down and patted Sesshoumaru’s knee talking to him like you would talk to a five year old. Like Inuyasha said, Sesshoumaru was still very innocent to this modern time.

“Women are not like the ones we had in the past. You can’t just make one your mate and expect her to fall in love with you. They are independent pain in the asses who want everything including half your stuff if you leave them. They get it too.”

Sesshoumaru shrugged.

“I don’t care if she wants half. I have more than enough and I can get more. Is that all they want?”

Kouga laughed because that was funny and then it wasn’t any more after he thought about his situation. That really sucked. Sesshoumaru didn’t care about losing half his fortune, the guy was loaded. It wasn’t fair and it made him almost depressed.

“No, they don’t just want that. That is if you leave them and what the hell do you mean you don’t care? What kind of jerk are you?”

Sesshoumaru shrugged.

“I don’t care Kouga. These are just things, they matter not to me. I can make more. I want an heir, a family of my own, and to be all powerful like my Father. That is all. Oh, and to know more then all of you do. I am a demon Lord. I should know the answers and should not have to ask you. Still, I am new to this so you must tell me as one of my advisors. That is your job in my pack.”

Kouga sighed and shook his head. This was much more complicated then talking about Sango’s fine ass. At least they could talk about that subject.

“Let me see this woman you picked and see how bad this situation is.”

Sesshoumaru got up abruptly.

“No, you can’t go in there. I will kill you if you do.”

Kouga looked at Sesshoumaru who was extremely stressed out. Sesshoumaru had to calm down or he was going to go ballistic on people.

“I am not stealing her away Sesshoumaru. God help anyone who tried that. I am just merely trying to understand the situation. You can bring her out right? I promise I won’t even touch her and if you want to hide her again you can.”

Sesshoumaru pouted a bit and then cautiously opened the door keeping his eyes on Kouga the whole time like the wolf was all of a sudden going to rush into the room to steal his mate. Kouga knew though how sensitive such situations were especially during the first week of mating. Sesshoumaru was in high rut and that meant he was dangerous as hell.

“Wake up Aveline.”

Aveline moaned slightly as Sesshoumaru picked her up in his arms and carried her out still not looking away from Kouga.

Kouga looked at the girl and smiled.

“Hey, you found a wolf demon. I didn’t think there were any more of us out here. You lucky boy and part cat demon too. Well, we will forgive her for that.”

Sesshoumaru smiled proudly. He was also pleased with his find.

“Yes, she doesn’t like that though.”

Sesshoumaru stated frowning at Aveline who was out cold again.

“She really does hate you Sesshoumaru. Her blood is rejecting you. It must be the cat in her.”

Kouga stated frowning.

“I wonder though, I mean it isn’t totally rejected. So the wolf in her is also putting up a fight. The cat though will win. Cat females rule so you got your hands full. She won’t obey you, she won’t probably listen to you, and she is definitely going to argue with you. It will be a good match for you. You will not be bored that is for sure.”

Sesshoumaru frowned sitting down with his mate in his arms.

“That is the problem, I don’t want to force her to rut with me. What do I do Kouga?”

Kouga smiled.

“She rejected you in the beginning huh……….cool. I wish Ayame would have been more like that. Kagome was interesting that way, she rejected me and that was kind of fun. Pissing off Inuyasha was more fun than that though.”

Sesshoumaru grinned from ear to ear.

“Yes, she hated me right away. It was the best. Most of these women fall all over me, but not this one.”

Kouga smirked and looked at her.

“She ain’t bad looking either. Very pretty, but she isn’t your usual type Sess. You usually like ones that look like Inuyasha for some dumb reason. What is it with you and big lips? It must be a thing from your Father since he was the same way.”

Sesshoumaru nodded and sighed.

“Yes and I usually like black hair too. Her hair is not dark at all. It is kind of goldish with a bit of brown in it. It is different. I even like red over this color.”

Kouga smiled and agreed. He liked blondes on occasion and red heads. That was what got him in trouble. Kagome was the first dark haired girl that made him melt. That was because she wanted mutt face over him though. If mutt face didn’t want Kagome he wouldn’t have wanted her so much.

“What color are her eyes?”

Sesshoumaru frowned.

“I do not know. I just know they stare daggers at me and since they get kind of red like mine when she is mad, which is all the time it is hard to tell. I didn’t really look hard at the color. If I can wake her up we can find out.”

Kouga told Sesshoumaru to growl at her and that should work.

“No you are not growling right. You have to do it like this.”

Kouga stated pretending to nuzzle a pillow to get it to wake up.

“Oh, I wasn’t taught these things. My Father died before he taught me about such.”

Sesshoumaru did as Kouga said and Aveline woke up a little.

“Hey, they are ice colored. No wonder you like her. She has eyes almost like your hair. They have some silver in them and they do stare daggers at you. You are so damn lucky.”

Kouga stated frowning. He wasn’t sure if he wanted to help Sesshoumaru. He was like Inuyasha, lucky because this woman would be mean to him and Ayame wasn’t being mean to him anymore.

It was so much more fun when they were growling at you and telling you what you did wrong. Then the sex would be great and you could start again pissing them off later on. It was the best and Inuyasha had that mastered with Kagome. He was always pissing her off.

“He is lucky? Who the hell are you?”

Aveline growled at Kouga.

“Damn………Sesshoumaru you are not fair at all. She fucking despises your ass. I think I love her.”

Sesshoumaru growled at Kouga.

“Back off wolf………..this is my mate.”

Kouga got the gist of it, but sighed a bit looking at the woman.

“I am not your anything you jerk! I am his hostage that is what I am and you are going to jail with him being an accessory to this crime if you don’t help me out here buddy!”

Sesshoumaru smiled.

“See, she really hates me. Still, I can’t have this the whole time we are mated no matter how great it is for now.”

Kouga pouted.

“Shut up you whimpering asshole. At least she hates you so you have it good.”

Aveline looked at both men like they were insane.

“You are both crazy. I am in an insane person’s house and you are probably a leach vampire demon too.”

Kouga started laughing.

“She thinks we are vampires? How warped is that. She must really really despise you.”

Sesshoumaru frowned.

“I told you I am not one of the living dead for the tenth time. He is not either. Kouga is a wolf demon like you Princess.”

Aveline looked at Sesshoumaru like he was a big lying jerk.

“Whatever, I don’t know any demons that go around sharing blood let alone feeding it to their supposed mates. I am not your mate and I want to go home you jerk! Why don’t you just let me go home? I won’t tell anyone about your leach secrets and you can live in your society in peace. I just want out and you can find someone who will kiss your ass. It isn’t going to be me.”

Kouga’s face lit up.

“You found Inuyasha in female form! You asshole! Why didn’t you tell me?”

Sesshoumaru smirked a bit.

“Actually, she is kind of like you and Inuyasha. I think I hit the jackpot.”

Kouga wanted to pat Sesshoumaru on the back and tell him congratulations, but if he did he would probably lose an arm. Sesshoumaru was still in full rut faze.

“What are you two talking about? Inuyasha is just a cartoon and so is Kouga. Ok, what fucking drugs did you lay on me you jerk!”

Sesshoumaru smiled at Kouga.

“She thinks I drugged her. It is funny huh.”

Kouga laughed.

“Ya, she is great. Well, you have things well in hand here I think. I know you will do just fine. I am going home to piss off Ayame now so I will see you later. I can’t wait to tell Inuyasha how much she hates you. Miroku will have a field day. He loves Sango slapping the hell out of him and it is a good thing that we finally got him in with us on all of this. If she didn’t hit him we would all know something was wrong. Welcome to the gang pal. It is about time you found someone.”

Sesshoumaru smiled proudly and stood up with his mate. He felt a hell of a lot better now.

“You are all insane, you know that! You are all in trouble too when I am done with you! You are not a cartoon buddy! I will figure out your real name sooner or later!”

Aveline yelled as Kouga left.

“That is his real name. Mine is Sesshoumaru, get used to it. We had to and it is my family’s fault that we are a laughing stock to the public.”

Sesshoumaru stated closing the door of the bedroom. Then he proceeded to strip his mate who couldn’t fight him off.

“You are a real creep! Stop doing that! You evil bad man! Stop it already!”

Aveline yelled near tears.

“I am not going to rape you. I just want to see that is all. Then I will help dress you appropriately for bed. You cannot be comfortable right now.”

Sesshoumaru stated softly as he nuzzled her cheek trying to calm her down.

“Shhhhhhh……….it is ok Aveline. I will not hurt you.”

Aveline didn’t believe one word he said.

“You did already you jerk! You brought me here against my will and you seem to think my hating you is ok? Are you mentally unstable or what?”

Sesshoumaru sighed.

“Biting you is not hurting you it is what we demons do. You will understand this soon enough. Now hush or I will kiss you. We both know how you feel about that.”

Aveline’s eyes went wide and Sesshoumaru traced her face with his fingers gently unbuttoning her clothing then changing his mind just clawing it off slowly. She didn’t need it anyway; he was going to buy her many new things.

“You are scaring me.”

Sesshoumaru kissed Aveline’s neck and softy ran his fingers over her hair.

“That is not my intention.”

Aveline growled.

“A little late for that apology you creep.”

Sesshoumaru saw the fear in her eyes and slowed down even more. He wanted to slowly seduce her not cause her more fear.

“Your heart is racing Aveline. Feel mine and know it is the same way. I am just as nervous as you are. This is new to me, this feeling.”

Aveline’s hand was placed on his chest and his heart was beating so he couldn’t be a vampire. They had no heartbeat unless someone didn’t tell her something right about vampires.

“You have a heartbeat.”

Sesshoumaru laughed.

“Yes, I do. I told you I am not a vampire. They do not even breathe. Feel my breath against your cheek.”

Aveline felt it and then she knew he was real. It was even more frightening.

“You are a demon, a fallen angel. What the hell do you want and why the hell are you here on earth?”

Sesshoumaru smiled softly with a sad look in his eyes.

“If I knew that then I could answer you. I do not even know. I just know I cannot die for a very long time and they call me an immortal. My Father did die, so I know it is possible. However, in these times it is very unlikely. I do not wish to be alone anymore.”

Aveline frowned because she did not want to be this creature’s toy or fill some void in his life. She had enough problems of her own without adding his onto them. It wasn’t right and it wasn’t fair for him to push his issues onto her with this damn guilt trip. It changed nothing of the wrong he had done.

“I know a lot of people who don’t want to be alone who do not force others to be with them. Yet you seem to believe you have that right. What makes you think you are so damn special?”

Sesshoumaru growled at Aveline and pinned her arms above her head.

“Because, I do not have to ask for permission. I am a demon Lord not some groveling creature who feels sorry for himself. I do not feel sorry for myself. I have very little regrets and I do not regret taking you. I do however get sick of your cynicism and criticisms of me. I like that you hate me in some ways, but it is getting old Aveline. I will have you and you can do nothing about it.”

Aveline roared at him.

“Except be your little slave and kiss your ass? I don’t think so! You think you own me or the world? You own nothing! You are nothing more to me then a spoiled little boy who didn’t get enough attention while you were a child!”

Sesshoumaru roared and pulled Aveline’s hair back.

“You little bitch!”

Aveline felt the fangs in her again. This time it hurt.

“You jerk! I hate you!”

Sesshoumaru lifted his head up.

“Good, at least you feel something for me! I am not going to kiss your ass either little girl! I am a demon and I will take what I want even if I have to kill all you love to get it. Is that what you want? Do you want me to be a monster? I can do that!”

Aveline looked at him and started laughing.

“Ohhhh…….I struck a nerve didn’t I? You are not all the tough guy you pretend to be.”

Sesshoumaru turned away and wiped the blood from his lip.

“You will accept me Aveline. Damn it all you will.”

Aveline growled.

“Never.”

Sesshoumaru smiled at his mate as his eyes glowed red again. His demon was pissed off.

“Do not ever say never Aveline.”

Aveline shuddered at the demon’s voice. It was ancient and very cold.

“I will never love you.”

Sesshoumaru was once again on top of her.

“I did not ask for your love.”

Kissing his mate got him bit, but Sesshoumaru liked that. Her true fangs were showing and her claws raked his back. Sesshoumaru just growled in pleasure at this.

“You are an asshole. I hate you.”

Aveline snarled at him.

“Good.”

Sesshoumaru pulled her hair and devoured her lips. Their demons took over for the rest of the night and in the morning the covers were in shreds with blood everywhere.
