CHAPTER SEVENTEEN —EVIL HAS A PRICE —

Kohru and yuki were heading down to the picnic area to relax under the tall oak when they heard a familiar voice call out to her hello. She turned around to see who it came from. It was miroku. “Miroku!” screamed yuki. She ran to him kohru on her tail “I haven’t seen you in three years how are you you old bag of bones” said yuki. “I’m not that old” siad miroku who looked as though he hadn’t aged a day. Sango ran up to them and it was kohru’s turn to be surprised. “Sango is it really you?” said kohru. “Yep” said Sango “why, who are you”. I’m the son of shippo and Kyrara” exclaimed kohru. “Really! What’s your name” said miroku and Sango in unison.”my mother named me Kohru” siad kohru. Yuki snuggled up to him. “Well aint that a coincidence” said miroku “our son has the same name”.
They all talked for an hour and headed down to the picnic area to rest. Inu Yasha and Kagome joined the group. Along with Sesshoumaru, Seth, Rin and Maru. They talked the whole day about life and demon slaying. Later that day they all got out GO boards and started to play. Yuki beat everyone within an hour . Wexceexcept her husband Kohru. Who literately smashed her hops of winning before she even got started. ‘That’s ok’ thought yuki ‘he will just have to work extra hard to get me tonite’.
They all saw the look of irritation on Yuki’s face. Sesesshoumaru tried cheering her up but nothing worked. “I don’t like this game anymore’ siad Yuki acting childish. “Yuki don’t act like that “ said Kohru. “Ahh shut up” said Yuki. She got up and stormed off. “Man she acted childish” said Inu Yasha. “Inu yasha “said kagome ever so calmly “sit”. He hit the ground landing just inches from the fire. “Alright I’ll go apologies” said Inu Yasha as he got up. “No” said kohru “I shall apologies to her”. He got up and walked over to where she disappeared in the brush. That’s when he noticed a new scent. It was a scent of another demon. He then smelled blood. Looking down he saw a trail of blood leading away from the village.
He quickly jumped out of the bushes and screamed” she’s gone something has taken her”. They all jumped up and ran to the scene and found what he siad to be true. Sesshoumaru examined the scent and the feet patterns. “It was a scorpion demon” he said after a few minuets of examination. “Let’s go after it and get her back” said Kohru “before it kills her”. “that would not be wise” said Sesshoumaru “if we go after her now it ‘will’ kill her”. They all went to the picnic area to plan her rescue.

the demon was running through the brush headed towards an abandoned castle in the far west. It moved swiftly through the trees and plants. It made it’s way through a canyon passing a pack of wolves who ignored him cause he was running to fast. Koga on the other hand smelled a familiar scent fro the demon he was carrying. He shrugged it off not worrying about it.
The demon finally made it to the castle and chained yuki to the wall. The demon then dissapated into a small wooden doll. Yuki woke up. As she watched the demon evaperate into a doll she sniffed the air trying to locate were she was. A voice came from the shadows “you thaought you got rid of me when I went to heel didn’t you but I escaped” said the voice. The shadowed figure came into the moon light and revealed himself. He was tall and wore a white fur coat his hiar was black and his eyes were a steely brown.
“Who are you?” said yuki. “I’m surprised” siad the figure “I thought your father would’ve told you” he replied. “You know my father Seth?” she siad a little frightened. “Seth? You mean you are not the daughter of Inu Yasha?” siad the figure. “No that’s my mother maru” said yuki “what do you want with my mother?”. “to kill her but I guess I’ll have to settle with you” said the figure. “WHO ARE YOU” she screamed very upset. He walked up to her his face inches from hers and answered “Naraku”.{A/N wow what a plot twist huh}.
He stepped back a little and with drew a knife from his coat. “W-what are y-you gonna do with that” she said nervously. “This” he drug the knife over her clothing slicing it away from her body. She tried to kick him but her feet were chained to the wall also. “If I get off this wall I’m gonna kill you!” she screamed. “Oh there’s no chance of escape” said Naraku.

her scent goes this way said kohru. The whole group was there. Miroku, Sango, Inu Yasha, Kagome, Sesshoumaru, Rin, and Kohru. Koga wa slooking down on them from his hill and decided to drop down for a visit. Inu Yasha heard someone above him and moved just in time to see the wolf land in front of him. “What are you all ding so far from your home?” said Koga. “We are looking for my daughter she’s been kidnaped” Said Maru. “Maru is that you?” siad koga “you look good”. “shut up about my wife and just tell us if you’ve seen a girl that looks similar to me around here” said Seth . “now that you mention it their was a demon dragging a hanyou towards the old abandoned castle over there” said Koga.
They didn’t wait for him to say anything else as they took off running towards the castles Seth and Inu Yasha were carrying Miroku and Songo on their backs. Koga followed them with a pack of his wolves trailing behind. They reached the castle. It was surrounded by a thick aura and looked very intimidating. inu Yasha took one wiff of the air and froze. He said one word and they all stood in shock “Naraku”. “That cant be” said Miroku. “I thought kikiyo destroyed him because she couldn’t stand seeing you in paiiad iad Kagome.(A/N yes I realizer it’s a little late for kikiyo’s death explination but who cares as long as it gets done).
They all decided to let yuki’s parent’s and husband go in first. “Remember to call if you need help” said Sesshoumaru. “Ok father” said seth. The trio walked slowly towards the enterance being wary of trouble. As they reached the entrance maru withdrew her fathers sword the tetsiga. It transformed. They tried the door only to find it bolted shut. Maru took one swipe and blasted the door into piaces what they saw made them gasp in horror.
They saw their daughter hung on the wall barely breathing deep cuts all over her naked body. Her face was so disfigured they barely recognized her. Her breasts had deep holes in them and her womanhood was beyond healing even for a full demon. Kohru rushed up to her and broke her loose from the shackles she opened her bruised eyes and gave him a gruesome smile with what was left of her lips. “I knew you’d come” she rasped. Before falling into unconciuseness. Then they herd a laughter beyond evil come from the room just to the left of them. “Hahahahahaha” said naraku as he came into the room “congratulations you get to die along with her”.
“YOU BASTARD” screamed kohru as he set her in seth’s hands and lunged at naraku with his foxfire punch. Naraku doged and bashed kohru’s back whith his fist sending him throught the door and into the courtyard. Maru and seth, with his daughter in his hands, rushed to tkohru’s side. Helping him off the ground. Inu Yasha, Miroku, and songo. Rushed to the scene koga took yuki from seths hands and Inu Yasha covered her with his coat. They all raised and faced naraku. “You shall die for what you’ve done naraku” said Inu Yasha.
They all attacked him at once using their unique abilities. Inu Yasha poked his claws into himself and used blood claw. Miroku threw a talisman. Songo threw her boomerang (can’t spell the real name). Maru used wind scar. Seth used poison claws as did sesshoumaru rin threw her shurikens. Kohru used fox fire. Koga threw a whirlwind. All of their attacks hit at the same time injuring naraku very badly. “Your turn kagome” said Inu Yasha. Naraku looked up with what strength he had left and saw the miko with her arrow drawn. She let it fly and it landed with a sick thud in his chest. The arrow glowed bright pink and kagome finished the spell with the word “guilty”. The whole forest was bathed in a bright white light. When the light cleared all that was left of naraku was his baboon outfit. They all rushed to yuki’s side she needed 20Th century healing siad kagome or she would die. They all agreed and rushed to the well as fast as they could
