Cursed Love

The demon stood on a hill out looking a human village, "are you sure this is the right village Hiroshi?" he asked the small cat demon by his side.
"Yes sire I feel its presence within the village."
"Good lets get this over with then."
"Wait sire your condition."
"I am aware of my condition lets just finish this before nightfall and I should be fine."
The demon followed the path down to the village the cat demon right behind him.

Kagome and the others came back to Kaede's village to figure out there next move. "Well what do we do now?" Inuyasha asked irritated at having to come back here.
"Naraku's bound to strike again sooner or later." Sango said.
"Its probably best if we rested up before we run into him and his puppets." Miroku said.
"I think a good meal will do us all good." Kagome said getting up to make some dinner.
Inuyasha rolled his eyes as he walked out of the hut and sat quietly against a tree.
"He'll feel better once we are back on the move again." Shippo said.
Kagome nodded, Inuyasha wants to get this over with just as much as everyone else does. "Shippo will you go down to the river to bring us some water?"
"Mmmhmm." SHippo said with a nod as he took a bucket and headed down to the river. As Shippo began to fill the bucket with water he noticed someone coming his way. Shippo didn't bother looking at the man even though he sensed something odd about him.
"You fox kit where can I find the Priestess of the village?" the man asked.
"Who wants to know?" Shippo asked still not looking at the man.
"Hey put me down!" Shippo yelled as the man picked him up by his tail.
"Sire do you think it wise to draw attention to yourself?" Hiroshi said.
"Just point me towards the Priestess's hut." He said to Shippo.
The wails of Shippo stirred Inuyasha from his thoughts as he headed down towards the river. "Why don't you pick on someone your own size?" Inuyasha said.
"Hmm..." the demon said dropping Shippo on the ground. "So they let half demons into this village as well."
"Watch it bud." Inuyasha said gripping his sword in its sheath.
"hahaha! I have no need for you just point me in the direction of the Priestess hut and I shall be on my way."
"What do you want there?"
"That's my business I certainly don't have time for idle banter..."
Kagome heard the commotion from outside and stepped out to see Inuyasha confronting with a man and a demon cat. Kagome, Sango, and Miroku stood beside Inuyasha.
"You." The demon said eyeing Kagome.
"What do you want?"
"You have the Shikon Jewel in your possesion. Give it to me."
"Over my dead body you'll have it!" Inuyasha said charging with his sword.
The demon easily dodged his attacks, The demon grabbed Inuyasha neck and tossed him aside "out of my way."
Inuyasha went flying into a tree, Sango gripped her weapon and threw it at the unknown demon. The demon bent his back as it flew over him.
Sango was dumbstruck she rarely ever seen her weapon miss its target. The demon moved towards Kagome as people from the village came to help fight off the demon.
"Sire the sun is setting." Hiroshi said.
The demon looked towards the setting sun. "Damn!"
Inuyasha staggered to his feet "Your not getting away." As Inuyasha charged for a second time the demon vanished. Inuyasha grumbled "Coward!"
"Who was that guy?" Kagome asked.
"Just another demon wanting the jewel shards." Inuyasha said.
"No this demon seems more powerful then most." Miroku said.
"Do you think he works for Naraku?" Sango said grabbing her weapon.
"Who knows but it would be bad for us if that demon joined forces with him."

The demon fell to his knees as he began to change. Hiroshi stood at a distance as he watched him change yet again. He screamed in pain as body parts appeared and disappeared. He slowly got up to his feet after a while and looked at his reflection in the creek.
He gave a sneer at his now feminine reflection. "Sire what should we do now? Who knows how long this form will last this time."
"Damn this form!"
"Maybe you can use this form to your advantage sire."
"What?"
"It might help you get at the jewel easier."
"Hiroshi because of this constant annoyance I can't find a proper mate anytime soon. Not that I care much about that anyway, but still."
"I understand sire."
"There's no choice I have to get that Jewel."
"But in this condition you can't do any fighting. your not as strong in this form as you are in your other one."
"Thank you for stating the obvious Hiroshi but as you said I should use this form to my advantage and I plan to do that."
