A Goddess from the Past

Chapter 10

~In Kaede’s Village~

Sango and Miroku looked sadly upon the few slayers that they had gathered. They knew that Kagome would never be upset with them, but they were disappointed in themselves

‘Oi! Sango! Miroku!’. The two looked over to see a familiar silver haired half demon in red clothing. ‘Is that… Inuyasha?!?'. They ran towards him to greet him, but something about it him seemed different, although they weren't sure what. 'Inuyasha! You're... alive! Did your brother use Tensaiga?'.

'No way! That selfish bastard would never do that. I got resurrected by Urasue... along with Kikyo'. The monk and demon slayer couldn't believe it. 'Oh, and where's Kagome? I can't seem to be able to smell her anywhere'. Miroku snapped out of gaze, and replied, 'That's because Kagome-sama, has become a demoness'. Inuyasha's jaw dropped down, as he stared at the monk in disbelief. 'It's a long story, so you might as well come into the hut and we'll tell you what we know'.

~In the Western Lands~

'We know can confirm that Naraku has taken over Takumi's body. We will keep the army hidden along the border that seperates the two lands. If Naraku has planned for a war, there will be countless numbers of demons, and when they emerge, the first line of offense will head out.'

Kagome watched in admiration at how carefully Sesshomaru had planned it to be, and his great sense of leadership. Although she wanted to pay more attention, something bothered her. Two strange presenses had come upon the earth, and within her, she could tell that it was an unwelcome intrusion. She and Sesshomaru could only kill with their god powers if the being was not of Kami, which had angered Sesshomaru. Kagome was able to accept the fact, but wasn't sure that Sesshomaru was able to.

Kagome suddenly remembered the troops that Sango and Miroku had prepared. Kagome telepathically said to Sesshomaru, 'I'm going to go visit Kaede's village, I'll be back soon. Gomen, there's some business I have to take care of!'. She then sped off, Sesshomaru still standing in front of the troops, wondering what just happened.

~In the Eastern Lands~

'Faster!' Takumi shouted. The servants seemed like they were deliberately trying to do the work slower. He had to get mated to a soul mate soon. There was a disturbance around the Western Lands, and Naraku knew he didn't have any time to spare. The invitations had been sent out, and the chance of the news being spread to Sesshomaru and Kagome was steadily increasing.

~In Kaede's Village~

When Kagome arrived near the village, she could barely breathe. Becoming a goddess had heightened her senses, and she couldn't stand the stench. Knowing that she once smelled like that, she held her breath, and walked on. She had caught a scent in the air that had bothered her though. One that smelled of clay, though she could have been mistaken. 'Kikyo's dead, so it must be some old pots.' She thought to herself. Luckily, Kaede's hut was on the border of the village, and she would not have to go too far into the village.

She opened the screen door as she poked her head through the door. Miroku, Sango, Shippo and Kaede were sitting on the floor, and all they could do was gawk at her when she entered.

'Umm... If you don't recognize me, I'm Kagome...'. Kaede bowed down, and reached her arm over, making the others bow down as well. 'Kagome, I see that you have found your soul mate...', Kaede said with a grin, 'And what do we owe for this honourable visit?'.

Kagome blushed madly, 'Oh, please rise! It wouldn't be right for me to have my best friends bow down to me! I have to leave soon, but there's some news that I have to tell you'. The goddess sat down, and looked up at her friends. 'I have found where Naraku is... But now it looks like my mate and I will be able to defeat Naraku. I know that this was supposed to be a group effort, but I feel that I should take responsibility for not defeating Naraku the first time. I'm not sure of the army Naraku has prepared so far, but I was wondering if you would like to come to our castle, and support us if needed?'.

'Kagome-sama...?'. She looked up at the slayer, and saw her determined eyes. 'We will always follow behind, no matter what. But, I have one question... If I may ask?'. 'Of course!'. 'Umm... Who did you...'.

'My mate... is Se...'. Kagome looked back as she heard wood crashing onto the floor. She saw the one face she never thought she would see again. 'Kagome...', he moved forward to embrace her, Kagome quickly teleported herself away.

Inuyasha's eyes widened, filled with confusion. 'How... What... Why?...'. Kagome looked down as her tears slid down her cheeks. He had broken her heart once, and now it felt like it was shattering again. The presense that she had felt, was Inuyasha. He was the intrusion, and she knew that she would have to get rid of him.

'I'm... sorry for what happened before I died... but... please... Can you give me another chance...?'. Kagome's eyes flashed with fury. 'Inuyasha, how can you be so selfish? I'm happily mated, and I don't need to have my heart broken again. I was tired of always being second best, and I needed to be with someone who could appreciate who I was, and I found that someone. I found my soul mate...'.

~In the Western Lands~

Sesshomaru had just finished discussing the plan with the army, and was now waiting for Kagome. His heart suddenly felt like it was being crushed. His eyes narrowed as he tried to figure out what was wrong.

'...When one of the partner experiences extreme emotions, the other will feel the emotion as well...'. Sesshomaru didn't have to think twice. If the scroll had said that, the only reason why he would feel that way, would be because of Kagome. He teleported himself to the hut he had first listened upon her conversation.

~In Kaede's Village~

The half-demon clenched his fists, trying to control his emotions. 'Who... who... is your soul mate?'.

'That... would be me.' Inuyasha looked up to Sesshomaru standing next to Kagome, his tail wrapped around her protectively. 'Sesshomaru... What the hell are you doing here?!? Get your filthy body off Kago...'. Inuyasha stopped when Sesshomaru's words sunk into his mind.

'Yes, you useless half-demon. I see that you're as retarded as you were before you died'. 'No... No... You're not Kagome's mate... Get away from her you bastard!'. He unsheathed Tetsaiga swung violently towards Sesshomaru.

Inuyasha was stunned when he realized that he was pinned to the floor. 'Damnit... When did Sesshomaru get this fast?'. 'You fool... I'm god, that's why. Now, you're going to find your fellow clay pot and leave my mate, or, you can choose to die again'. Inuyasha stared into Sesshomaru's eyes, which were now glowing red. Without another word, Sesshomaru released Inuyasha, knowing that he had chosen to live.

'Kagome. We will be going now as well. Houshi, slayer, this is a map to our castle. Arrive there no later than tomorrow morning when the sun rises'. He pulled a map out of his sleeve, then handed it to Miroku. The two gods then vanished, leaving the rest to ponder about what just happened.

~In a forest~

When they reappeared, Kagome looked around, noticing that they were somewhere deep in the forest. 'Sesshomaru, why did you...'. She stopped talking as she saw him. His face held a lust filled, malicious grin, and his body now boasted his erection. Kagome knew that Sesshomaru wasn't in control of his body anymore.

'Kagome...', the goddess could hear Sesshomaru talk to her, over his demon side. 'I'm... Sorry...'. His beast lunged at her, tearing off her clothes. She fell back on to grass, as Sesshomaru got closer towards her. 'My love... Come here...'.

Sesshomaru captured her lips in a searing kiss. He loved everything about his mate. Her smooth silky skin, her womanly curves, her pink lucious lips, her rosy nipples, and most of all, the inferno of bliss between her soft, pale thighs. His right hand grasped her firm breast, his fingers, pinching her nipples firmly. His thumb skimmed across the tip.

The goddess moaned into Sesshomaru's mouth, as he touched her breasts. His tongue continued to venture further into her mouth, tasting everything she had to offer. His other hand traveled down her body, gently touching her body, sending tingles down Kagome's spine. Gently, he let his nail run against her clit, making Kagome thrust her hips up towards his hand.

Seeing her reaction, he knew that she wanted him inside of her, but his beast wasn't ready to give in just yet. He buried a finger deep inside her and then quickly removed it. He continued to do that until Kagome's eyes began to bleed red in frustration.

She pushed him back, growling, '’You're going to wish that you never did that'. Sesshomaru groaned as she licked the tip of manhood, then swirled her tongue around the head. Kagome only pleasured the top, never more, sucking it with her heavenly mouth.

When he tried to thrust into her mouth, she would completely stop, leaving his throbbing member to tear away at him. His heart was racing, making it hard for him to breathe.

Despite all that, he smiled, feeling satisfied that he had brought the demon side of Kagome. He could smell her need, and knew that if he just waited a bit more, she would be the one to give in to desire.

Her passages pulsed, telling her to stop her stubborn behavior and just impale herself on his length. Her demon side had almost completely taken over her body, but as long as she had some control, she would not lose to Sesshomaru.

Seconds later, she flipped herself over, and plunged her hot, tight core onto Sesshomaru’s erection. They both groaned in pleasure, Sesshomaru vanished from underneath Kagome, and pushed her down on to her knees. He slid himself back inside her wet delirium.

Sesshomaru smiled in his mind, his beast had regretted for the briefest moment, but that was as far as it would ever get. ‘I think you did amazingly’. His tail slid underneath her, wrapped itself around and pulled her closer to him. The two lovers lay in the grass, thinking about how lucky they were to have each other.
