Sesshomaru Chooses

Sorry that I left you in dispense but here’s my next chapter

Chapter 11

Both demons just stood their, Diablo for some reason was scared about Saisho’s answer. If he had never lead him on then Saisho wouldn’t be in the position he is now. The last thing he truly wanted was Saisho to be in love with him. No matter how much he had been attracted to Saisho the first time he met. He didn’t want Saisho to make a decision which could change his whole life. Saisho is the heir to the western lands and that was the one obstacle which feared Diablo the most.

These few minutes seemed like hours and the suspense was getting to him a lot. Diablo hoped that Saisho will think clearly and do the right thing. No matter how much Diablo wanted to be able to be with Saisho. He just couldn’t allow it, even if it did hurt him, it was now or never he had to stop Saisho from answering.

“Saisho” when he heard Diablo say his name, he stopped what he was going to tell him. “Don’t bother answering Saisho because I don’t want to know it, thinking now about the way I acted was a mistake, you should never have come here I think it is best if you go back to your family, I have come to realize that you have an important role in your life and you must fulfill it by following your duty that has been bestowed upon you so please go back home” he told Saisho.

Saisho was astound by Diablo’s remark, not wanting an answer because it would be for the best. Now that he thought about it maybe Diablo was right, he was his fathers heir the next ruler of the western lands. If he wanted proper respect from his people he would not start acting the way he was suppose to. Since he met Diablo his whole attitude had changed he wasn’t the same Saisho anymore. It was time to put this complication behind him and become the same person he use to be.

Diablo was right it would be better if he left before things got deeper than they already where. “Very well I will leave, you are right Diablo I am the heir it had seemed like I had forgotten that so thank you and I am sorry that it has ended this way” he said. “You must put your duty first milord and the way to do that is to forget what has happened between us” Diablo told him. “Goodbye Diablo” and Saisho walked out of the hut got on his sky dragon and flew back home.

For some reason he felt a little bit awkward but all in all he also felt rather glad. His answer was not going to be either yes or no. It was an answer that he would keep to himself for all eternity as their was no need to say it. Leaving Diablo was for the best because now the both of them could move on. Saisho had much more important things he had to do and he will do them in the utmost decency.

Back at the castle Rihashi was sitting in the lounge room with Rin and Sesshomaru. “Man Saisho’s been gone for ages when’s he coming back” Rihashi said. Ever since Saisho had left, Rihashi was getting very frustrated. It seemed that when ever his elder brother wasn’t at home he felt rather lonely. Even though the both of them didn’t get along a whole lot still Rihashi respected him.

“Sesshomaru do you think Saisho is alright” Rin asked him, “he’s fine” Sesshomaru replied. He never really worried about his eldest son since Saisho was his offspring. Their was a loud door bang coming from the front of the castle. Sesshomaru knew that his son had just arrived and Rihashi had already ran of.

“Sesshomaru I love you” Rin just said, he looked at his mate and saw all the love and passion in her eyes. “I love you as well Rin” he replied, Sesshomaru then kissed her when Saisho and Rihashi just walked in.

It seemed that everything would be alright from now on since Saisho got home.
