The Stroy of the Moon Maiden
A/n: Okay this is a tad but shorter than the other chapters that ive writen in this Story but i thought since things seem to be going good Froe Sesshomaru and Anaminé, they are finally going to be able to be mated no pesky treaty and Anaminé just might be pregnant, i thought i would be nice to finally get the story of Mizuku the dream girl, and be careful there ia s suprise towards the end, someone unexpected makes a apperance.
Anaminé lay in bed asleep next to Sesshomaru with her head resting on his chest. She was woken up by the sound of someone calling her name. She sat up some looking at Sesshomaru who was sound asleep. Anaminé got out of bed and went over to a old chair picking up her Blue yukata that had pink and turquoises iris on it from the back of the chair and put it on over a short silt night gown that she wore. She quietly left the room following the sound of her name being called threw the halls. Her feet made no sound due to her not wearing any shoes. The sound lead her to the field of moon lilies, Anaminé held her yukata closed as she looked around the wind was gently blowing the moon lilies in the wind along with her long hair that hung free of any restraints. From the moon beams the girl that she knew as Mizuku began to materialize into a transparent beam.
“Where you the one calling me?” Anaminé asked
“Yes I was Anaminé” Mizuku said
“Why I thought you could only come in my dreams.” Anaminé said looking around
“I’ve come to warn you, your life is in danger Anaminé, someone seeks your death. I can show myself here because this is where I died for the first time Anaminé, don’t you recognize the place this is where we always met in your dreams.” Mizuku said
“The first time you died?” Anaminé asked
Mizuku nodded “Yes let me show you while I explained.”
Everything flew past Anaminé in a blur and befor she knew it they where back in time. They stood in the palace out side a room where screaming was coming from a woman was obviously giving birth, a second later they heard a cry of a baby. The pacing dog demon man stopped and looked up. A nurse maid cam out with a smile.
“It’s a lovely little girl my Lord” the old woman said
A smile grew across his face as he rushed in.
“This is the 6th child of the lord of this time and his first daughter. She was not brought into this world with my spirit. Her name is Tsukiko” Mizuku explained.
Everything rushed by them again and they saw a little girl about the age of 6 running to her father who was walking threw the halls with some guards talking. The small girl had flowers clutched in her hand.
“She grew up being the apple of her father’s eye, his pride and joy, but like you she had hardly and demonic powers. The general on his right is his eldest son and heir.” Mizuku said as everything began to fly past them again this time it was night and they stood in the meadow once again the palace was on fire and everything was quite. The girl who had now grown into a young woman came running from the flames stumbling as tears washed her smoky cheeks. She collapsed in the middle of the field, that was bear of its moon lilies that where always in full bloom at this year. Her body was beaten and weak and her lung choked for fresh air, just then the moon shone brightly and Mizuku appeared to her.
“This is when the God sent me down to her; there was the evil that was threatened to destroy Japan so the gods sent me to live with in her to give her my strength so I could destroy it.” Mizuku explained to Anaminé
The demon girl looked up at the girl in front of her with her blue eyes she was the first dog demon since the creation of earth to have blue eyes. Mizuku smiled and knelt down in front of the girl.
“My young child I have been sent to earth on a mission, but for me to complete that mission I need help, if you help me I can grant you great power that will help you rule this land that your father and brothers have left behind, and a long and happy life are you willing to help me?” the other mizuku asked
“What do you need me to do?” The girl asked
“I need your body if my spirit enters your body my power will become yours.” Mizuku said
The girl nodded their was a bright glow and the girl was gone instead a old woman came walking out in the moon light and she sat down in the grass that was still bare of the moon lilies. The old woman smiled and looked up to the moon.
“Precious friend this is where you gave renewed my life and we began our journey of ruling this land and protecting Japan, I feel my days growing shorter so I now bring you back to where you first helped me, in hopes that I have helped you accomplish your mission and you may return home. I thank you for giving me a wonderful life.” The old woman then laid down in the grass. In the morning the old lady laid dead in the meadow and around her Moon lilies had sprouted and 2 older male demons and 2 female demons came out and found their mother dead with a peaceful happy look on her face.
Anaminé looked at the ones who stood around her she noticed the second oldest male he had smooth fair skin with stunning golden orbs his hair to the middle of his calf’s shone in the morning sun as if it was a fine silvery silk spun by spiders the night befor, his features kind and soft.
“Great Elder….” Anaminé whispered
Mizuku nodded “Yes the great elder is my son; He can see me as well as the bond that holds our two spirits together. I was able to defeat the evil but the great gods decided to prevent an evil like the sprouting up again I would be reborn to the first girl born after my death of my previous body, so I was then born to the great elders brother the heir to the land I was his first daughter. So I was only born into the royal family, but the only way that would work is if our souls where bound so the demon powers had to be suppressed untill a time came that they where absolutely needed them, there where times where it was to much for the body to handle and I died, I was always born with blue eyes though that is how the demons would know who I was.” Mizuku said as the re appeared in Anaminé’s own time.
“Why weren’t you born to Inu Taisho” Anaminé asked
“Because I had to be born to a full demon and with Inu Taisho married to a human they gods had to find someone else, your parents where both strong demons and caring, they knew if they where granted a off spring it would be born with strong demonic powers so they chose for me to be reborn into your parents.” Mizuku said
“Why did the moon lilies only start to grow after you first died?” Anaminé asked
“The Moon Lilies show that I am still on this earth they grow due to my life source” Mizuku said.
The Wind began to blow and thunder roared threw the night air and lighting pierced the sky. Anaminé froze where she was looking around.
“I must go now Anaminé you must be very careful you are now in great danger.” Mizuku said as she began to disappear.
Rain came down in sheets as the wind howled and lighting lit up the night as thunder crashed. Anaminé fell to her knees begging to shake and she screamed out for Sesshomaru, to frighten to move.
Her scream woke up Sesshomaru, Inu Yasha, Inu Taisho, Izayoi, Hiten, Kouga, and Lord Tanashi. Sesshoamru ran threw the halls untill her got to Anaminé’s soaked figure curled up in a ball trembling. Izayoi waited under the roof of the hall ways as the men went to where Anaminé was. Sesshomaru picked up her soaked body and they all began to walk back going back to their rooms. Sesshomaru carried her to their room setting her down on one of the couches and took her wet cloths off ad grabbed a blanket and wrapped it around her and began to dry her off.
“What where you doing out there.” Sesshomaru asked as she rubbed her arms
“She was calling for me” Anaminé said
“Who there was no one out there with you.” Sesshoamru asked
“The Moon Maiden, she was calling for me” Anaminé said
“You’ve seen her?!” Sesshomaru asked as his eyes got big
“Yes a few times now normally in my dreams but this time it was in the field of moon lilies.” Anaminé said.
“Okay, well don’t go out at night again unless you are with me or have a guard okay” Sesshomaru said
Anaminé nodded.
Sesshomaru picked her up and carried her back to the bed and laid her down and wrapped his arms around her and molded his body to hers pulling the blankets up to keep her warm as they both fell back to sleep.
