Inuyasha and Sesshoumaru were both glad that the second litter did not have to be shown for a full year. The fact was the first litter was always shown immediately where as the litters after them were usually pushed out amongst cousins and family to keep the bloodlines strong and numerous.

Lord Ken was a bit frustrated with the fact that the Tashio’s were going to keep their bloodline so pure rather than at least allowing the second litter to go out to his clan since he felt rather cheated that his niece was not seen as a prospective mate for one of the stronger boys. Sesshoumaru though, was a stickler for tradition so there was no point in pursuing this issue.

The questions of why Shippo was favored was also quelled by explaining that when any pup was of age that they would indeed be allowed to train at the castle. Therefore Atsushi was invited to come to the castle for training when he was of age. This pleased the Lord of the East greatly.

The only other issue that came up was all three Lords wondered if Inuyasha would have a break between matings so they could court him. Sesshoumaru seethed with fury and was ready to start a war when he proclaimed Inuyasha once again was his only and no others were to touch his mate ever in any lifetime. Hideharu was too bold to ask and indeed since he lost his title he should have known better than to even inquire. Such audacity would not go unpunished. He would be dealt with once his brother arrived.

Lord Lin was on his way to inquire about Shippo and his brother. It was after all, he laid claim to the boy and therefore had some say in any decision concerning his young nephew.

Sesshoumaru was pleased when the carriages were seen and the announcement of Lord Lin’s arrival was made. He seriously wanted to kill Hideharu or maim him. The bastard was insufferable. The one thing he could do was to banish the bastard from his lands, but then he couldn’t maim him like he wanted to.

“Sire, Lord Lin is waiting for your arrival in the courtyard.”

Sesshoumaru nodded to his servant as the unicorn bowed before his lord. He was indeed one of the most beautiful of all Sesshoumaru’s servants and his long silver mane resembled that of the Inu demons. Most of them kept creatures similar to themselves as servants, but this one was special and he was Sesshoumaru’s favorite.

“Thank you Thoren.”

Sesshoumaru stated as he left to take care of business.

Inuyasha came out to see what was going on and smirked at Thoren who was watching his old lover leave him to take care of his duties.

“You miss him don’t ya.”

Inuyasha stated as Thoren bowed embarrassed by his blatant staring.

“I did not mean to offend Lord Inuyasha.”

Inuyasha shrugged.

“I don’t mind. In fact I have inquired about you and I wonder what a Lord is doing here as a servant for Sesshoumaru. You are nobility, yet you subjugate yourself before my mate the royal asshole.”

Thoren’s silvery eyes went wide at the comment.

“I owe him my life. He could have feasted upon me, but he allowed me to live. There are so little of my kind left and he took us in. I have no kingdom any longer and therefore my status no longer matters. I am most grateful for a home.”

Inuyasha smiled.

“So he did something nice again. Cool. I can rub that in later. He likes to play the tough untouchable monster so when he does a good deed I live to tell him all about it.’
“I was also thinking maybe some night you could join us. I mean we have been mated for like ever it seems and variety is always good in a mating don’t you agree.”

Thoren blushed.

“I would be most honored.”

Inuyasha nodded.

“Good, then I will tell him we shall have you tonight. So prepare yourself since actually this was all his idea. Just don’t tell him that unless you want a bloody nose.”

Thoren was then left feeling such joy that he thought he would burst. No one including the three demon Lords had been allowed to touch the beautiful hanyou and here he was a servant being allowed to do not just that, but to have both gorgeous Inu’s together for a night.

Inuyasha went back to the sewing room where he started embroidering some silky pink cloth for Fuu’s new Kimono. While there, Kouga came in to see how Inuyasha was doing.

“Heya mutt face.”

“Hi yourself, ya wimpy wolf.”

Inuyasha countered back with a smirk.

“So how’s married life?”

Inuyasha snorted.

“It is hell…….not. Ya know you could have the same damn thing if you would just stay with Ayame instead of trying to pursue me. I ain’t interested in getting your fleas. Besides, I don’t need another asshole in my life when I got the King of them all.”

Kouga smiled.

“Well, you can’t blame me for trying.”

Inuyasha growled.

“Sure I can. You know he is going to kill you if you keep this up or start a war with you. You gotta stop before you get your head beat in.”

“Awe, I am just messing around. Anyway, don’t want your fleas either mutt face. I just miss ya.”

Inuyasha smiled.

“Miss you guys too. How are Ginta and Hakkaku doing?”

Kouga snorted.

“Those two idiots? They are doing the same, chasing their own tails getting lost in the woods, can’t keep up with me still even after I gave up the jewel shards. I don’t know why I put up with them other than they are loyal.”

Inuyasha nodded.

“They would give their life for ya. I kind of miss how they would cower sometimes, but they also fought with us and I miss that too.”

Kouga sat back looking out the window with his hands behind his head.

“Ya I hate to say it, but I miss our times when we were all fighting that bastard Naraku. He kept us busy and if it weren’t for him we wouldn’t be friends.”

Inuyasha growled.

“It was the jewel that brought us together ya idiot. Not that bastard. He just tried to ruin our lives. I am glad he is six feet under in some hell somewhere.”

Kouga nodded.

“Inuyasha tell me what it is like having kids. I can’t do it so I was just wondering……ya know…how it feels and stuff.”

Inuyasha snorted.

“It is weird. You start out fine except you get really sick for like weeks. Then you eat shit that you never would have before like sardines and pineapple on rice. Then you get fat and round with the pups. It is cool except you can’t lay on your belly to sleep and they kick you all the time on the inside doing acrobatics or some shit in there. Then when it is time to have the brats they come out of your belly button and one always waits until the last fucking minute to fall out. Then you gotta bite the sac they are in and lick ‘em off or they will die. It is a lot of hard work and toil for what? So you can mate ‘em all off to someone else, watch servants raise them, and once in a while you get time with them. It sucks I tell ya. If I wasn’t a ‘Lady’ I would be like every other person out there getting to spend time with them before they got old.”

Kouga tried not to laugh at Inuyasha’s description of the whole thing.

“They come out of your belly button?”

Inuyasha blushed.

“Ya, so?”

Kouga couldn’t help it. He started laughing.

“Well I guess that is better than having them come out your ass.”

Inuyasha snorted.

“Damn straight it is. It ain’t like Sesshoumaru doesn’t rip me like almost in half with his huge dick, like I need something the size of a fricking watermelon coming out of there. Besides, like gross…..”

Kouga held his stomach laughing. It was just too funny.

“What is going on in here mate?”

Sesshoumaru inquired growling at the laughing wolf while standing with Lord Lin who tried not to look too amused at this situation.

“I was just explaining childbirth to the moronic wolf.”

Inuyasha stated with a shrug as Sesshoumaru smirked a bit.

“I see.”

Kouga had tears in his eyes from laughing so hard. Lord Lin smiled at the wolf.

“You never change do you Kouga?”

Kouga snorted.

“Thank Kami for that. I wouldn’t want to end up having kids out of my bellybutton.”

Inuyasha smacked the wolf in the head, but Kouga just tried to calm down his laughter as it was addicting.

“Inuyasha, I love that you are my best friend.”

Kouga stated as he got up to leave.

“No, you may remain to entertain my wife wolf. As long as you keep your hands to yourself.”

Sesshoumaru stated with a small smile. Inuyasha was happy and it was important for him to have friends since the life of a royal Lady for a male was rather boring. He needed male friends, not just women who seemed to coo over him constantly.

“I will do so Lord Sesshoumaru.”

Kouga stated bowing and sat back down not able to look at Inuyasha yet without laughing.

Lord Lin followed Sesshoumaru out of the room.

“It is alright Lin, you may laugh. I found it amusing myself as I always find my wife to be constant entertainment. He is a wonderus creature is he not?”

Lin smirked.

“He is indeed and quite beautiful. You are blessed. It is no wonder you do not wish to share your mate with others. It was wise of you to marry as I have done the same with my beloved Mina. I dare say I could not live without her and I have pissed off many a Lord for remaining mated to my beautiful wife for as long as I have been.”

Sesshoumaru nodded in agreement.

“Do you still take others?”

Lin shook his head no with a smile that showed his great love for his wife.

“Not for a long time although I am not against it. Mina and I just had enough for a while since unlike other Lords we choose to share our time with the geishas and servants. Mina is rather special and she adores females so we have bliss in our relations with one another.”

“Hn…..”

Sesshoumaru thought about his suggestion of bringing Thoren into their bedroom. Perhaps it was a bit presumptious, but at the same time he was curious on how it would work out. His mate deserved to experience more than just rutting his husband. Inuyasha deserved to enjoy all forms of sex since he was still fairly innocent to some of these things.

“I am considering Thoren.”

Lin smiled.

“Ah, that one I would have presumed you would have chosen sooner. He is a prize.”

“Indeed he is.

Lin was brought over to where Shippo was practicing. He was shocked to see the boy do a perfect fox fire dance.

“He has surpassed his Father and at such a young age.”

Lin was both proud of Shippo and angry that his brother had pushed the boy too fast.

“He is too young for such power, but if harnessed properly he will be quite the foe to any enemy.”

Sesshoumaru stated with pride.

“You wish to keep him as your ward?”

Sesshoumaru looked at Lin and nodded.

“Indeed, he was part of my pack, however I had to come up with something that all could agree on. Now I do not know if I give a damn. Ken has angered me and Hideharu has insulted my generosity. I am considering denouncing Atsushi as Kagome’s intended unless he changes his ways.”

Lin sighed.

“I would love to honor your request if Shippo was not my brother Yoshiro’s only child. Our family has searched for him for many years and I truly wish for him to remain within our clan. I am building onto my castle to accomidate him. However, he may train here for as long as you will allow. I just cannot give up my brother’s only child. I truly love that boy as though he were of my own brood. I hope you understand.”

Sesshoumaru nodded and understood. This of course also meant he needed to talk to Lin about Shippo’s relationship with Choukichi.

“Your son Choukichi is also a credit to you.”

Lin smirked.

“Yes, and is full of trouble just like his Father. I know that he also has a pretty big crush on Shippo.”

Sesshoumaru nodded.

“So you are aware of the situation then?”

Lin nodded.

“I know that it is not unusual for boys to experiment and that Choukichi will have some heartbreak from the mating of Fuu and Shippo. However, it is only a first mating. He may proceed with courting after it is done. Choukichi was of my second litter and he has an intended as well within our family. As long as limits are made I do not see a problem.”

“I agree.”

With that both men left to go deal with Hideharu.
