In Trouble Yet Again!
* I don't own any Inuyasha characters except for the ones I have made up,( such as Liz, Susan, blah, blah, blah, you get the idea ) and taken from my own twisted and disturbed mind and I do mean disturbed *
A/N: Chapter 10. Damn. I never thought that this was going to be a super long fic. But it looks like it is going to be one. I LOVE getting in depth with my stories, and I also love stories that go into great detail. Though I have to be honest I like an occasional PWP. ^_~ Getting straight to the point has its merits. * giggle * So with great pleasure I present Chapter 10! Please read/review/rate. ^_^

Chapter 10 - In Trouble Yet Again! New Sleeping Arrangements?!
Jakken couldn't believe what he was seeing. His lord was kissing a Human! It was scandalous, it was crazy! He took a step forward. But Ah-Uhn, being a smart demon in his own right, stopped Jakken from doing whatever it was that he was going to do, for it wouldn't have been wise. So with Jakken dangling from one of his mouths, Ah-Uhn kept a sturdy grip on him. It was a wise decision. Because about five minutes later, Lord Sesshoumaru pushed the girl away from him almost violently. The two were panting heavily as if both had run a very hard race. Ah-Uhn sniffed the air. It was heavy with pheromones coming off both his Lord and the strange human woman. He wisely kept Jakken still secure in his grip. He watched the scene unfold.
No, these urges ran deeper than that. It was almost a deep primal need to finish what they had started. And she would have been more than glad to. ~More than glad~. She got up as best she could on her twisted ankle and leaned against a nearby, partially fallen log.
They stood there for what seemed like ages but in reality it was only about two minutes. Liz shakily brought her fingers to her still tingling lips and blushed a little more. Her face felt like it was on fire.
Sesshoumaru in turn, stood there staring back at the woman in front of him. He was right. Her kisses were as fiery as the hair that crowned her head. He scowled imperceptibly. What the hell was he doing making such a comparison? Humans were disgusting creatures. They smelled funny and were as weak as newborn pups. His scowled deepened, and was now quite visible to anyone with good eyesight in the dark. She tricked him somehow into kissing her instead of punishing her as she deserved for running away. She was his and was not going anywhere!
Liz tried to creep away while he was staring at her without seeming to see her. Unfortunately, there was a rather brittle twig underneath her foot and it snapped quite loudly in the still air. Hearing the snapping twig brought Lord Sesshoumaru's sight and thoughts back to her. He saw that she had her bag in her hand and looked as though to take flight once more. He growled lightly and stepped forward to grab her wrist and drag her against him.
"Going somewhere onna?" he said in almost a snarling voice. He was MAD. Sticking that stubborn chin in the air, Liz answered defiantly. "Yes, I'm going home!"
With that she stomped on his foot and tried to back up, only to forget about the log. She tumbled over it and landed on her back with her feet waving comically in the air. Ah-Uhn snorted in amusement. Jakken just stared bug-eyed as one leg twitched. Soon both legs disappeared over the log and a red-faced Liz stood up with leaves and tiny twigs sticking up from her hair. The only one not amused was the dog demon. Her stepping on his foot didn't hurt him, just made him very angry.
"You are trying my patience, and that can be very dangerous," the last words came out as a menacing growl between clenched teeth. The fact that he was speaking in such a way made him furious. It was aggravating that was he couldn't control his temper when it came to her. It just made him that much more angry. Speaking in rapid Japanese as he frog-hopped her over to Ah-Uhn, and oblivious to her gasps of pain, he literally tossed her and Jakken on the back of Ah-Uhn and smacked the animal's hind haunches to get him going.
"Now you have done it, woman! You've angered Lord Sesshoumaru," Jakken said in a high pitched voice that grated on Liz's raw nerves.
"Oh, big deal. So I made him mad. What's the big deal?" she said flippantly. However, inside she was trembling. She felt his anger rippling off of him in waves that were very hard to ignore. "By the way, what did he say?"
"HA! Like I would tell you," squawked Jakken.
"If you don't want to have a flying lesson without wings right now toad, you'll tell me," said Liz as she threatened to do just that. She had grabbed the toad by the back of his robe and was dangling him over the side. They were 50 feet or better off the ground. Ah-Uhn turned one head and snorted in amusement. Jakken glared at the two headed beast.
"He instructed me to put you in his room since it was obvious to him that you needed constant supervision. And that none of the serving women were up to the task of keeping you out of trouble," said Jakken. "I don't know why he's even bothering to keep you. You’re nothing but trouble. And it’s bad enough that we have Rin. If the other demon lords in the region ever hear about this they'll make my Lord's life miserable with teasing. I wish he'd just ditch the two of you already!"
Liz glared at the small imp. She didn't care about Mr. High and Mighty's image. She was pissed that she "needed constant supervision".
"Oh, really?? I need supervision?" She chucked Jakken towards the back of the large pack animal and didn’t even notice that Ah-Uhn had caught him with his tail. The imp was now clutching said tail for dear life.
He really hated that human woman. *If Lord Sesshoumaru doesn't kill me one day, this one surely will!* He bemoaned his fate to be in the presence of two such people.
For the rest of the ride Liz was quiet and eventually leaned forward to sleep against the big beast. She kept a tight hold of some Ah-Uhn's mane so she would feel it if she started to slip and if the beast was going to land. About 20 minutes later Ah-Uhn did land, but Liz didn't wake up. She was exhausted after her trek through the woods and the chase with the large boar. Then there was the emotional toll. She was normally a very even tempered person despite her best friend's antics. But this situation had stretched every last nerve and her reserve of patience as well. She wasn't looking forward to bunking with the tall, aggravating male or with whatever complex he had.
Dawn was just breaking when Ah-Uhn touched down in the courtyard among all the palace servants and stable workers. As they started forward to take the still sleeping girl down, Ah-Uhn snorted menacingly and let out a small stream of his green fire in warning. Everyone backed up in surprise. He hadn't done that since Rin arrived. He must like this female as well. After they all backed up, except a few serving women, he let them get her down and put her on a litter. Then they carried her off to Lord Sesshoumaru's room.
When they offloaded her there, they quickly left the room to the two occupants. Lord Sesshoumaru had made it back before them and informed some female servants to bring her here. Looking down at her, he watched her curl up into a fetal position as the cool air drifted over her from an open window. He was going to nudge her to make her wake up and change before getting under the blankets of the futon that she was on. But something stopped him. He wasn't sure what it was, so he just tossed the blanket over her and went back to his position by the window. He would stand guard over her until she woke up. And then, he knew, he would have a big fight on his hands.
He had come to a life changing decision.

Not to mention I got distracted by a collaboration of sorts with a friend of mine in the X-Men universe at Lj. ^^; And sorry for the short length, but it felt like it was done at this point.
