Chapter 10

Kagome sat under the sacred tree, taking in the surrounding environment. It was a beautiful day out she could hear the birds chirping in the background, the wind rustling of leaves on the trees from the warm summer breeze. Fatigue was setting in quickly; she was so relaxed. It was the first time that she felt peace within herself. Still fought the sleepiness, the fear was still there of the possible nightmares of Kouga attacking her and waking up with new wounds. She knew that she needed to mate again, and maybe it would rid her of wicked dreams. A brief smile swept across her face and then blushed thinking about a silver haired god that stood before her with a bare chest. She could fantasize about touching the smooth skin, kissing and caressing all his tone muscles. Her skin began to burn with hidden desire thinking of him caressing her breasts; stomach and having his hands roam over her body. She suddenly stopped thinking about the torture she was doing to her own body how she needed to relieve her cravings. “I’ll go and talk to Sango, maybe she could understand how I am feeling.” With that thought, she got up and headed back toward the village.

“Sango!” Kagome yelled. She was running up to the rest of the group while a puzzled demon slayer got up and went over to her friend. “Hey do you want to go to the hot springs?” Kagome said while still trying to catch her breath.

“I would love too, Kagome.” Sango said with a smile. Kagome grabbed her bag then seized Sango’s hand and started running in the direction of the springs, not noticing the reaction from the rest of the group.

“Its good to see her in good spirits.” Miroku said turning to a concerned Inuyasha.


The sound of cascading waterfall echoed in the distance. Steam was coming from the springs that where surrounded by big gray rocks. The girls loved coming here, the scenery was breathtaking, not to mention relaxing. Kagome opened her bag grabbed a couple of towels, shampoo and some soap. She started to get undressed and laid her cloths neatly next to her bag. Sango did the same.

They both stepped into the enticing warm water. “So why the sudden urgency to take a bath Kagome?” Sango said. Kagome looked at her and started blushing. She was embarrassed to talk about Inuyasha.

“I am thinking about Inuyasha in ways I never thought before.” She said staring at Sango while still feeling her cheeks burning with intensity.


Inuyasha was pacing back and forth; he was frustrated that Kagome left unprotected. He knew Sango was a force too be reckoned with but it was not he protecting her.

Miroku couldn’t take it anymore and said “Inuyasha if you don’t stop pacing around, I will suck you up with my wind tunnel.”

Inuyasha chuckled at the thought of his friend becoming unnerved with his constant pacing.

“ We could spy on them Inuyasha.” Miroku said giving a perverted grin, not noticing the clawed fist over his head. “Ouch! Why did you hit me I was only implying on listening on their conversation, and besides your worried and wouldn’t you feel better if you were closer?”

Inuyasha listened to what his friend was saying. “Ok.” Inuyasha said. In addition, the two of them were off to the hot springs.


“So what kind of ways Kagome?” Sango said trying hard not to make her friend blush to bad.

“Him touching me, kissing me. My hands touching his smooth chest and not to mention those muscles.” A red-faced Kagome said.

Sango could not help but laugh, even though she never would admit it to him, but she too desired a certain black hair lecherous monk.

“Sango, how could I have these desires when something so bad happened not even a few days ago?” Kagome asked trying not to look at her friend, when she suddenly felt shameful.

Sango noticed her friend’s distress and moved closer to her, lifting Kagome chin with her soft hands. “No Kagome, don’t you dare question yourself, you have nothing to be ashamed of. You love Inuyasha and he loves you.” Sango retorted.

“Your right Sango, so what about you and Miroku?” Kagome said quickly changing the subject.


“She desires me.” Inuyasha said, with a big grin. “Your right Miroku this was a good idea.”

Miroku could not help but cover his mouth to silence his out of control laughter, which his friend bestowed upon him. His laughter stopped when Kagome started asking Sango about him.

Inuyasha gave him a light punch in the arm. “What did I tell you monk she digs you and you could probably have her if you kept you roaming hands to yourself and not all over young maidens, asking them to bear your children.”

“No the only person I would ever want to bear my children is Sango. I love her with all my heart and soul, I would die for her Inuyasha.”


Sango noticed that she was blushing profusely at Kagome’s question. “Yes Kagome I do have desires for Miroku.” She openly admitted, not noticing lurking ears in the background.

Kagome could not contain herself that was the happiest news she had heard in a long time. Squeaking and giving Sango a big hug “Do you love him?” she asked Sango not realizing that they were both naked and slowly backed away her face down blushing again. “ Sorry Sango, I was just really happy that you admitted how you’re feeling.”

Sango was also blushing. “ Its ok Kagome, and yes I do very much.”


“Did you see that?” Miroku said excitedly at his friend. “ Wow the gods are good to me, I saw the two most beautiful women touching each other and they were naked.”

Inuyasha growled and then hit him over the head. “ OUCH!” Miroku cried aloud. He was louder than expected and just gave their position away.

“ Shit.” Inuyasha said cringing, knowing that he would be hearing that dreadful sit word.

“Should we run for it?” A worried Miroku said.


The girls were so into their conversation when they heard a large smack and a wounded monk. “Oh god I wonder how long they have been there.” Sango said worriedly knowing that she just confessed her feelings about a certain monk to Kagome.

They both sank deeper in the water and yelled “ We know your there!”

“Oh shit!” The guys said in unison. Therefore, they stood up to see the glaring eyes of there soon to be mates. Miroku always being the smoother of the too rushed into the warm water clothes and all and grabbed Sango’s hand and began caressing it causing a blush form on her cheeks. “I love you too!” Miroku said leaning his head forward to kiss her soft supple lips. Smack! Moreover, a stunned monk, now alone in the water sported a red handprint on his cheek.

Sango had already gotten out of the spring and started drying off, then sliding her silk kimono on. “ I will be in the village Kagome.” Sango said while heading back to the village.

Miroku started yelling. “ Wait up my love.”


Inuyasha looked at Kagome his ears laid flat against his white hair in complete submission waiting any minute for those dreaded words, but they never came. “Inuyasha? Why don’t you come join me I have to talk to you?” Kagome said still sitting in the springs. Inuyasha got up from where he was sitting and walked over to the bank of sand before undressing right before her. Kagome started blushing but never looking away from her soon to be lover.

Inuyasha started to smell her desire, and started too blush. He finished undressing and stepped into the warm springs making his way over to the blushing girl. “What is it Kagome?” Inuyasha questioned. Fearing he still was going too be sat.

“Inuyasha I am not mad that you were spying on me actually I am relieved.” She started blushing again. The weight lifted off his shoulders no longer fearing he was going into the water headfirst. Kagome stood up before him and walked over to her blushing Hanyou.

Inuyasha mouth dropped when he looked at Kagome. “Yeah I’ve seen her before many times naked but this time was different, she looked like a siren approaching him.” He said to himself. He could still see some bruising and the fading scars on her stomach. Then his gaze went to her firm rounded breasts. He could start to feel is own arousal when a hand came to his face and pulled him out of the sirens trance.


“Inuyasha I am ready to be your mate.” She said confidently.

She suddenly felt a pair of strong arms wrap around her waist bringing her down to him and then he started to kiss her passionately, she returned the kiss feeling his fangs grazing her tongue as they both fought for dominance. A soft moan escaped from her lips when she felt his hand rubbing her erect breasts.

Inuyasha grabbed her by her waist again only to bring them both out of the water she squeaked again wrapping her arms around his neck and her legs around his waist. He reached down and grabbing the remaining towel not even breaking the kiss and laid it down in the field full of wildflowers and soft green grass. He gently placed Kagome down on the sprawled out towel. He stopped the kiss and she gasped in protest. “Are you sure that you are ready?” Inuyasha asked. She gave him a loving look and nodded her head yes then her hands reached up to his long silver hair and pulled him back down, kissing him fiercely again.

His hand raked up and down her body carefully not to cut her with his sharp claws. Sending shivers up and down her spine. He moved away from her mouth kissing her jaw and working his way down her neck. Stopping at Kouga’s mark smirking that soon all reminisce of him would be gone. Giving a slight growl in approval, he continued his onslaught of kissing when he made it down to her breasts, taking one in his mouth and gently nipping at her perky nipple.

Kagome was in heaven she never felt her body react with such a burning desire too release. She could only feel pleasure and loved it. Her hands began to explore his body starting from his silky hair and working her way up to his ears and rubbed them gently. Her only response was a loud purr. Darkness soon consumed the new lovers, and fell asleep in each other’s arms.
