A New Story
Prologue
The story was over the Shikon destroyed, Naraku dead, and the times separated once more. Contrary to the dream many shared for one night Kagome’s life faded away with the Shikon, all wishes came at a cost, for wishing it gone forever her life was taken away. Inuyasha, Sango, Miroku, Shippo, Kirara, her family, and everyone else that knew her now only have a vague memory of her. They knew they cared for her, that she saved them even if some did not know how, and they mourned her death.
During the days when the well was gone, maybe knowing the outcome somehow, Miroku had written the story of the Inu-tachi. He talked with Kaede, Shippo and the villagers to get the beginning that he missed. The story was passed down through the ages, always remaining in the care of Sango and Miroku’s family. The story now resides in Higurashi main shrine told to all who come. A story that became a myth expect to those who lived there.
While the story of the Shikon is over the story of the Kagome has not yet finished. She sleeps under the watch and protection of spirits not named and known only to those they created, the gods.
A/N Well my mind wont let me work on just one story so here’s another.
