Kagome's Diary

A/N: Well this is for anyone who wanted the real life ending. LIke i said before some of this story is based on truth. So I will post the real life ending.

As the Time Passes

Sesshou sat on the parkl staring at the horizon watching the sun rise. He has been in America for 3 years and still no sign of his brother. He sighed and slouched. SOmething he never does.

'I know you are here, Inuyasha. You wouldn't have left so many clues with Kagome if you didn't.'

Sesshou closed his eyes and leaned his head back.

~Flashback~
"Aniki, anikits gts going on," asked a 8 yr old Inuyasha. Sesshou watched as the police took away his mother. She was being charge with first dgree murder of her ex husband and wife. Sesshou, being only 16 at the time, inherited the corporation that his father left behind.

Sesshou felt a tug on his jacket.

"Sesshou, where are they taking your mom? What did she do?"

Sesshou turned around and punched Inuyasha in the face.

"I hate you. Its all because of you and your mom that broke up my family. You, who my dad took pride of over me. You, took my dad away from ME!"

Inuyasha laid on the ground holdin his bleeding nose and crying.

"I didn't do nothing. I didn't I love dad just as much. My mom didn't do anything to you. NOTHING!!"

"Nothing. She did the worst thing she could have every done to me and my mother." Sesshou bend down and looked at Inuyasha in the eyes and replied, "She had you."

Sesshou watched as something snap inside his half-brother. The playful light that was always in his eyes disappeared and was replace with nothing.

Sesshou stood up, turned and walked away.

~End flash back~


t dot do you want Sesshou?"

Sesshou opend his eyes and saw Inuyasha stnading over him.

(warning oocness)

"Sit down."

Inuyasha sat on the opposite side of the bench.

"I want you to come home."
"I don't have a home."
"InuyasI wiI will not argue this matter with you. You need serious help. And you need to come home so I can get that help for you."

Inuyasha turned to look at him and narrowed his eyes.

"You never once give a flying shit about me. Not now and not back then. What makes you think I should believe you?"

"BEcause..."
"Because what? That I left Kagome the way she is? Because I didn't break her or crush her soul? DO you really believe that?"

Inuyasha turned back and watch the sun make its way up into the sky.

"What I believe is that the Inuyasha that I knew wouldn't commit such atrocities."

"The Inuyasha you knew died along time ago." Inuyasha stood up and looked over his shoulder.

"Look Sesshou, I won't go back. Not while she's there."
"So you do care," Sesshou asked as he silently dialed 911 on his cell.

"Yea, in a way."

"Tell me why you did what you did to all those girls?"

Inuyasha turned too look at him. He had a small smile on his face.

"Because they reminded me of them. Of our mothers."

Sesshou eyes widen a notch and he tensed up.

"There are more girls than the ones you find at the asylums. Yes there are."

Inuyasha sat down and whispered, "The majority are dead. Dead and gone."

"Inu-" Sesshou was shocked. He never knew that Inuyasha was capable of murder.

"Wait, let me tell you why certain ones lived and many more died."

Inuyasha leaned back and placed his hands behind h is head.

"Remember that night your mom was hauled off to jail?"
"Yea i remember."
"Yea. I remember that night well. Its etched n my soul for the rest of eternity."

Inuyasha turned and looked at him with tears forming in his eyes. "That's the day I lost my big brother."

Inuyasha turned away and let the tears fall. "Yea, I knew you hated me but I still looked up to you. You were after all my big brother. ANyways, that night when you took us home, I went to my room and cried. I never felt so crushed by you. Never. Then that's when I realize what you meant by my mom. But i hated your mom too cause she took my mom away. I hated all of you. I don't now but it still hurt."

Inuyasha sighed, " I am strayinga way from the reason. All the girls I have killed where always the image of my mom. Rin was like that. Always clingy with you though and violent. I couldn't stand her and she had to go. But Kagome, she never once questioned me or ask me some off the wall questions. She accepted me into her life with no qualms like your mom and I hated that about Kagome. She was a perfect example of you mother. But i couldn't break her. No matter what i did or tried I couldn't."

There were police sirens in the distance come towards them. Inuyasha stared at seshou. Sesshou turned to look at the birds flying through the air.

"Kagome never once begged for her life to be spared. She never once begged to be release."

Inuyasha chuckled,"It was like some quiet understanding on her part. She fought I give that to her but she never once begged."

The police cars pulled up surrounding them. Sesshou withdrew his hand form his pocket and placed it on his lap still listening to his brother talk unaware of the commotion going on around him.

"Did she tell you her story? That was a stupid question. You wouldn't be here now if she didn't. Tell me Sesshou did you ever once regret what you said that night?"

Sesshou Maru looked at Inu then towards the ground.

~The officers were climbing out of their cars drawing their weapons. The news vans were parked out on the perimeter capturing every moment on film for thier stories.~

"Yes."

Inuyasha was surprise to here his brother admit to any type of failure. Inuyasha nodded.

"You realize that I will not go queitly with them?"

~Inuyasha Taisho, put your hands in the air and walk towards us slowly, an officer shouted through the bull horn~

"Why fight, Inuyasha. Just go and I will see if i can get you Life in prison without parole."

"Why would I want that? I did what I did because I wanted to. I did what I did because of you."

Sesshou sighed and put his head in his hands.

"I don't want you dead, Inuyasha."
"I do. You haven't been in my shoes for the past 12 years. You haven't done the things that i have did the past 6 years. I'm tired."

Inuyasha sighed and looked at the officers.

~Place you hands in the air and move away from from the bench~

"Inuyasha..."

"Ah don't worry aniki, I know what I am doing."

Shippo, whose now 13 years old, was sitting watching the news with ji-chan and Souta. Kagome was finish school a year late but she still graduated. She was upstairs brushing her hair when she heard SHippo scream her name.

"KAGOME!!! Inuyasha and Sesshoumaru are on TV."

Kagome dropped her brush. For the past three years she was slowly getting back into groove of things. She made some really good friends the last 2 years of school and no one bothers anymore to pretend that she's some helpless kid.

Kagome slowly got out of the vanity seat and stood in her doorway.

"KAGOME are you coming down. Its a standoff. This is like International. KAGOME!!!"

Kagome listen to Shippo's voice and excitment.

~Three years he waited for this day. Three years I waited to see him again. But not like this, Kagome thought~

Kagome slowly walked down the stairs, stood behind the couch and placed a hand on Shippo's shoulder. His hand came up and covered hers.

~Three long years and he hasn't changed one bit.~

Kagome smiled at the screen. Shippo turned and looked up to see his surrogate mother smiling.

"He's going to die, ya know," Shippo whispered.
"I know but..."

Kagome trailed off. Shippo turned to see what stopped her form continuing. Inuyasha was pulling something out of his pants and the officers fired

Sesshoumaru watched in slow motion as Inuyasha pulled a gun out of his pants from behind him. The officer open fired thinking Inuyasha was going to use the weapon. The bullet hit his hand knocking the gun out. Inuyasha glared at the officer and started to charge them screaming.

Sesshoumaru ran behind him and tackled him before any officers could fire. (Shock does that to you ^.^ Make you forget what you are suppose to do)

Sesshou and Inuyasha was suprise no one shot at them but then again they didn't hear the Mayor on the CB's telling them not to shoot Sesshou.

"I am not letting you do this. Suicide is not the answer."
"BASTARD!! Don't let me go like this."

~Officer came swarming in and took over where Sesshou left off.~

As they hauled Inuyasha to his feet, he saw Inuyasha panic. He started bucking against the officers trying to get away. Sesshou sighed and shook his head.

"Look at me," Inuaysha yelled at his brother. Sesshou looked up. Inuyasha mouthed only 2 words. Death Penalty.

"Promise me Aniki."
"I can't," Sesshou shook his head.

"PROMISE ME!!!!" Inuyasha screamed at him. The officers finally took a billy club and hit him in the back of the head.

Sesshou sighed and whispered the promise to himself, "I promise."

Kagome gasped when the officer shot at Inuyasha. Shippo sighed when it only hit Inuyasha's hand. They watched as Sesshou took down his brother and the officers swarmed in.

"Well that was anti-climatic," Shippo muttered. He felt Kagome's hand leave his shoulder.

"Where are you going," Shippo asked?

"Upstairs to call a friend."

Kagome walked up stairs and the door shut. Shippo shrugged his shoulders and turned back to the TV to watch the news some more.

Well there's the capture. In realtiy, it didn't go down like that. I don't watch the news or read the newspaper. Her parents told me that he was capture and that it was going to be a closed trial. No cameras, reporters stuff like that. Well. I decided to leave a chappie out because I have a deadline for a story i have to send in to my publisher. Yes...I submitted a story and they want to publish it. So I have 3 months to have it typed up and fixed so they can edited and let me know.

So this was the short version on everything. The last chappie will be what actually happened in real life. I don't know what was going through my friends mind but I will try to capture the phone conversaiton as best as i could. I will use my real name also just for the effect.
