Chapter 11
Plots, Plans, Surprises and Failures!


“So what you are saying is that all we need to do is make Ciana believe that her plan is working, and lure her into a trap created by this Dahling woman. Kill her and place another on her throne? Someone we can trust?” Taking a deep breath Kagome sent a shaky smile at her friends. “I am to be the bait. Isn’t that how we normally get most of the demons anyway?”

“This isn’t the same Kagome and you know it isn’t. In order for this to actually Ciana would have to be there long before Sesshoumaru or else we risk losing Dahling’s life. She only wishes to help us so we need to figure out how to make sure she is there with you before Sesshy finds out. Any suggestions?”

“Sasuna, Dahling will be coming with a lot of her people right?”
At Sasunas nod Kagome continued, “Can’t she be taken with me under the pretenses to make sure they kill me?”

“That is a very good idea; I shall present it to Dahling. I am sure she will go with it.”

“Sasuna, are you absolutely sure that Dahling is on our side? She did at first conspire to kill Kagome. How do you know that she is being true?”

“I know my dear friend, Sango. Besides Vampires can not tell lies. They can tell half truths but they can not lie. I know her well enough to know when she is telling a half truth. Ciana does not; we will be using that to our advantage.”

“So we are all in agreement? Sesshoumaru must know nothing of our plan. He must be in a rage in order to kill Ciana. I have no doubt that he would go along with this plan except for two things… the first would be our using Kagome as bait. The second he would not be worried or angered enough by Kagome’s capture to be able to outright kill Ciana. He is a noble creature, and as such would want to see her banished from this land. We need her dead. She can not be allowed to try and harm Kagome again.”

InuYasha was staring at Sasuna as if she had gone mad; but he nodded his head in silent agreement. Watching for InuYasha’s reaction the others nodded as well. Ange Dechu looked doubtful but the Fire Neko nodded his head as well; his near death experience was fresh in his mind. Suddenly InuYasha let out a sharp bark of laughter, “You should let me distract my brother long enough to let this Vampire Queen get Kagome and Ciana away from here and in position.”

“Inu… You don’t have to. You could be killed. I don’t want to lose you, y-you are my b-best friend. Please don’t try to do it. He could kill you for trying to keep him away from me.”

“Kagome, who else can you think of to distract him if not me? Who else could take him on?”

“Sasuna. She can distract him; she is strong enough. Ciana considers Sasuna a threat. You she only considers a nuisance so… the plan will have a greater chance for success if she distracts him.”

“I am not just a nuisance.” InuYasha pouted.

“And we know that… But Sasuna can handle Sesshoumaru and Ciana underestimates everyone in her quest for power.”

“InuYasha, I must agree with Kagome and Sasuna. The Lady does indeed underestimate everyone. You will be the trump card. She doubts you; she does not see you as a threat.” Miroku put in sagely.

“Shut it Monk! I wasn’t askin’ for your opinion.” Snarled InuYasha.

“He does have a point InuYasha. You could fight her. She knows Sasuna’s powers, so it must be a fight with someone she completely underestimates.” Sango gently told the fuming Hanyou. “There is a far greater chance of success this way.”

“Feh, fine she can distract the bastard. I will stay to fight the bitch. But shouldn’t we know what the Vampire Dahling looks like? Just so we don’t try to attack her tonight.”

“Well after all of the more important details were discussed I planned on telling you, so here we go. Now please listen closely for our time grows short. Dahling has obsidian black hair; it will probably worn loosely with its curls. Her beauty is classical, not boldly stated, but your eyes will be drawn back to her nonetheless. Her eyes are a deep chocolate brown,” Sasuna paused a moment thinking of her friend. “She is almost as tall as I am, her skin is very pale. She has a ‘bedroom’ voice, dark and husky.” She looked at her friends assembled in front of her. She just knew something had betrayed her.

Standing Kagome looked at Sasuna a question burning in her eyes. She would have to save her questions for another time, because Sesshoumaru was about to enter the room. As the door opened Sango and Miroku jumped and faced the door.

“Kagome, time to get ready, our guests have started to arrive.”

“Alright, Sesshoumaru; just a moment.” Sending Sesshoumaru a smile he couldn’t help but return she turned toward her friends. “So we are agreed that after Sesshoumaru and I are mated you all will come for frequent visits?”

Knowing that Kagome meant about the plan everyone nodded at her. She turned to leave only glancing back at her best friends just once. She had a trap to prepare for.


“Sasuna, will you and InuYasha greet the guests until Kagome and I can get there? They have already started to arrive and are waiting for the doors to open.” Sesshoumaru asked her quietly.

“Of course we will Sesshoumaru, you and Kagome take your time.”

Sasuna turned toward InuYasha after watching Sesshoumaru follow Kagome to their rooms and said, “Let’s go keep an eye on the guests shall we? While we are greeting them we can keep a look out for Dahling.”

“Alright, let’s go then; the plan must go perfectly.”

Heading out of the drawing room and towards the entrance hall, they both felt the calm before battle.

*I hope you all know what is at stake here.*
‘We know, but we must do this. If we don’t next time Ciana won’t accidentally fall into my hands.’
*Just thought I would make sure you all knew.*

She nodded to the servants on either side of the door and waited for them to be fully opened so the guests could start to enter. Sasuna sensed the Vampires mingling with the other guests, their minds not set on food but on their mission. Looking toward the Hanyou next to her she nodded imperceptibly to indicate that the Vampires were already there.


Sighing in frustration and pacing her rooms; Ciana wondered where her herbs had vanished to. She couldn’t drug Sesshoumaru without them. She had to have those herbs. Sighing again she looked at the full length mirror and smiled. Perfect, as she knew it would be, it was always perfect. With a last glance at her reflection she walked out of her rooms heading, not towards the ballroom, but one of the many gardens on the palace grounds.


“Dahling! How nice of you to come and on such short notice!” Sasuna declared as a woman walked towards her from the Great Doors.

InuYasha blinked slowly at the woman. He hadn’t even noticed her until Sasuna had greeted her. She was more beautiful than Sasuna had said. He wouldn’t need to have his eyes drawn back to her; he couldn’t look away from her.

“Dahling this is InuYasha, Sesshoumaru’s younger half brother. He is one of the ones who are helping us tonight.”

Her dark eyes sparked with mischief as she lightly laid her pale hand on his arm. “My you are a strong one! You can help me out anytime my darling Half-ling!”

Practically melting under her gaze, touch and words, InuYasha could only grin at her stupidly.


Kagome put the finishing touches on her outfit before walking out from behind the dressing screen to meet Sesshoumaru. She shot him a brilliant smile and laid her hand on his arm before gliding out of her rooms and toward the trap that awaited her. Hoping that Ange Dechu had successfully been keeping an eye on the evil Lady Ciana.


“Remind me why in the hell we are following this bitch again exactly?” Questioned Ange Dechu for the twentieth time that day.

“It is necessary to make sure she is in the ballroom when the trap is sprung.” Kirara replied a bit impatiently. “You know that so stop asking me stupid questions.”

Staring at the demoness they had been following all day, Kirara became alert when she heard her start to mumble, “Without the herbs he will never be mine. I must get more. But where? My last supplier is dead. Grrrr! This is so frustrating and the ball is about to begin. I must hurry or else Sesshoumaru will know I have done something.”

Kirara and Ange Dechu ducked as Ciana hurried past their little hidey-hole in the hall. They followed her quickly staying far enough back to insure they weren’t seen; but close enough to watch her. As she neared the ballroom a great commotion was just breaking out. Sesshoumaru and Sasuna were both leaving in such a hurry that everyone was requesting a reason.

“There was a large group of vampires attacking the Eastern Lands. Sesshoumaru instructed the Lady Ciana was to stay behind.” Dahling stated, coming to the rescue. Receiving the signal from Ciana that it was safe to proceed with their plans Dahling found one of her generals and gave to go ahead. Dahling walked over to Kagome a question in her eyes.

“It is time Kagome. Are you ready to go through with this?” She whispered to Kagome using the mind speak of her people. At Kagome’s almost imperceptible nod Dahling reached out and pressed a pressure point in Kagome’s neck making her pass out.

Ciana was watching everything with a manic gleam in her eye. One of the vampire generals walked up to her and said. “I would not trust the queen to complete your request. I would suggest going with them, but not obviously. You must be unconscious to do it.”

“Fine I will go. But I must awaken before she does.”

“Very well. Just a moment.” And with that he walked around behind her and place a sweet smelling cloth under her nose. She closed her eyes and went limp.

Kirara and Ange Dechu transformed into their battle forms and accepted their burdens then followed Dahling. The two unconscious demonesses draped across their backs.

“Why do I have to carry the ugly, evil one?” Whined Kirara.

“Because I am Kagome’s Neko. I get to carry her.” Ange Dechu answered.

“Silence both of you we do not have much time.” Snapped Dahling as she started rising from the ground outside.

Heading in a northern direction they came to an abandoned cave about 3 hours from the palace. Entering the cave Dahling told the Nekos, “Bring them to the back. Ciana will be out long enough for Sesshoumaru to get here. But just in case I will remain to watch over the young Miko. To make sure no harm comes to her. You two must get back to the palace before Sesshoumaru returns.”

“Hai, we will leave Kagome with you Vampire. But if anything happens to her we will hunt you down. Watch over her well.” The two Nekos replied.

After dumping Ciana off of her back Kirara started to roll in the dirt, to get the bitch’s stench off of her fur. Ange Dechu gently placed Kagome down and strolled to the cave entrance only looking back at his mistress once before leaping into the sky with Kirara right behind him.


“What do you mean GONE?!” Sesshoumaru asked angrily.

“There were Vampires here tonight. Ciana let them in, and then she left with them when they took Kagome. I tried to stop them brother, I believe they headed in a northern direction. You have to follow her scent; I will kill you if she is harmed. I have a feeling this has something to do with you.” InuYasha told his fuming older brother.

“You do not want to threaten me at the moment, brother. My mate has just been taken from me. It is time I killed Ciana and rid myself and everyone else of her.” Sesshoumaru gritted out between his teeth. Stalking out of his palace Sesshoumaru transformed into his demon self and let out a long low howl that would freeze the blood of the ice demons in the far north. He then took off for the north following Kagome’s scent.


Moving brought nothing but pain. Why was it so dark? If that Vampire Bitch had betrayed her she would die next.

“Lady Ciana? I thought you would like to reap the rewards of your actions for yourself. So I brought you along. I do hope you are feeling alright. The chemical we used was very powerful. We had to make it so because of your demon blood.” Ciana heard the voice but couldn’t make out the speaker.

“Where are we vampire?”

“A cave to the north. Kagome is here as well, still alive. I thought you would like to kill her yourself.”

“That does sound tempting vampire, but that was not part of the deal.”

“So are you afraid to do it then? You the mighty Lady of the Eastern Lands afraid to kill a harmless girl? I wonder how Sesshoumaru would feel if he knew how cowardly you really are.”

“Fine then where is she? I can’t see a damn thing in here.”

“You must find her yourself my lady. I have more important issues to deal with.”

Ciana stood slowly and started her search for the young Demoness Miko.

“Kagooomeee?” She cooed out in the darkness. “Kaaaggoooomeee…. Oh do come out Kagome. What would Sesshoumaru think if he knew you were hiding from me?”

“I would think that you would be dying soon, Lady Ciana. You stole this Sesshoumaru’s mate.” Sesshoumaru, now in his humanoid form, growled out from the entrance of the cave. His golden eyes now flashing crimson with rage. He bared his teeth at Ciana.

“Now you die!” He lunged forward before she could blink and grabbed her by the throat. “Lady Ciana, I am the law in these lands; and you are charged with the attempted poisoning of this Sesshoumaru, the attempted murder of a Fire Neko under my protection. And the biggest one of all, the kidnapping and attempted murder of my mate, which also amounts to treason. How do you plead?” He snarled at her with an angry smirk.

‘No matter what I say I am guilty. He might be lenient if I confess.’

*Fat chance! You are gonna die. I am disgraced just by being your demon.*

“I cannot say anything to excuse my behavior my lord! I can only beg for your forgiveness!”

“I ran out of forgiveness for you.” He smirked again grabbed her hair with his other hand. The hand that was around her throat tightened and his claws sank deeply into her skin, the poison hitting her blood stream instantly. “You will no longer be a threat to me or anyone else. You will die today.”

Sesshoumaru dropped her and went in search of Kagome; ignoring the painful cries of the dying demoness.

When he found Kagome he was relieved to see that not a single bruise was on her. While on the bitch there had been many. He gently picked her up and walked with her cradled in his arms back to the entrance of the cave. He walked past the twisted and mutilated form of Ciana and out into the fresh air. He nuzzled Kagome’s neck. Calling forth his demon cloud Sesshoumaru took Kagome to a valley surrounded by mountains with a beautiful clear lake in the basin. He laid her down on his tail and held her closely until she awoke.

Kagome slowly started to awaken. She started to panic as she felt a sort of soft trembling surrounding her hoping it wasn’t an earthquake that would bury her alive in the cave. Then as she slowly became more aware of her surroundings she felt a pair of strong arms around her. Then she realized what the trembling was. It was a mix between a purr and a growl that only her Sesshoumaru could make. Kagome let out a little mewl of pleasure as Sesshoumaru started to lick and nuzzle against her neck.

“Kagome, open your eyes.” He softly commanded her.

She obeyed her eyes fluttering at first until she got complete control of them. “Sesshoumaru I knew you would come for me. I knew I could count on you.”

He smiled gently down at her and said, “Kagome, I can’t wait anymore. I want you as my mate tonight, right here on the shore of this lake.”

“Oh, Sesshoumaru! I do love you so much.” Kagome said as she threw her arms around his neck.


A/N: I know I am evil aren’t I? So what do you think will happen when Sesshy finds out the whole thing was a plot planned by Kags and Sasuna?
Sesshoumaru: I really do wish you would stop calling me Sesshy.
InuYasha: Would you prefer Fluffy or General Fluffy?
Sasuna: If you boys don’t cut it out I am going to go get Dahling and Kagome in here.
Sesshoumaru: You wouldn’t dare.
InuYasha: I don’t know Fluffy Butt, she seems pretty determined to me.
Sesshoumaru: Don’t… Call… Me… Fluffy Butt, Fluffy, General Fluffy, or Sesshy!
Inu: Aye Aye Captain Fluffster.

What do you all think of a story where Sesshy is a pirate?

Sesshy: I like the sound of that, Captain Sesshoumaru.
Kagome: You know I have always wanted to be ravished by a real pirate.
Sasuna: Kind of overplayed isn’t it?

Don’t worry Sasuna… You will be in it as well.

Sasuna: Of course I will. I have to be there to protect Sesshy from Kags.
Inu: HAHAHAHAHA
Sasuna, Sesshy and Dahling: SHUT IT INUYASHA!!
Kagome: SIT BOY!

*Loud thud….silence*
Dahling: Gurl what about me don’t I get to be in the pirate story?

Of course Dahling. I will of course have to decide on a few new characters.

Dahling: Who would get stuck with Inu?

I was actually thinking of a 3some with Kags, Sesshy and Inu after which Inu would open his mouth insert his foot and be forever cast out of Kags and Sesshy’s bed. Dahling would you mind being with Inu I think Sasuna should be his sister.

*Soft mumbling from floor.*

Sasuna: I’m sorry D.
D: No prob! The next one you get stuck with him!
Inu: STOP TALKING ABOUT ME AS IF I WERE NOT HERE! Couldn’t you just make them both my sisters and stick them in Sesshy’s bed or something then create a character for me?

Ummmm…. Maybe.

Sesshy: I truly only want Kagome.
Kags: A threesome sounds like fun!
Sesshy and Inu: See what you did Gurl! You polluted her innocent mind!

With the things some of the other authors put her through this is nothing!

All: That is very true.

Alright now you all need to go back to the pleasure dungeon….
*Snickers*

All: OK!
Kags: Come on Sesshy we need to practice stuff for our next chapter.

*Footsteps going down stairs… Door slams… Silence… Moans*
