Chapter 16. The Pain, The Love... The Betrayal

There was a groan in the darkness, followed by the creaking and gentle padding of feet across wooden floorboards. A door was opened, the cold night air and the heavy fall of snow blowing into the open doorway before it was closed, the dull light dying away into the darkness once again. The room was silent, the sound from outside only the creaking of the wooden hut and the many wooden panels that were beginning to come loose from many years of ware.

InuYasha stumbled down the set of stairs descending toward the village. His feet froze into the ground, turning blue in the cold. He shivered, pulling his katana closer to his small frame. His stomach, in only a few nights sleep, had already grown out to a small bulge that was hidden behind his haori. His vision blurred as he walked and he groaned again, his stomach aching and pain racing up and down his spine.

‘Kaede... help me...’ InuYasha begged to himself. ‘Sessho...’

Sesshomaru shot up from his sleep, his silvery eyes firing from one corner of the broken down hut to the next. His brothers scent was fresh but not near. The spot beside him was empty and the blanket damp and rumpled. Three was the fresh lacquer tinge of blood in the air. Sesshomaru lifted his hand and sniffed, the blood strong on the tips of his fingers. He felt his heart plummet and jumped from the bed, the door being flown open as he exited into the blizzarding night.

“InuYasha,” Sesshomaru called, the scent of his mate weak in the blistering breeze.

He jumped from the hut and landed in a bank of snow, standing atop it lightly. He sniffed the air and narrowed his eyes, willing himself to see beyond the damaged repair of his partially blind eyes. He could only see the whizzing of snow before his face, and even that was nothing but a blur to his eyes. He growled, jumping from the snowbank onto one of the man stumps that held up the village fence. Slowly he sniffed the air again, the scent of his brother... his mate... flying all around him in the mixed winds.

“InuYasha....”

Nothing.

“InuYasha....?”

“Sessho–maru...”

The weak sound of his brothers voice nearby. He bounded from the fence, landing in a thick mound of snow and sniffed. The scent of InuYasha and the blood was close. He put his hands down, picked up a pile of snow and rolled it in his fingers. He felt heat, blood heat, reverberating from on the warmth of the melting pile of white.

“Where are you, InuYasha?” Sesshomaru called.

“Help... me...”

He turned swiftly, diving in the direction of the voice. He stopped, sniffed the air and turned again, lost in the sea of white swirling around him, blinding him farther. He snarled at the white hell billowing around him, sniffing the air, but to no avail. He padded through the cold of the snow, kicking up the white powder under his feet. His brothers voice sounded so far away from where he had last called him, but it could have been a trick of the wind.

“InuYasha?”

“Sessh... help...”

He turned, his brothers voice closer, nearer than it had been before. He licked his lips, the ice that had built up melting and re-freezing on his dry, cracked lips. He disappeared into the thick fog of white, reappearing on the fence post he had been on before, sniffing the air. He looked up, the white swirls above him silken grey, the moon completely blocked from view. He felt the cold streak across his cheeks, cutting coldly against his already pale and dry skin.

“InuYasha... where are you?”

No answer.

Fear. Fear gripped his body as the scent began to die away, along with the warmth of his pups heartbeats. He growled, diving from the post and through the fogged world. An explosion resounded to his right, a large snow snake drilling from under the ground, it’s three heads hissing angrily at him. Sesshomaru glared at the beast, pulling Tokijin from it’s holster and swinging the blade with skill. The snakes heads sliced clear off, the body falling to the ground, crumpling into the wintery whiteness.

“Sessh... Help me.”

‘InuYasha.’

Sesshomaru trained his thoughts on his brothers sudden words, the fear etched into their quakiness making him uneasy. He growled, hand on Tokijin tightening as he felt the deep rumbling in his throat deepen, the anger in his eyes burn furiously. He focused, his eyes cutting through the cold air to focus far on the body of a large white beast, it’s mangled fur and blooded face drawn to it’s prey.

InuYasha.

Sesshomaru snarled loudly, diving into the cold night and toward the beast. He could feel the urge to protect his mate and children begin to deepen and drove forward quickly, his feet barely touching the cold night floor as he came nearer and nearer.

The beast, it’s long wobbly legs and bloodied face, neared it’s waiting meal. It growled, licking it’s rough and cracked lips as InuYasha, shivering in the cold, whimpered and backed away, his haori bloodied and damp from perspiration. He shuddered as the beast neared, reaching for Tetsusaiga, but could not finding the fang.

‘No... I left Tetsusaiga... in the hut...’ InuYasha thought to himself, whimpering again. ‘Sesshomaru... help me.’

The beast roared, diving forward, claws and fangs bared as it neared, the hanyou gasping and huddling back as far as he could. He instinctively covered his stomach, lowering his head and yelping loudly. He heard the silver whistle of a sword cutting through air and looked up slowly, the sight of his brother above him, leaping at the demon, Tokijin drawn and cutting across the air making his eyes go wide.

His brothers face was so protective and dangerous it sent shudders down the hanyou’s spine. Sesshomaru looked so concentrated on his task, landing softly in front of his brother and stepped back and over to protect the hanyou and block the demon from his sight. He snarled loudly, leaning forward menacingly, the large beast demon stepping back fearfully.

“Leave demon, or suffer your death,” Sesshomaru snapped in warning.

“That half bred demon is my meal,” the demon growled.

“That half bred demon is my mate,” Sesshomaru hissed angrily, narrowing his eyes. “I will protect him and my unborn children with my very life.”

“So be it,” the demon barked with menacing laughter. “You will die at the end of my claws.”

The beats dove forward, roaring loudly, extending his claws and baring his fangs once again. Sesshomaru raised Tokijin, InuYasha now latched onto his left leg, holding onto him with all of his life and whimpering quietly. He swung, the blue light from his sword cutting across the diving demon with ease. The beast yowled, arching backward as it was enveloped in the blue power of Tokijin, it’s body tearing in half and disintegrating into nothingness.

Sesshomaru sheathed Tokijin, turning around and kneeling beside his brother. He leaned InuYasha back against a fallen log, the blood splattered around him not from any wound. He felt the sudden fear clench at his stomach and sniffed at his brothers neck. He moved lower until he reached InuYasha’s hips, the blood definitely coming from below.

“InuYasha,” Sesshomaru whispered.

“Sesshomaru... something’s wrong...” InuYasha whimpered. “My stomach hurts.”

Sesshomaru lifted his brother into his arms without another word, InuYasha leaning his head against Sesshomaru’s chest as the youkai lord bounded through the snow toward the village and toward Kaede.

InuYasha closed his eyes, the cold air stinging his eyes. He buried himself deep within the heat of his brothers chest, the wind passing them both by in cold whips. He whimpered again, an aching feeling wrenching at his stomach. He put a hand over his small round belly, the thought of his children dying burning in his mind. They slowed, the sound of wood beneath Sesshomaru’s feet in InuYasha’s perk dog ears.

Sesshomaru pushed aside the fabric cloth that blocked the door, entering into the darkness of the hut. He sniffed out Kaede’s human scent and walked near her, prodding her with the tip of his foot. She groaned, turning in her sleep, annoyed by the feeling. Sesshomaru growled, nudging her harder.

“Wake up hag,” Sesshomaru ordered.

“W-what?” Kaede said sleepily.

“There is a problem,” Sesshomaru said, tightening his arms around InuYasha’s waist and shoulder where he held the hanyou.

“A problem?” Kaede said, focusing on Sesshomaru nervously.

Sesshomaru kneeled down, placing InuYasha on the floor and pressed a hand over the hanyou’s stomach. He stared at his brother, his heart hammering in his chest. He looked back up at Kaede who had now focused on InuYasha, watching him as he groaned and whimpered on the ground, his eyes squeezed shut, his forehead beaded with sweat.

“This does not look good,” Kaede said to no one in particular.

InuYasha whimpered, tilting his head tot he side as Kaede unbuttoned his haori top and pushed on his stomach, the pain stinging through his body and making him ache. He panted heavily, reaching up and grasping Sesshomaru’s hand tightly in his own. He looked up at his older brother, eyes pleading as he whimpered again. Sesshomaru felt his throat clog, swallowing back the lump as he leaned down and brushed the bangs from InuYasha’s sweaty forehead

“Sesshomaru,” InuYasha whispered. “Are they going to be okay? Are my pups going to be okay?”

Sesshomaru squeezed InuYasha’s hand in reassurance, turning his eyes up to glare at the old miko across from him as she worked, her hands trailing down InuYasha’s body to his hips... and lower.

Sesshomaru growled.

“Lord Sesshomaru,” Kaede said without looking up, “refrain from your protection. I must check every inch of him.”

Sesshomaru bared his fangs, biting back another growl as she stripped his mate from his katana, slipping the red material off and placing it neatly folded beside herself. He lowered his eyes to InuYasha’s, brushing another strand of hair from his face that dared to venture into the hanyou’s teary golden eyes.

“InuYasha,” Kaede said, the hanyou answering with a whimper, “ye will feel a little pain, but it will pass.”

InuYasha whimpered his reply a second time, squeezing Sesshomaru’s hand as he felt something very large, larger than Sesshomaru’s manhood, enter his body. His eyes squeezed shut and he cried out in pain, the tears slipping from his eyes. He tossed his head back and forth, whimpering and panting heavily as the pain increased as the instrument was entered farther.

Sesshomaru watched as InuYasha began to cry, his body immediately taking on another defensive posture. He raised his eyes at the miko and bared his fangs at her again, his growl increasing in volume and becoming more deadly and threatening.

“Calm yourself, InuYasha,” Kaede instructed. “The pain will only become worse if ye do not relax.”

“Stop... Kaede please... it hurts... it really hurts,” InuYasha cried, squeezing Sesshomaru’s hand again.

“InuYasha, ye must calm yourself,” Kaede instructed again.

“Ouch... Kaede... no more...” InuYasha cried, the tears streaming from his eyes like a river. “Please stop... your hurting me.”

Sesshomaru growled, wincing as he saw InuYasha’s face twist with pain and his eyes blur with fresh tears. He tossed his head back and forth, one hand clasped into Sesshomaru’s while the other dug into the wood flooring, raking up splinters. Sesshomaru felt a whimper escape his throat as he watched his brother squirm in pain and cry out, his voice hoarse and weak from crying and calling out to him in the storm.

InuYasha cried out again as he felt searing hot pain pass through his stomach and chest. He suddenly felt very cold, shuddering as the pounding and beat of his heart slowed tremendously, his eyes clouding over with weariness and sleep. He tried to breath, but it began to get harder. He could hear Kaede’s voice instructing him, but she was beginning to get distant. He tired to swallow back another breath, but the air was sticky and thick.

Without a second thought, he closed his eyes and blacked out.

*~*~*

Sesshomaru stood on the roof of Kaede’s hut, having been rudely forced from the old woman’s small home. He looked up at the now clear sky, the stars twinkling at him in the distance, the moon dipping low to bring on the next day. He sighed, closing his eyes and rubbing his temple with his right hand.

‘InuYasha...’

His brothers name echoed in his head, ringing like a bad migraine. Kaede had given him little information after he was pushed from the hut, saying InuYasha’s body had suddenly gone into distress from the pain and had blacked out. She had removed the odd instrument from the hanyou’s body when she noticed he had suddenly lost conciseness. She had also had a very difficult time removing an enrage taiyoukai from her hut that was ready to transform into his true form and kill her for her bad judgement.

He listened carefully to the sounds within the hut below, the voice of the monk that traveled along side his brother and the young miko and slayer echoing into his ear and through the next, almost like it had not registered.

Miroku sat beside Kaede, InuYasha finally returning to wakefulness. He was still dazed, his body limp and weak, almost paralyzed from the pain he had previously been feeling. Kaede was cleansing her hands, the blood on the floor drying into the wood and being soaked into it’s hard oak. She washed the blood from her arms, the red substance dripping into the water. Miroku padded InuYasha’s head with a wet cloth, the hanyou groaning where he lay.

“Miroku,” Kaede said quietly.

“Yes, Lady Kaede?” Miroku asked.

“Wake the others,” she said in a whispered voice. “I have other matters to attend.”

“Yes, Lady Kaede,” Miroku said with a gentle bow.

He stood and exited in the front, leaving the old miko to InuYasha. She looked up at the roof, hearing feet move across the wooden planks. Taking a breath, she waited. Sesshomaru pushed aside the hanging in his way, stopping just inside the hut and looking down to glare at the old woman situated beside his mate.

He heard InuYasha groan again and immediately turned his eye son the hanyou, focusing his best on the pale face of his mate. InuYasha opened his eyes briefly and whimpered gently before closing them again. Sesshomaru was at his side in an instant, running a hand down the hanyou’s warm pale cheek. He looked up and bared his fangs at Kaede, warning her with the furiousness of his eyes to back away or suffer losing her other eye.

“Everything is fine,” Kaede said calmly, moving back on instinct. “It was nothing but a false alarm.”

Sesshomaru looked down on InuYasha, brushing yet another strand of hair from the hanyou’s sweaty face. He looked back up at Kaede with uncaring eyes, the miko not speaking to him, merely watching him. She could see the protectiveness the lord had over his brother, the will he was holding to go the length to keep his brother alive and well. Sesshomaru had betrayed his own laws to himself to never heed help from a human, only to save the life of his younger brother and his mate.

“All the pups are alive and well,” Kaede said, standing and bowing to the lord. “I will leave you two alone.”

Sesshomaru waited and watched as the miko turned away and left without another word, the hanging in her doorway falling into place with a gentle clatter. Sesshomaru turned back to InuYasha, the whimper he had been holding back escaping his throat, echoing into the hut around him and into the darkness of the corners.

“Sesshomaru,” InuYasha whispered weakly.

“I am here, InuYasha,” Sesshomaru hummed, running his fingers across his brothers face.

“Are the pups...”

“They are well,” Sesshomaru whispered. “They are all alive and well.”

InuYasha sighed, his eyes fluttering open and looking up into the serene look of his brothers face. He smiled tiredly, sitting up slowly and leaning against Sesshomaru’s strong chest, one hand unconsciously covering his swelled stomach. He sighed, rubbing his head into his brothers katana, the layer of material covering only the privatized parts of his nude body.

*~*~*
Kagome pulled her winter jacket tightly around her body, shivering in the cold breeze. Another blizzard had blown into the village across the land, freezing the world around them shut, as well as the well for her to return to her own time. She sighed, pulling her jacket zipper up fully and curling tightly into the warmth. She had been standing and waiting for a while since InuYasha had left not long ago.

He had told her he would only be short, but she didn’t believe him. He had said that last time, a week ago, and had arrived back the next day. He didn’t look well any more, his body having gotten larger, a small lump having appeared under his haori, his face paler than usual. He was throwing up more often and trying his hardest to hold down his food, but it was to no avail for the poor hanyou.

InuYasha had returned back to the village only a few days ago. He had been whimpering and was being carried within the confined arms of Sesshomaru, the taiyoukai walking swiftly toward Kaede’s hut, glaring at any who dared to stare. It had been in the late night that it had happened, and the news had only reached her ears through the monk who had been summoned by Kaede in need of assistance.

Kaede had done a full scale check-up on InuYasha, listening carefully for his heart and that of the pups. They had all been healthy, the bleeding nothing serious but a minor development in the pups growth. There had also been stress weighing down the hanyou, making him becoming ill, but he was beginning to get better. His face was still pale, but he was well. He would eat and hold down his food longer, but sooner or later he would bring it up somewhere along his travels.

“Not back yet?”

Kagome turned to the voice of her friend, Sango, who had decided yo join her on the small deck that lead out into the village and toward the gate beyond. The miko sighed, turning away from the slayer to look out at the open village. It was peaceful and cold, the youngest of children out to play, Shippo and Rin amongst them, all hidden deep within their demon-skin coats and robes. They looked peaceful, the children, playing calmly, without care.

“No, not yet,” Kagome finally answered.

“If you would like, I can keep watch,” Sango said, turning to look at the miko.

“Thanks,” Kagome sighed, stretching her arms above her head. “Can you actually believe InuYasha is pregnant?”

“No, I cannot,” Sango said truthfully. “It is quite a shock.”

“I thought Kaede was only joking,” Kagome said in agreement.

“To think they’re Sesshomaru’s,” Sango said with a sigh.

“That’s the part that really strings me for a loop,” Kagome laughed.

“Look, he’s back,” Sango said, pointing out toward the far side of the village.

It was true. InuYasha was walking back slowly to Kaede’s his daily check-up needed. He was barely around the others any more. He would only return to the village for his check-ups and leave right after. He was looking larger, his stomach now noticeable through his haori. He was still pale, but he was still stubborn and strong, not to mention the mood swings.

“We didn’t think you’d come,” Sango said as InuYasha approached them.

“I almost didn’t,” InuYasha sighed.

“And why would that be?” Kagome scolded.

“None of your business,” InuYasha snapped back.

“None of my business,” Kagome barked. “It has everything to do with my business.”

“Your not my mother you know,” InuYasha challenged.

“Thank God for that,” Kagome roared, turning and storming away.

“What’s her problem,” InuYasha fummed.

“I think she’s still trying to cope with the fact you are no longer hers, but belong to another,” Sango said calmly.

“I was never hers,” InuYasha grouched.

“No, you weren’t,” Sango agreed. “It’s also a good thing she didn’t *sit* you.”

“If she had I know someone who would rip her to shreds,” InuYasha said with a smirk, his mind drifting to his brother, the youkai tearing the girl in half from rage.

“InuYasha, ye are late,” Kaede’s old voice echoed.

The hanyou merely snorted and walked into the hut, Sango and Kaede following behind him. He flopped down onto the bed and placed his hands on the soft material. He closed his eyes and Kaede neared him, knowing it was only routine and nothing like he had experienced from that day. He could still remember the searing pain, the sudden heat that raced through his body and the cold that enveloped him. It made him shudder.

Kaede placed her hand on InuYasha’s stomach and pushed, humming to herself. She moved her hand away and placed it over another spot, humming again and moving to the next. She repeated her inspection and stopped suddenly, pushing a little more harder on that one spot, waiting, but not feeling. InuYasha sensed her sudden worry and looked up.

“What is it?” he asked her.

“I feel only three heart beats,” Kaede said softly.

“No, you should feel four, not three,” InuYasha snapped. “I’m having four pups, not three.”

“InuYasha, calm yourself,” Kaede soothed.

“No, I should have four, not three,” InuYasha yelled.

Kaede suddenly beamed, her hand pressing more firmly on a new spot and sighed, InuYasha watching her intently as she turned to Sango and nodded approvingly, InuYasha letting out a sigh and lowering his head back onto the bed. He moved his hand to his stomach when he felt Kaede’s hand leave his round belly.

“That last one likes to move around,” Kaede said with a soft chuckle.

“So, I still have four?” InuYasha asked, knowing it was a stupid question.

“Yes, you still have four,” Kaede said happily.

He smiled at her and sat up, rubbing his hand over his stomach. He sighed and stood up, Kaede standing beside him. Sango approached him and handed him and handed him a small bag of herbs he got every day. They were disgusting, but they helped him to hold down his food and keep it in his system. He was, after all, eating for five.

“I assume you are returning to Sesshomaru,” Sango said knowingly.

InuYasha nodded, taking the bag with much disgrace. He tucked it into his top and turned to Kaede, smiling to her once more before exiting. He stopped just outside the hut, turning to look at Kagome leaning against the outside wall of the old miko’s home. She stared at her feet and rocked back and forth nervously.

“So... their all okay?” she asked quietly.

“Yes, they are all well,” InuYasha said, looking at the young miko oddly.

“Oh...”

“What do you mean ‘Oh’?” InuYasha asked, lowering his brows.

“Nothing, don’t mind me,” Kagome said with happiness.

InuYasha looked at her with confusion before shrugging it off and walking down the steps and out across the village. He passed by Rin and Shippo, giving the girl a rub on the head before walking passed all the playing children and out toward the far side of the village. He turned back quickly, Kagome no longer standing at Kaede’s hut.

‘Wonder what she meant?’ InuYasha wondered.

*~*~*

InuYasha splayed out across the bed that he and Sesshomaru were occupying for the time. He knew the lord would soon want to leave the small shack and find a real place to raise their young. For some reason, InuYasha had a feeling that his older sibling was going to return them to the west and live in the castle, but something also told him otherwise. The old palace once belonged to their father, Sesshomaru having inherited the structure after their fathers death.

Sighing tiredly, not much like him, but carrying himself and four pups did make him tired, InuYasha placed a hand over his stomach and closed his eyes. Without warning his eyes flashed open and he sat up quickly, a smile gracing his lips as he moved his hand slowly up and down his round stomach.

“You seem happy,” Sesshomaru said, entering the confines of their home.

InuYasha grabbed Sesshomaru’s hand, the youkai dropping his catch on the floor as he was tugged to the bed. InuYasha pulled him to sit beside him on the bed and placed the youkai’s hand over his stomach. Sesshomaru scrunched his brow in confusion until he felt it, the gentle kicking within his brothers body. He smiled.

“You feel it,” InuYasha whispered.

Sesshomaru placed his free hand under his brothers chin and lifted it to look InuYasha in the eyes. He smiled when he noticed tears in the hanyou’s yellow orbs and leaned forward, capturing his brothers lips in his own, his tongue sliding out to run along the smaller males bottom lip.

“I feel it,” Sesshomaru whispered after their lips parted.

InuYasha smiled happily and wrapped his arms around his brothers neck, pulling the demon down with him onto the bed and ravishing the taiyoukai’s beautiful lips. They moaned together, Sesshomaru sliding his hand up and down InuYasha’s rounded belly. Slowly, Sesshomaru slipped the red material from InuYasha’s shoulder, licking the soft flesh he just exposed.

“Sessho,” InuYasha moaned.

“Your so beautiful,” Sesshomaru whispered.

InuYasha whimpered, tightening his arms around his brothers neck, pulling the youkai lord closer, making his brothers fangs drag delicately across his shoulder. He shuddered, his eyes clouded and half-lidded with want. His body ached to be touched and he whimpered again, forcing his hips upward and brushing his growing erection against Sesshomaru’s prodding thigh.

“More,” InuYasha demanded.

“As you wish,” Sesshomaru whispered seductively, running his tongue along one of his brothers snowy white ears.

InuYasha whimpered, forcing his hips up again, this tie his erection grinding against the side of Sesshomaru’s. Both demons let out a throaty moan, their hips coming together as the pushed together, panting and licking one another. Sesshomaru growled, shoving his brother onto the bed and forcing his hand down his brothers kimono. He grasped InuYasha’s erection and squeezed, letting out a low moaning growl.

“Oh God,” InuYasha gasped.

“Tell me that you want, InuYasha,” Sesshomaru whispered.

“I w-want...”

“What was that?”

“I want... YOU.”

“As you wish, my little brother,” Sesshomaru whispered.

He stroked slowly, up and down, twisting his hand around and along InuYasha’s twitching member, eliciting moans of pleasure and delight from the smaller pregnant hanyou. He nipped at InuYasha’s exposed shoulder, suckling and kissing the soft moist flesh. He heard his brother whimper, bucking his hips for more.

“Faster,” InuYasha panted.

Sesshomaru growled, dragging his teeth along InuYasha’s shoulder and biting down, small droplets of blood dripping from the hanyou’s shoulder. InuYasha whimpered, squeezing his eyes shut and biting down on his bottom lip. Sesshomaru squeezed the hanyou’s erect shaft, sliding his hand faster along InuYasha’s wanton flesh. He ran his tongue along the marks he made, cleaning the blood from his brothers shoulder.

InuYasha whimpered in pleasure, sliding his legs around his brothers waist and pulling the youkai down onto him, making sure not to crush his stomach. They broke into a passionate kiss, moaning into one another, their bodies grinding together and pushing hard at one another. InuYasha slid his hand to the front of his brothers yukata, sliding the silken material from Sesshomaru’s well-rounded shoulders.

He breathed a sigh, his eyes half-lidded as he leaned up, kissing his brothers shoulder and rubbed his forehead against his brothers soft body. He felt Sesshomaru lick his neck and kiss it, sucking and nipping at his flesh. He moaned, smiling as he tilted his head to the side, allowing his brother farther access to one of his more sensitive areas. He kissed Sesshomaru’s shoulder again, licking the warm flesh and nipping at it with his milky white teeth.

Without warning he felt himself convulse, crying out as his brothers hand slid hard along his length, his release exploding around him, the milky fluid of his body releasing intimately into his brothers open palm, catching every last drop. He slumped backward, rolling his palms and gripping Sesshomaru’s shoulders limply in his hands.

Sesshomaru slid his hand from within InuYasha’s haori bottoms, lifting the semen-covered hand to his own lips and licked, the filmy fluid dripping into his mouth as he moaned. He dipped down, brushing his lips over his brothers and dipped his tongue across InuYasha’s bottom lips, pulling away when the hanyou tried to kiss him.

Slowly, Sesshomaru pulled InuYasha’s bottoms away, revealing his brothers body. He untied the haori top and slid it from his brothers silky shoulders, tossing the material into an abandon corner of the hut. He sat up onto his knees, looking down at the beauty of his younger brothers gorgeous body. The small round belly, the pert skin, soft golden eyes and long luxurious flow of silver hair.

“Don’t stare,” InuYasha whispered, blushing at his brother.

“Why?”

“It feels weird,” InuYasha muttered, embracing himself.

Sesshomaru smiled softly at his brother, standing up and slipping his bottoms down, revealing himself to InuYasha as the soft material of his yukata slipped from his shoulders. InuYasha blushed deeply at him, his eyes wandering over the perfect body of his youkai brother, the amazing muscular structure, the flow of silky silver hair cascading down and around his brothers perfect shoulders. His bronzing eyes and the amazing legs ascending up into his large...

InuYasha shook his head, reaching out to his brother, his hand stroking across the soft flesh of Sesshomaru’s toned torso. He sighed, smiling softly and licked his lips, lacing his fingers with his brothers and pulling him back toward the bed.

“You look so amazing,” InuYasha whispered.

“Just as you do as well,” Sesshomaru said softly.

InuYasha pushed himself up into a sitting position, wrapping his legs securely around Sesshomaru’s waist, his arms slung over the youkai lords rippling back. He leaned his head against his brothers chest, breathing in his masculine scent. He felt Sesshomaru trace one of his ears with a single finger, the small white dog ear lowering to his head and lifting back up again from the ticklish feeling.

Slowly, Sesshomaru pulled his brother closer, turning the hanyou around so his chest was pressed on InuYasha’s back. He arched backward and pushed forward, his erection pushing against InuYasha’s entrance, the hanyou whimpering as he nudged his entrance. He licked InuYasha’s shoulder where he had bitten him, kissing softly as he slid inward, the head of his shaft entering the deep tightness of his brothers body.

“Gently,” InuYasha panted.

“Always,” Sesshomaru whispered.

InuYasha turned his head far enough, one hand lacing into his brothers soft hair and pulling the youkai forward, their lips pressing together as Sesshomaru slid farther, engorging himself within his little brother. They moaned together, their mouths clasped together, the rumbling of their pants and growls only arousing them both further.

InuYasha whimpered. It still hurt at times to take his brother in, knowing how big the youkai lord was. He heaved for breath, Sesshomaru’s hands clasped onto his hips. He felt his brother lift him, placing him on his hands and knees, Sesshomaru moving onto his knees, leaning down over him. InuYasha panted, leaning on an elbow, his brother pushing farther in their new found position.

Sesshomaru grunted, finally fully embedded deep within his brother. He leaned down and kissed InuYasha’s back, licking and tracing where he could feel the muscles beneath. Slowly, with careful and loving ease, he pulled away and rocked back forward, InuYasha releasing a throaty moan of pleasure as Sesshomaru angled to hit his prostate immediately.

They rocked together, their movement slow and sensual. InuYasha gripped the sheets below, panting heavily, whimpers escaping his throat. He opened his eyes, the cloudy and lustful look that plagued him dripping from his every moan. He felt Sesshomaru lick the junction between his shoulder and neck, humming softly as he was rocked forward again, his brothers erection sliding within him, hitting his prostate and back out again.

He gasped, his brothers hand wrapping around his erection, sliding down along his length and his thumb brushing over his tip, precum dripping from his erect shaft. He growled his pleasure, clenching his eyes shut and licked his lips. He felt himself coming close, the stars behind his eyes exploding into fireworks of pleasure as he cried out, the convulsions pumping through his body.

Sesshomaru grunted when he felt the walls of InuYasha’s passage clamp down around him tightly, holding him and making him burn with desire. He growled, his fangs sinking into his brothers neck where he had first marked him and thrust back in a final time, his body stiffening and paralyzing on the spot, the small pumps and thrusts he let out erecting tiny moans of pleasure from InuYasha as his hand tightened around the hanyou’s seeping erection.

He let his ejaculate flood into his brother, the last of his release coming out as a small spurt. He felt his arms going limp and knew his brother would soon collapse onto the bed below. He pulled out quickly and softly, pulling InuYasha to his chest and rolling into the covers, kissing his brothers temple softly and staring him in the eyes, their golden orbs locking with such passion and intimacy they smiled and broke into a passionate kiss.

“My beautiful puppy,” Sesshomaru whispered, brushing a hand across InuYasha’s cheek.

“I love you otouto,” InuYasha sighed.

They kissed again, their passion igniting into a searing kiss of love and desire. They pulled together, getting as close s they possibly could, the bodies wrapped within one another as they collapsed into sleep.

Unaware to both, their desire for one another having depleted the fact that someone might have seen, Kagome stood, stock-still at what she had seen. She had followed InuYasha, wanting to talk to him about their past relationship. She hadn’t expected to come across the pair during their lovemaking.

She backed away, a hand on her mouth, tears burning in her eyes. She covered her face and let out a shuddering sob as she darted into the woods, breaking through branches and low riding bushes. She collapsed near the spring, needing to get away from the world around her. She was by herself now. Sango had Miroku, though the pair never showed their emotion for one another, she could tell they loved one another.

She had once loved InuYasha, before he broke her heart, and ran to his brother, having mated and been marked by the taiyoukai. InuYasha had accepted the mark and fallen in love with the brother he used to hate. She didn’t want to believe it. She still loved him. They were meant to be together, just like he had been with Kikyo, he was with her now, not Sesshomaru.

Anger burned in her eyes. She punched the ground, her hand bleeding as it struck a sharp twig. She let out a cry of frustration, whimpering and huddling into herself, letting the tears drip aimlessly down her soft face. Her eyes bled with sorrow as she let a shuddering cry rip through her, the thought of her hanyou... HER HANYOU... in love with his half brother.

It disgusted her.

“Well isn’t this a sighed...”

Kagome gasped, jumping from the ground and turning around, the silky voice flowing over her, causing her to shudder with fear. She twirled around, coming face to contact with Naraku, the half demon spawn smirking down at her with a disheveled grin. He reached out and caught her wrist before she could draw an arrow into her bow, the arched bow in her hands clattering to the ground.

“N-Narak–u,” Kagome whispered fearfully.

“Yes, my dear priestess,” Naraku hissed thickly. “Why do you cry.”

“Get away from me,” Kagome warned.

A rumble of a laugh escaped Naraku’s thick throat.

“W-what do you w-w-want?” Kagome asked, her voice stuttering over her words.

“I, young priestess, have a proposal for you,” Naraku said sadistically.

He pulled her to him, wrapping his arms around her shoulders as the thick miasma clouded around them, their bodies fading into the thick cloud. Kagome didn’t know why she didn’t try to struggle away, or call for help. For some reason, she wanted to go with Naraku, to hear his proposal, to find out what he wanted of her.

She gripped his purple kimono, glaring at the purple and black miasma swirling around them as they drifted into the sky. Her mind flickered back to what she had seen earlier. Her InuYasha... yes hers... being mutilated by that horrid youkai. She cussed inwardly to herself, and smirked darkly at the thought of killing the older demon.

They drifted into the air, disappearing into the thick clouds above as another blizzard moved overhead, ready to engulf the world, once again, into it’s freezing cold chill, killing away those to weak to live out the undying winter.
