Chapter 11
Disclaimer: I think I’m gonna just have to get a pet and name it Inuyasha. That would be the only way I could say that I own Inuyasha. I don’t own anything Inuyasha.

Chapter 11
Rin had awoken the next morning with a very strange realization at hand. She was laying skin to skin with what she had thought was the most beautiful dream of her life. Her arm was tangled in silken silver hair. She was almost afraid to move for fear of waking the demon beneath her. She thought back to the previous night remembering the accident that she had sustained. She remembered the large gash that had been in her side and how her unlikely lover had repaired it. It was almost too surreal for her to believe as she lay there breathing in the scent of him. She had felt a slight movement from him before she quietly removed herself from the bed and went to his bathing chamber. She stood there in front of his mirror and assessed her injuries only to find that he had even healed the scrapes from her previous trip to the waterfall. She had a feeling that she wasn’t alone as she turned to face the door. She though about making an attempt to attain her clothes, but it was too late. She encountered a very tired looking Lord Sesshomaru. The sight of him pleased her as she thought about the way he had made her moan with unrequited pleasure. He was standing in the doorway to the bathing chamber adorned in only a waist wrap. She could only star at him as she watched him observe her in her most vulnerable form.
“Rin……………”
She was a little appalled considering she was still naked. “Yes, my Lord?”
“I wish to give you a choice to decide. I know not what you desire from me. I only know that I pleasure you.”
Her face shone pink. “Yes my Lord you do pleasure me, but what choice would you have me make?”
“You are free to choose what you desire from me. My request is only that I have the pleasure of seeing a smile on your face.” It was an abnormal request, but a request none the less. He never asked anyone for anything.
“I see my Lord, but I desire only you. I would not ask anything else of you. You have given me so much already.”
“Take all the time you need, but currently it is time for your breakfast. Do not be hasty in your decision.” She hadn’t even noticed that her stomach was growling until he mentioned food. She was however still curious as to her decision choices.
“Yes my Lord.”
“It’s Sesshomaru!”
With his statement made he exited the room with his usual swift elegance. She watched as his beautiful hair maintained his grace as it left a full second behind him. She started to call after him, but he clearly had nothing left to say.

Kagome awoke the next morning with sweet reminiscence other mind. She wasn’t at all ready to give up the hanyou that was melted onto her body. He felt so good clutched to her body. She felt like he had been desperate to keep her from escaping. She didn’t have long to herself before she had seen his ears twitch, and she figured he had picked up on her awakened state.
“Good morning Inuyasha. Did you sleep well?”
He didn’t want to release her. She had finally accepted him. She loved him exactly the way he was and he was afraid to let go. It took every inch of his being to let go and look at her. “Ai, did you sleep well too.”
“Of coarse I did. I have you to protect me from anything so why wouldn’t I.”
“Just afraid that you might have woke up and……………….well I don’t know.”
“Nope, brains are still there and the heart is still yours. I am kinda hungry though. How about some breakfast?”
“Good idea lets get dressed and go.”
They shared breakfast with Rin, and once again the girls excused themselves to walk the grounds. Inuyasha, however, was left alone and had a few questions that he needed Sesshomaru to answer.
Sesshomaru was in the library reading scrolls when Inuyasha found him. He heard Inuyasha coming a full minute before he had reached the library.
“Yes Inuyasha. You wanted something?”
“Ai, I had some questions for you.”
“Enter and seat yourself. This could be a first of civil conversations between us.”
Inuyasha paced himself to the other side of the room not really knowing what to expect from his brother.
“I wanna know exactly what you want from us.”
“That is simple. Rin has grown into a woman. I have no need to understand women. They are human and humans are of no use to me. You, on the other hand, have spent time with a human. You even love a human. I am sure that your Kagome can assist Rin in seeking the maturity that she desires. She has many things on her mind and I wish to help her in any way that I can. She even seeks something from me that has completely evaded my knowledge. I have come to believe that she also is confused in her desires of what she wishes from me.”
“That isn’t exactly what I picked up from her scent at breakfast. So………………..”
“I don not wish to exchange stories of pleasure with you, and you are guilty as well as I. I can smell her all over you and yet you did not mark her. Why?”
“I………..I don’t know anything about that stuff. But…………….Rin?”
“No she is not marked. I have my own agenda for that purpose. I suppose it is my ignorance for expecting you to know our family traditions. Let me ask you a question.”
“What Sesshomaru?”
“At any time during your mating did you feel the urge to sink your teeth into her skin? The desire to taste her blood wanted to take you over.”
“Yeah, not that it’s any of your business. You were the one who said you didn’t wanna share stories.”
“Hanyou, do you wish to have a conversation with me or insult me with your lack of intelligence. I am trying to teach you something that should have been taught to you many years ago.”
Inuyasha’s silence was well noted when he began to answer the question again. “Yes. Yeas I did have the feeling, but I didn’t wanna scare her.”
“That is the mark on the Inu-Youki. Your family heritage is received in that mark. Unfortunately if Kagome wishes to become your mate she will have to endure the mark. She will probably find it more pleasurable than you expect.”
“I don’t wanna hurt her again like I did yesterday!”
Laughter filled the library. It was cold, but heart filled laughter. It was the first time Inuyasha had ever seen him smile let alone laugh. I was very appalling.
“What’s so funny Sesshomaru?!”
“Inuyasha, this human has been with you faithfully for ten years. Why have you waited so long to claim her? Do you have any intelligence at all?”
“How was I supposed to know what she wanted from me?”
“Then you are now placed in my position. Maybe together our humans can decide. I can hear them. Sand and go to the window, they are in the garden having a conversation solely about us.”
He went to the window and watched the two women walk around the Roses and Tiger Lilies. They were indeed talking about the men, their demons.

Rin stuck her hand to her mouth. She had pricked her palm on a rose. She turned to Kagome, “do you think that he could ever love me?”
Thanx for reading. I think I’m getting the hang of this. This one has a lot more thoughts in it for one reader and a lot more of Sess and Rin for another reader.
