Hey everyone, I am redoing this story. I will
be rereading and re-editing it. I want to give
it another shot. I give credit to all the
authors and their stories that helped me come
up with my own story and if I borrow tidbits
then I credit you even if I can't remember the
author or story name. Please read and review so
that I can make this story the best that I can.

Prologue
'They are gone... they are all gone. We
defeated him but in a way we still lost.
Only two of us made it out alive. The jewel
was restored and re-entered my body, but
something changed....I became....I am more
powerful. He helped train me. Sesshomaru says
it is because we defeated an evil that should
never have been born, I think it is because I
lost so much and still have a burden to take care
of. That bastard is still out there though, I
think he found a way to escape death; he is just
waiting for us, for me to let my guard down. I
used too much magic to keep us safe. Sesshomaru
put me to sleep. He says it is to help me conserve
strength until I am needed again. I think that is
only part of the reason, but I may never know. The
darkness is enclosing me and sleep is near, I just
hope that what I did can keep us safe, and if he is
still alive then he can't get through, but nothing
is ever really safe. There is always another way in,
he'll find it. I just hope I am awake to stop him again.
That I am strong enough to face him after all that he has
done. He will not be allowed to win, even if it means my
death.'
